（吉隆坡9日讯）PN17公司综合橡胶机构（IRCB，2127，主板工业产品股）新股东崛起的消息，激励股价一度急升2.5仙或3.88%，至67仙。
根据马交所的文告，这2名新股东是拿督刘英源（译音）与儿子刘裕健（译音），前者直接持有公司972万股，相等于2.25%股权；间接持有6850万股，或15.82%股权。
2名股东都透过Keen Setup私人有限公司，间接持有该公司的股权。
刘英源是潮成集团（TEOSENG，7252，主板消费产品股）旗下龙合控股私人有限公司的执行董事，同时也是福尔摩沙高尔夫球度假村（A'Famosa Golf Resort）私人有限公司的董事之一。
闭市时，综合橡胶机构涨0.5仙或0.77%，报65仙，成交量有17万7500股。【南洋网财经】

什么时候才会audit完成脱离pn17呢。
真是等到花儿也谢了。
换个名字重新来过，似乎是好的开始。
我会抓多三个月，如果业绩再改善，PE大大降低，会再收。
如果业绩一样，还是这么高pe,就放掉。

綜合橡膠機構 首季淨利大漲14倍

（吉隆坡16日訊）綜合橡膠機構（IRCB，2127，主要板工業）截至4月底首季淨利交出14倍增長，從29萬令吉飆升至409萬令吉，由盈利賺幅從5%增至12%推動。
該公司營業額亦從3632萬令吉，攀升44.8%至5258萬令吉，這是基于新安裝生產線，提高產能貢獻。
綜合橡膠機構向馬證交所報備，雖然營運效率提升和賺幅獲得改善，但其他營運開銷也微增至42萬令吉。
天然氣價格預計在7月份平均增10.3%；天然橡膠價格則從1月的每公噸376.69令吉，在5月份攀升18%至每公噸447.58令吉，估計將在未來持續成長。
美元走強將緩衝這些成本壓力，並正面貢獻綜合橡膠機構淨利表現。【中国报财经】

（吉隆坡10日讯）综合橡胶机构（IRCB，2127，主板工业产品股）完成重组计划，下周一起脱离PN17公司行列。
根据文告，该公司已重组财务和营运状况，大马交易所也因此决定批准公司申请，提早脱离PN17公司。
2012年12月27日，该公司因拖欠3家银行债务，该笔款项均超过公司净资产的5%，因此被列入PN17。
当时，文告指出，公司担保人Chip Lam Seng有限公司正在重组，导致子公司Comfort橡胶手套工业的现金受限，无法偿还大马银行、联昌国际银行和马银行的贷款。

（吉隆坡17日讯）COMFORT手套（COMFORT，2127，主板工业产品股）截至7月31日次季净利飙升7倍，从上财年同期的63万令吉，剧增至500万7000令吉。
在销量和营运效率的提高下，营业额也从上财年同期的3850万2000令吉，增49%至5734万4000令吉。
累积上半年净利也暴增近9倍至909万8000令吉；营业额扬46.9%，至1亿992万令吉。
COMFORT手套次季业绩连续两个季度的净利大增，主要受益于效率和制造设备提升。
