保险公司讲了内部处分， 但是讲不方便公布。。。。。:@

用投诉人的身份要求保险公司解释采取了什么行动。
thanks for your explain. I as a complainer, strongly request your company to further explain on" what is the necessary against the agent". Regards.

有人的agent 资格被terminate 了。
We refer to your follow up email dated 21/07/2011 sent to BNM and LIAM in regard to your feedback on our agent commenting against you on his personal forum.
We have investigated on this case and concluded that it is more on his personal views which could not represent us as a company. However please be informed that we have issued out the 15 days termination letter to the agent |
