理建企業 次季淨利跌4.7%

（吉隆坡5日訊）理建企業（LUXCHEM，5143，主要板貿服）截至6月底次季淨利按年跌4.7%，達474萬令吉，主要由貿易業務貢獻減少促使，但仍宣布派發每股3仙股息。
馬證交所報備文件顯示，該公司同時期營業額則按年起15.5%，至1億5350萬令吉，由較高製造業務提振。
理建企業上半財年淨利從949萬令吉，按年起2.3%至970萬令吉；營業額亦按年增8.5%，達2億9696萬令吉，去年同期為2億7379萬令吉。同時，理建企業上半財年每股盈利從7.30仙，增至7.46仙。
雖然匯率和原料價格波動將持續對理建企業帶來挑戰，但該公司董事仍正面看待公司前景。【中国报财经】

理建企業 1送1比例派紅股

（吉隆坡17日訊）理建企業（LUXCHEM，5143，主要板貿服）建議每持1股現有股者獲送1股紅股、提高註冊資本（authorised capital），以及僱員認購權證（ESOS）。
理建企業向馬證交所報備，建議以1送1的比例，發送1億3000萬紅股，並在較后宣布除權日。
同時，該公司建議，將註冊資本從目前的總值1億令吉或共2億股，提高至5億令吉或10億股。
該公司亦建議，為符合條件的董事和員工發出相等于繳足資本高達15%的將充作僱員認股權（ESOS）計劃。

理建净利扬39%

（吉隆坡3日讯）理建机构（LUXCHEM，5143，主板贸服股）贸易业务表现亮眼，带动第三季净利按年扬升39.4%，报597万2000令吉。
公司去年第三季净利为428万5000令吉。
理建机构第三季营业额，从去年1亿2228万3000令吉，增长30.4%，今年报1亿5944万令吉。
公司第三季表现优于去年，归功于贸易业务销量增加，推高盈利贡献。
理建机构今年首9个月净利，按年上扬13.8%，达到1567万4000令吉。去年同期净利为1377万3000令吉。
相比去年的3亿9607万5000令吉，公司首9个月营业额扬升15.23%，报4亿5640万1000令吉。
对于全年表现，公司认为汇率和原料价波动，将继续影响公司表现。

The dates of entitlement and payment shall be determined by the Board at the subsequent stage. The rate of the proposed single tier final dividend is lower by 2 sen when compared with the rate of single tier final dividend declared for the previous corresponding period in the previous financial year ended 31 December 2013.
The lower dividend rate for the financial year is mainly due to the increase in the number of LCB’s shares in issue pursuant to the issuance of the Bonus Issue of 130,000,000 new ordinary shares of RM0.50 each on the basis of one (1) Bonus Share for every one (1) existing ordinary share of RM0.50 each to the entitled shareholders on 18 December 2014. （吉隆坡9日讯）理建机构（LUXCHEM，5143，主板贸服股）截至3月31日，首季净利下滑68.7%至155万2000令吉，或相等于每股盈利0.6仙。
去年同期净利为495万8000令吉，或1.91仙。
理建机构向马交所报备，公司当季推出雇员招股计划，以每股合理价26仙供雇员认购，因而出现一笔约848万令吉的开销，导致税前盈利下滑。
不过，该公司贸易领域带动首季营业额，涨20.3%，达1亿7254万令吉，去年同期录得1亿4346万4000令吉。【南洋网财经】

（吉隆坡30日讯）贸易和制造业务营业额走高，理建（Luxchem Corp Bhd ( Financial Dashboard)）次季净利按年大增106.7%，并宣布每股派息2仙。
理建（基本面：2.1；估值：1.8）今日向大马交易所报备，截至6月底次季，净利为981万令吉，或每股3.75仙，高于上财年同期的475万令吉，或每股3.65仙。
次季营业额起4.9%至1亿6103万令吉，同期为1亿5350万令吉。
这家工业化学品供应商也宣布，派发每股2仙的单层中期股息，将于9月30日支付。
首半年净利扬11.1%至1136万令吉，或每股4.35仙，同期为970万令吉，或每股7.46仙；营业额增12.3%至3亿3357万令吉，同期为2亿9696万令吉。
理建表示，尽管汇率和原料价格波动，将继续对集团带来挑战，但对前景还是乐观。
该股今日平盘收于1.03令吉，市值为2亿7140万令吉。

（吉隆坡14日讯）投资者对理建（Luxchem Corporation Bhd ( Financial Dashboard)）重燃购兴，致使该股早盘扬升8.33%。
截至上午9时31分，理建涨10仙至1.30令吉，成交量为165万股。
不过，截至上午10时29分，该股涨幅收窄，扬9仙或7.5%，报1.29令吉，成交量为313万5100股。
安联星展研究在昨日稍晚的研究报告中指出，理建股价8月13日冲破1.19令吉的水平，攀高至1.22令吉的全日高位，惟最终闭市收于1.20令吉，起6仙或5.26%。

理建企業（LUXCHEM，5143，主要板貿服）是少數具有极佳抗跌能力的股項，無論整體股市低迷或反彈，亦呈現普遍向上特質。
該公司主要業務分銷工業化學品及從事不飽合聚酯樹脂（UPR）的生產與貿易；旗下有約400種工業產品及100種不同級別與種類的不飽合聚酯樹脂，行銷網絡遍佈14個國家。
我們首次對上述公司展開分析與追蹤，給予1.56令吉的合理價是根據2016財年12倍本益比預測值；與目前的股價水平相比尚有20%揚升空間。
儘管目前該公司交易水平處于2014年本益比14.7倍，即08年上市以來較高端的估值（介于4倍至14倍）， 我們相信目前估值仍低。

LVCL is in the midst of applying the Business Licence with the Vietnamese Authority in order for LVCL to commence its business.
The principal activity of LVCL is distribution of industrial chemical. The charter capital of LVCL is VND10,692,500 equivalent to USD500,000. The Company is required to inject the fund of USD500,000 into LVCL within 90 days from the date of business registration.
The incorporation of LVCL is not expected to have any material effect on the earnings or net assets of Luxchem Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2015. Save for Mr Tang Ying See, who is nominated by Luxchem to act as Director for LVCL, none of the Directors and/or major shareholders of Luxchem or persons connected to them have any direct or indirect interest in the said incorporation.
