The Board of Directors of Harrisons (“Board”) wishes to announce that Jantoco, a wholly owned subsidiary of Harrisons has on 23 September 2022 entered into a Sales and Purchase Agreement (“SPA”) with BHICSE, wherein BHICSE has agreed to sell and Jantoco has agreed to purchase a parcel of Leasehold Land measuring 9.782 acres known as Lot 6, Industrial Zone 7 (IZ7) Kota Kinabalu Industrial Park (KKIP), off Jalan Tuaran, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah ("the Property") for a total cash consideration of Ringgit Malaysia Eighteen Million and Eight Hundred Thousand (RM18,800,000.00) only (“Purchase Consideration”), subject to the terms and conditions as contained in the SPA (“Proposed Acquisition”).
