Description	DISPOSAL OF ENTIRE EQUITY INTEREST IN DKLS MANAGEMENT SDN BHD
On behalf of the Board of Directors of DKLS Industries Berhad (“DKLS” or “Company”), we wish to announce that the Company has on 26 November 2015 disposed of the entire equity interest in DKLS Management Sdn Bhd (“DMSB”), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, representing 230,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in DMSB for a total cash consideration of RM230,872 (“Disposal”). The Disposal is part of the rationalisation and streamlining exercise of the DKLS Group for the Company to divest its dormant subsidiary and for the Group to remain focus on construction and property development projects and related business activities.  DMSB is currently dormant.  Upon the completion of the Disposal, DMSB ceases to be a subsidiary of the Company. The consideration for the Disposal was arrived at on a willing buyer willing seller basis after taking into account the net assets of DMSB based on its unaudited financial statements for the period ended 31 October 2015. The Disposal has given rise to a gain of RM872 at company level and no gain no loss at DKLS Group level. The Disposal is not subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company or any government authorities. None of the directors and/or major shareholders of DKLS and persons connected to them have any interest, direct or indirect, in the Disposal. This announcement is dated 26 November 2015.

Description	DISPOSAL OF THE ENTIRE EQUITY INTEREST IN DKLS LAKEVIEW SDN BHD
On behalf of the Board of Directors of DKLS Industries Berhad (“DKLS” or “Company”), we wish to announce that the Company has on 28 August 2017 disposed of the entire equity interest in DKLS Lakeview Sdn Bhd (“DLSB”), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, comprising 10 ordinary shares in DLSB for a total cash consideration of RM10.00 (“Disposal”). The Disposal is part of the rationalisation and streamlining exercise of the DKLS Group for the Company to divest its dormant and non-contributing subsidiary.  Upon the completion of the Disposal, DLSB ceases to be a subsidiary of the Company. DLSB is currently dormant except for its holding of 30% equity interest in UMW Fabritech Sdn Bhd (“UMWF”), which is a loss operating company.  The Group’s original investment cost in UMWF was RM7,600,000 and has been fully impaired with a carrying value of RM1 in DLSB’s books. The principal activities of UMWF were that of provision of sandblasting, priming, coating, inspection, repair, maintenance and repair services to oil and gas industry. The consideration for the Disposal was arrived at on a willing buyer willing seller basis after taking into account the net assets of DLSB based on its audited financial statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2016.  The Disposal has given rise to a gain of approximately RM10 and RM16,534 at the Company and Group level respectively. The Disposal is not subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company or any government authorities. DKLS工业被追税504万
与三子公司净利受损

（吉隆坡9日讯）DKLS工业（DKLS，7528，主板建筑股）与旗下三家子公司，齐齐遭到内陆税收局追讨税务，共504万4300令吉。

DKLS工业向交易所报备，上述三家子公司分别是DKLS建筑私人有限公司、DKLS发展私人有限公司和DKLS Homebuilders私人有限公司。

根据文告，税收局是因为技术调整，而针对2010至2016课税年的账目，追讨额外的税金和罚款。

DKLS工业与其公司已经接受收税局的追讨，并已达至和解协议，即支付额外的税金和罚款。

DKLS工业本身被追讨4万1300令吉，以及1万2848令吉的罚款。DKLS建筑则被追讨254万令吉，和78万8733令吉罚款。

至于DKLS发展，则被追讨204万5000令吉，和63万6628令吉罚款。而DKLS Homebuilders则是被追讨41万8000令吉，罚款为12万9929令吉。

该公司表示，上述税金和罚款将反映在2017财年的账目上，预计会拉低净利和净资产表现。【e南洋】
