水務料傳佳音‧MMC業績有望企穩

（吉隆坡8日訊）MMC機構（MMCCORP，2194，主板貿服組）分拆電力業務上市，2015財政年盈利跟著減少，幸好建築和港口業務規模擴增，尤其水務相關工程可能傳來好消息，這有助於該公司維持穩定的業績表現。

該公司持有37.6%股權的馬拉科夫（MALAKOF，5264，主板貿服組），甫於今年5月15日完成上市計劃。

艾芬黃氏研究指出，水務相關工程陸續進賬，可以提振該公司2016財政年業績。其中，冷岳污水處理廠工程總值達15億令吉，2015年雖僅貢獻不到10%營收，但相信接下來會穩定增加。

目前，該公司握有34%權益的冷岳2水務處理廠，已經完成13%建築工程。這個項目總值達9億9千300萬令吉。

MRT2標書料明年上半年發放

目前，MMC與金務大（GAMUDA，5398，主板建筑組）所組財團仍在等待捷運二線（MRT2）的正式中標書，預期會在2016年上半年發放。雖然這項規模達100億令吉的工程將在2016年下半年進賬少許數額，但可能會遭初期費用抵銷。

賣地收入料加強財務

分析員看好該公司賣地收入可能加強財務。管理層打算繼續脫售柔佛士乃機場城的2千零79英畝土地，預計平均每年賣出150至220英畝。至於該公司此前脫售189英畝土地所得款項，相信會在2016年上半年進賬。

港口業務方面，分析員指出，以50%使用率為準，相信未來2、3年NCB控股（NCB，5509，主板貿服組）都無須擴建碼頭。不過，基於NCB控股的巴生北港僅處理73萬3千個標準貨柜，遠低於丹絨柏勒巴斯的680萬個，相信這項業務的貢獻不大。

柔佛港口獲馬石油合約 提供RAPID物流服務

（吉隆坡8日訊）馬礦業（MMCCORP，2194，主要板貿服）旗下的柔佛港口（Johor Port），獲得馬石油（Petronas）頒發合約，為邊佳蘭石油提煉和石油化學綜合發展計劃（RAPID），提供物流服務。

馬礦業發文告指出，馬石油旗下馬石油提煉與石油化學私人有限公司（Petronas Refinery and Petrochemical），今日為邊佳蘭直落拉慕尼亞（Teluk Ramunia）的材料卸載設施，舉行交付和啟動運作儀式。

馬石油提煉與石油化學私人有限公司資深副總裁兼總執行長黃喜恆（譯音），以及柔佛港口總執行長沙魯阿蘭沙，代表雙方公司出席上述交付和開始運作儀式。

柔佛港口在該合約下，將管理邊佳蘭直落拉慕尼亞的材料卸載設施的物流，將貨物運送到邊佳蘭石油提煉和石油化學綜合發展計劃。

柔佛港口獲RAPID合約‧MMC年營收料增1600萬

（吉隆坡9日訊）MMC機構（MMCCORP，2194,主板貿服組）子公司柔佛港口（JPB），獲選為國油在柔佛邊佳蘭煉油及石油化學綜合發展計劃（RAPID）之港口營運商，以提供全面營運和物流服務，包含海事、人力、配合和營運材料卸下設施（MOLF）之系統，合約值不詳。

分析
MIDF研究預測上述合約每年料為MMC機構增1千600萬令吉營業額或佔集團的0.4%，年增長率2至3%，維持財測和“買進”評級。

分析員指出，柔佛港口2014年營業額6億零2千800萬令吉，其中20%或1億2千萬令吉營收來自（一）散裝貨處理達570萬公噸，（二）RAPID計劃4年期的300萬公噸和（三）處理費用。

“新建MOLF設施包含4碼頭，總長度160公尺和水深5公尺，用來起卸貨柜、RAPID所用之建材等散裝貨，這些貨物透過可承重壓之15公里內路運往RAPID位址。”

MIDF建議維持“買進”目標價3令吉零5仙；催化劑包括MMC港口上市、能源臂膀穩定貢獻，乃至從建築業擷取的穩定訂單。（星洲日報／財經）

投资7亿扩建翻新 马矿业港口展望乐观

（吉隆坡28日讯）马矿业（MMCCORP，2194，主板贸服股）将于2016财年内，分别为旗下的柔佛港口和丹绒柏勒巴斯港（Port of Tanjung Pelepas，简称PTP），拨出2亿和5亿令吉的资本开销预算。

MIDF投资研究分析员指出，最近走访了上述两家港口公司，对于该些港口的未来展望都非常乐观。

该行分析员说，马矿业已经为两个港口拨出资本开销预算来扩建船台，同时，也专注翻新已经老旧的港口设备来提高营运能力。

根据分析员，柔佛港口2亿令吉的资本开销，也包括翻新旧仓库，建立多层仓库，面积将增加介于30万至60万平方尺。

分析员说，翻新仓库也有助于解决存放需求高导致空间不足的问题。

最近因需求高，柔佛港口也在柔佛自由港区8公里以外，收购了额外82英亩的土地。

港口最快明年上市

丹绒柏勒巴斯港则将利用达5亿令吉的预算，扩建北部的船台，到2018年，将延长达400至500米，可额外处理多大80万个标准货柜（TEUs）。

分析员还说，丹绒柏勒巴斯港还计划在未来10年内，分2个阶段提升港口的货柜吞吐量，包括填土、挖掘和器材的成本料达50亿令吉。

3A扩张计划放眼于2020年完工，将扩建船台，将标准货柜吞吐量增加到340万个。

然后通过3B扩张计划，到2024年为止，吞吐量进一步扩张到405万个标准货柜。

分析员认为，尽管丹绒柏勒巴斯港扩张计划显得很庞大，但相信新的吞吐量将会被新旧客户占用。

丹绒柏勒巴斯港2015财年内，使用率高达87%，若现有客户包括丹麦马士基航运公司（Maersk）等的需求比预期高，就可轻易的提高货柜处理量达180万个标准货柜，从目前的1050万个，提高到1230万个。

此外，分析员也维持看法，即马矿业旗下港口最快于明年下半年上市，成为最大港口上市公司。

（吉隆坡31日訊）馬礦業（MMCCORP，2194，主要板貿服）旗下士乃機場城私人有限公司（Senai Airport City Sdn Bhd）以3億6997萬令吉，脫售3塊總面積76.38公頃土地予IPark 發展私人有限公司。

該公司向馬證交所報備，雙方早在今年8月11日簽署買賣協議，隨后于12月30日簽署補充協議，以修改買賣協議中的部分條款。

北港货柜处理破百万

（吉隆坡8日讯）马矿业（MMCCORP，2194，主板贸服股）旗下北港私人有限公司，庆贺大马万海航运私人有限公司，去年在北港处理了100万个标准货柜（TEUs）。

马矿业集团董事经理拿督斯里仄卡立在文告中指出，大马万海航运是北港首家能够在一年内，处理100万个标准货柜的航运公司。

大马万海航运是在1989年6月，开始在北港从事马新两国的业务，当年所处理的货柜数量，只有7500个。

“我们很荣幸可成为大马万海航运在亚洲内部区域，所青睐的枢纽，同时，也很高兴能见证该公司在去年取得的里程碑。”

仄卡立续称，北港是我国主要的港口之一，该港口未来会继续改善，以满足客户需求。

丹绒柏勒巴斯港破纪录 单次处理逾1.8万货柜

（吉隆坡22日讯）马矿业（MMCCORP，2194，主板贸服股）旗下丹绒柏勒巴斯港口（PTP）创下国内港口新纪录，即在一艘船单次停泊时，处理量超过1万8000个标准货柜（TEUs）。

根据文告，一艘从中国盐田国际集装箱码头出发的MatzMaersk船，停靠在丹绒柏勒巴斯港口，并在上周三（13日）运载多达1万8034个集装箱离开，前往英国费利克斯托港，从而带动该港口刷新记录。

马矿业指出，该港口能达成亮眼的成就，归功于有效的规划、集装箱的运作执行和资源优化。

马矿业董事经理拿督斯里仄卡立指出，这对公司而言是另外一项里程碑，因此将持续强化表现，以提供更好服务符合客户的需求。

尽管去年经济充满挑战，不过，丹绒柏勒巴斯港口去年的集装箱吞吐量达910万个，按年增长7%。

马矿业获15亿污水处理合约

（吉隆坡19日讯）马矿业（MMCCORP，2194，主板贸服股）获得能源、绿色工艺及水务部（KeTTHA）颁发总值15亿令吉的合约，进行冷岳（Langat）集中式污水处理厂和污水输送系统项目。

根据文告，这项合约是有独资子公司MMC Pembetuangan Langat（MMCPL）有限公司获得。

这个项目将会于2020年10月完成，预计能够提升冷岳河水质，同时也减少河流中的氨污染情况。

出席合约签约仪式的双方代表包括能源、绿色工艺及水务部秘书长拿督吕淑玉、马矿业董事经理拿督斯里仄卡立、MMCPL公司董事许永龙（译音），以及污水服务部董事拿督祖克菲。

在这项计划中，MMCPL将会重整现有的164个废水处理厂。

電力資產貢獻減‧MMC末季少賺25%

（吉隆坡23日訊）電力資產上市後貢獻減少，MMC機構（MMCCORP，2194，主板貿服組）截至2015年12月31日止第四季淨利按年跌24.70%至1億4千995萬令吉，但由於電力資產上市兌現一次性盈利，全年仍賺16億4千304萬6千令吉，按年大漲233.32%。

全年淨利飆233%

第四季營業額也猛挫58.53%至9億5千564萬7千令吉，全年營業額報50億5千404萬1千令吉，跌42.34%。

該公司董事部透過文告說，能源與公用事業業務因電力業務上市而錄取13億4千410萬令吉一次性盈利，是推高整體業績的主因，港口和物流業務盈利也成長92.3%，惟工程和建築業務因捷運進賬目速度下滑，全年盈利按年減少46.1%。

董事部說，港口和物流業務未來料在丹絨柏樂巴斯和柔佛港口吞吐量成長的支持下，繼續取得營業額增長，整合NCB控股也預計帶來額外貢獻.來自能源與公用事業業務的營業額和盈利貢獻則會繼續減少，原因是分拆出馬拉科夫（MALAKOF，5264，主板貿服組）財報。

不過，馬拉科夫旗下丹絨賓發電廠今年3月投產和大馬氣體（GASMSIA，5209，主板貿服組）天然氣銷量走高，預計能改善能源與公用事業業務的表現。（星洲日報／財經）

馬拉科夫發電廠投運‧MMC機構盈利提昇

（吉隆坡22日訊）MMC機構（MMCCORP，2194，主板貿服組）旗下公司馬拉科夫（MALAKOF，5264，主板貿服組）位於丹絨賓1千兆瓦煤炭發電廠工程（T4），已於週一（21日）正式投入運作。

根據馬拉科夫文告，T4發電廠與國家能源有25年供電協議（PPA），在T4投入運作後，馬拉科夫的大馬總發電量將增加至6千346兆瓦。

分析

MIDF研究表示，上述新廠促使馬拉科夫總發電量從5千346兆瓦推高至6千346兆瓦，上述消息，可間接帶動MMC機構業務表現。

MMC機構持有馬拉科夫37.6%股權。

分析員認為，新發電廠投運，碰上了“最佳時機”，近期民眾使用電量創下新高，電力儲備低至21%。

MIDF認為，只要電力儲備低於25%水平，對能源領域屬於利好消息。

早前國家能源（TENAGA，5347，主板貿服組）發文告表示，大馬近期用電量創下史上新高，單日用電量達1萬7千175兆瓦。

分析員看好，能源業務將為MMC機構帶來穩定收益。

3大利好

MIDF表示，除了能源業務，捷運二線合約即將頒發，MMC機構與金務大（GAMUDA，5398，主板建筑組）聯營的公司，是最有希望的中標者。此外，MMC機構也可能會把港口資產分拆上市，對MMC機構而言，是另一利好消息。

綜合上述看法，MIDF認為MMC機構未來可能將港口業務分拆上市、能源業務穩定貢獻及捷運二線合約頒發從而提高合約替補率，在3大利好消息下，維持MMC機構“買進”評級及3令吉零5仙目標價不變。

馬拉科夫獲看好

另一方面，興業研究看好馬拉科夫長遠發展，因馬拉科夫與國能合約屬於長期性合約，屆滿日介於2022至2031年。此外，馬拉科夫規模較小的波德申發電廠與國能合約期限也延長至2019年2月28日。管理層表示，該合約每年可為公司貢獻約2千萬令吉營運盈利（EBITDA）。

馬拉科夫持有金寶發電廠40%股權，該發電廠虧損已經收窄，興業看好該業務可以轉虧為盈，馬拉科夫未來淨利有望被提振。（星洲日報／財經‧報導：謝汪潮）

金务大MMC获MRT2 155亿隧道工程合约

（吉隆坡31日讯）捷运私人有限公司（MRT Corp）颁发总值高达154亿7000万令吉捷运第2阶段（MRT2）隧道工程合约，予金务大（GAMUDA，5398，主板建筑股）及MMC机构（MMCCORP，2194，主板贸服股）组成的MMC GAMUDA KVMRT私人有限公司（简称，MGKT）。

捷运公司的文告指出，该合约配套主要是双溪毛糯-沙登-布城（SSP）路段，长达13.5公里的隧道工程。有关合约也是该路线价值最高的配套。该隧道工程涉及的工作范围包含设计、建筑、完成隧道、地下捷运站以及相关的结构工程。双溪毛糯-沙登-布城（SSP）捷运路线整体长达52.2公里。

捷运私人有限公司首席执行员拿督斯里沙里莫达表示，MGKT过去在地下隧道工程拥有良好的记录，这也是该联营公司获得该项合约的原因。

包括MGKT在內，早前初选入围的公司有，中国铁路工程集团（CREC）、中国交通建设公司、日本大成建设株式会社（Tasei Corporation）以及韩国现代工程及建筑有限公司（Hyundai Engineering and Construction Company Limited）。

MMC Corporation Berhad (“MMC”) wishes to announce that MMC Gamuda KVMRT (T) Sdn Bhd (“JV Company”), a jointly controlled entity of MMC and Gamuda Berhad, had on 31 March 2016 accepted the award of the Underground Works Package (“Underground Works Package”) from Mass Rapid Transit Corporation Sdn Bhd (“MRT Corp”) appointing the JV Company as the contractor for the Underground Works Package of the Klang Valley Mass Rapid Transit, Sungai Buloh-Serdang-Putrajaya Line Project (“the Project”) for a contract price of RM15.47 billion. The Underground Works Package comprises the design and construction of tunnels, 10 underground stations, fit-out of 1 existing station and other associated works in connection therewith for an approximate length of 13.5 km traversing from the Jalan Ipoh North Escape Shaft to the Desa Waterpark South Portal. The Articles of Agreement between MRT Corp and the JV Company shall be executed in due course. The Project is expected to contribute positively towards the earnings and net assets of MMC Group commencing from the financial year ending 31 December 2016. The Project will not have any effect on the share capital and substantial shareholders’ shareholding of MMC. None of the directors and/or substantial shareholders of MMC and/or persons connected with them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Underground Works Package of the Project. MMC does not foresee any exceptional risks from the Project other than execution risks. MMC will make the appropriate announcement to Bursa Malaysia as and when there is a material development in relation to the Underground Works Package of the Project. 奪155億捷運二線工程‧金務大MMC財測微調

（吉隆坡1日訊）金務大（G A M U D A，5398，主板建築組）與M M C機構（MMCCORP,2194,主板貿服組）聯營財團，順利拿下捷運二線（MRT2）總值154億7千萬令吉的地下隧道工程，惟因最新發展在預料之中，分析員雖上修兩家公司財測和目標價，調幅卻不大。



MMC合約價值勝預期

分析員則同樣看好來自捷運計劃的訂單有助強化長期盈利能見度，加上合約價值高於預期，而上調MMC機構未來3年財測2至7%。

捷運工程賺幅至少13%

艾芬黃氏研究指出，以50%持股計算，MMC機構在隧道工程中佔有的權益約值77億3千500萬令吉，且有關工作賺幅料至少有誘人的13%。

“此外，MMC機構也還掌握冷岳濾水站價值15億令吉訂單，其持股34%的聯營財團，也已贏得冷岳2濾水站價值9億9千300萬令吉的訂單。”

安聯星展研究繼續看好MMC機構，相信後者是深具價值的財團，而且正持續透過讓旗下子公司上市來釋放業務價值。

MIDF研究則因訂單填補值高於預期，而調高MMC機構2016和2017年財測4%和7%，估計集團未來兩年營業額將有39%來自建築業務。（星洲日報／財經‧報道：李三宇）

马矿业UEM 与沙企业 竞标泛婆大道交付伙伴

（吉隆坡2日讯）消息透露，沙巴Warisan Tarang私人有限公司，有意和马矿业（MMCCORP，2194，主板贸服股）及UEM集团拍档，以成为沙巴部分泛婆罗洲大道的工程交付伙伴（PDP）。

《The Edge》引述消息指出，这3家公司将成立联营公司，以成为沙巴长达700公里泛婆罗洲大道的工程交付伙伴。

据悉，相关的联营协议已拟定，其中Warisan Tarang将持有60%的股权，马矿业和UEM则各别持股20%。

消息指出，估计这份协议即将敲定，有望最快在下周签署。

赚管理收费

根据早前的报道，马矿业和UEM集团将在联营公司各别持股30%，另外40%则由Warisan Tarang持有，如今似乎后者持有更多的股权。

尽管Warisan Tarang的公司规模，不如UEM集团和马矿业般大，不过，考量到在这项工程扮演的PDP角色，这3家公司无需掏钱，只需作为项目管理，从项目总值中赚取收费。

这项工程即将公开招标，同时沙巴建筑商将受邀参与竞标。

半岛公司东渡

考量到沙巴有别于砂拉越，缺乏大型的建筑公司，因此，半岛建筑公司或受邀东渡联营，竞逐招标。

在砂拉越的大型建筑公司，包括有砂查也马特（CMSB，2852，主板工业产品股）、纳音控股（NAIM，5073，主板产业股）、亿强工程（ZECON，7028，主板建筑股）和福胜利（HSL，6238，主板建筑股）等，反观沙巴唯一的上市公司为曙光资本（SURIA，6521，主板贸服股），主要业务倾向于港口营运和产业发展。【南洋网财经】

马矿业KTMB 联营公司 拓货柜运输路线至柔佛

（吉隆坡7日讯）马矿业（MMCCORP，2194，主板贸服股）和马来亚铁道公司（KTMB）的联营公司，将国内和转口货柜运输路线，从巴生港口扩展至柔佛港口与丹绒柏勒巴斯港。

根据日前的文告，两者联营的马来亚铁道公司马矿业货物私人有限公司（KTMB MMC Cargo），旗下承载100个货柜的运输火车，近期开始从巴生港口，把货柜运往柔佛港口。

该联营公司如今通过扩展该运输路线，进一步强化本身的铁道运输服务。

马来亚铁道公司总裁沙比尼表示，公司如今期待能以这段新扩展的路线，为各个领域的业者提供服务。

“这段新路线将通过货运服务，提振我们的生产力和经济效益。”

沙比尼续称，为了响应政府的举措，公司将通过为全国企业提供铁道运输服务，来实现推动铁道运输领域发展的承诺。【南洋网财经】

泛婆羅高路 馬礦業執行首階段PDP

（吉隆坡11日訊）馬礦業（MMCCORP，2194，主要板貿服）執行泛婆羅洲高速公路（Pan Borneo Highway）沙巴區計劃第1階段交付合作夥伴（PDP）工程。

馬礦業向馬證交所報備，婆羅洲高速公路（Borneo Highway）PDP私人有限公司（簡稱BHP），與我國政府和沙巴州政府，針對實施泛婆羅洲高速公路沙巴區計劃第1階段，執行交付合作夥伴。

馬礦業旗下UEM-MMC聯營夥伴私人有限公司，持有BHP的40%股權。

MMC Corporation Berhad ("MMC" or "Company") is pleased to announce that Borneo Highway PDP Sdn Bhd ("BHP"), has on 11 April 2016 executed the Project Delivery Partner Agreement ("PDP Agreement") with the Government of Malaysia and the State Government of Sabah (collectively, the "Owner") in respect of the implementation of Phase 1 of the Pan Borneo Highway (Sabah) (“Project”). BHP is 40% owned by UEM MMC Joint Venture Sdn Bhd (“UMJV”), which in turn is a jointly-controlled entity of MMC. MMC’s effective interest in BHP, via UMJV, is 20%. The salient terms of the PDP Agreement BHP shall perform its services in the implementation, supervision, management and delivery of the Project within the time and cost allocated for the Project. The Completion Date for the Project is scheduled on 31 December 2021. Source of Funds MMC shall fund its share in BHP through internally generated funds and bank borrowings. Financial Effects: Share Capital and Substantial Shareholders' shareholdings The Project will not have any effect on the share capital and substantial shareholders' shareholdings of MMC. Earnings per Share The Project is not expected to have any significant effect on the earnings of the MMC Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2016. However, it is expected to contribute positively to the future earnings of the MMC Group.
