这个BT就是6.99% for life,你要几时还清都可以，早还也没有penalty，每个月可以只还最低5%或者RM50直到你把它还完为止。.然后这个BT你可以当做personal loan来用，因为你可以把那些钱做BT进去你的saving account,所以即使你没有欠其他银行卡债但是想拿personal loan的话这个也是一个不错的选择，因为利息只是6.99%。这个promotion所有的持卡人只能拿一次。

请问信用卡只是给新用户而已吗？旧客户要申请加卡需要什么文件？
