    我一共send 了3封， 他们才email. 今早bank negara call 我， 要我翻译一些agent 不正当的行为， 我在第3封写给bank negara，写到


thank you for your call and reply,however until now, insurance company still not reply me.


after 5 分钟email 给 bank negara, insurance company 就回复了。。。。。


在email 我有 attach 那些照片，还有Link, upload 上去是担心他会删了贴，但我要求版主冻结所有贴。。。现在已经Ok, 等消息

    果然保险公司还是比较怕BN。。。Malaysia的管制还是不错的。。起码有做到制衡的效用。。

第１张 名和年龄之类的，
第２张  Illustration of basic plan
第３张  Summary of basic plan and riders
第２／３张 类似一样的

直接要求代理提供所有的頁數,
不然就是犯了代理"隱瞞"的錯.

base on insurance act 1996

Offence in relation to entries in documents.         205.   No person, with intent to deceive—
        (a)        in respect of a document relating to a licensee—
        (i)        shall make or cause to be made a false entry;        
               (ii)        shall omit to make, or cause to be omitted, any entry; or
        (iii)        shall alter, abstract, conceal or destroy, or cause to be altered,                  abstracted, concealed or destroyed, any entry;
       
Penalty : Imprisonment for ten years or ten million ringgit or both. Default penalty.


以上的行为，有没有触犯insurance act 1996 and 还有针对 terminate agent 的资格在 22 june 给我一个答复。
