（吉隆坡15日訊）較低的產品價格影響，蜆殼（SHELL，4324，主要板工業）2013財年首季淨虧2450萬8000令吉。

蜆殼今日向馬證交所報備指出，截至今年3月31日，首季營業額按年跌2.5%，報36億1006萬令吉；稅前虧損6385萬9000令吉，比較去年同期為盈利3786萬2000令吉；每股虧損16.02仙。

蜆殼指出，該公司首季淨虧2450萬8000令吉，主要因為煉油廠的加工原油，按年增加6%至940萬桶，及煉油利潤降低所影響。[中国报财经]

（吉隆坡13日訊）產品賺幅改善，需求增加，使蜆殼石油（SHELL，4324，主板工業產品組）截至2013年6月30日為止次季仍然蒙虧，惟淨虧損縮減至5千786萬1千令吉，比較前期淨虧損為1億2千零7萬7千令吉。

次季仍虧5786萬
由於旗下產品價格走低，該公司次季營業額為33億9千307萬6千令吉，比較前期為35億6千零95萬5千令吉。

截至2013年6月30日為止的首6個月，該公司淨虧損8千236萬8千令吉，比較前期淨虧損則為1億零545萬4千令吉。

該公司首6個月的營業額為70億零313萬6千令吉，比較前期為72億6千450萬6千令吉。

該公司文告指出，它在次季及首半年的淨虧損收窄，主要是提煉賺幅改善及汽油需求有增無減。（星洲日報／財經）

謝姚依雯任蜆殼董事

（吉隆坡13日訊）蜆殼（SHELL，4324，主要板工業）宣布，委任豐隆銀行（HLBANK，5819，主要板金融）前總執行長拿督謝姚依雯為非執行董事。

該公司向馬證交所報備，現年60歲的謝姚依雯即日起，擔任蜆殼非執行董事；她是在今年3月底宣布退休，並在6月底卸下所有在豐隆集團內的職位。

文告指出，謝姚依雯亦曾在1996年至2002年之間，擔任興業銀行總執行長。

另外，蜆殼宣布本財年次季業績，虧損額從上財年同期1億2078萬令吉，按年收窄52%至5786萬令吉，但營業額下跌5%至33億9308萬令吉。

截至今年6月底，蜆殼上半年營業額按年下滑4%至70億314萬令吉，虧損額從1億545萬令吉收窄22%至8237萬令吉。[中国报财经]

蚬壳4800万翻新厂房

（吉隆坡26日讯）石油与天然气巨头蚬壳（Shell）将投资1500万美元（约4800万令吉），翻新民都鲁的气转油（gas to liquid，GTL）厂房，以确保该厂继续生产创新产品。

《婆罗洲邮报》报道，蚬壳新加坡综合天然气副总裁艾特维瑟指出，蚬壳已批准了上述投资，翻新民都鲁20年老厂房。

这家厂房也被称为蚬壳中间馏分油合成技术（马来西亚）私人有限公司（ShellMDS）。

艾特维瑟补充，翻新厂房也是为了降低负债和允许更多的产品开发。

他在首届蚬壳东南亚创新峰会上指出：“翻新计划大部分将在2015年执行，另一些则需等到2019年。”

也是Shell MDS的董事经理兼总执行长的艾特维瑟说，蚬壳将致力于确保其民都鲁GTL厂房，也是世界首个商业GTL厂房，继续营运。

他早前指出，民都鲁GTL厂房目前的总资本投资是13亿美元（约41.6亿令吉），其中2亿美元（约6.4亿令吉）投资在研究设施。[南洋网财经]

談到蜆殼石油業務前景，蜆殼石油管理層在第三季業績報告指出，預料旗下的汽油提煉賺幅將在第四季持續疲弱，主要是區域提煉汽油產能過剩。該公司認為，旗下汽油提煉廠將繼續專注營運及產品素質，以便攫取最大賺幅的機會。

該公司業績方面，截至2013年9月30日為止第三季，淨利為2千186萬9千令吉，前期淨利為5千393萬8千令吉。第三季營業額為39億3千630萬4千令吉，前期為39億2千439萬1千令吉。第三季每股淨利為14.29仙，前期為35.25仙。

首9個月的淨虧損為6千零49萬9千令吉，前期為淨虧損5千151萬6千令吉。而營業額則為109億3千944萬令吉，前期為111億8千889萬7千令吉。首9個月的每股淨虧損為39.54仙，前期為每股淨虧損33.67仙。該公司每股資產值為5令吉17仙。

該公司在宣佈第三季業績時指出，該公司首9個月營業額減少3%，主要是產品價格走低。該公司首9個月依然蒙受虧損，主要是汽油提煉廠賺幅疲弱所致。同時，該公司汽油提煉廠提煉2千860萬桶的原油，比前期增加5%。

蚬壳全年净亏恶化

二零一四年四月九日 凌晨十二时三十二分
（吉隆坡8日讯）蚬壳有限公司（SHELL，4324，工业产品组）公布，在截至2013年12月31日止财政年度，所录得的税后亏损按年从9500万令吉恶化至1亿5600万令吉。

而营业额则较前期小跌3%至147亿令吉，主要是受到石油产品价格较低所影响。

该集团致函大马交易所表示，上述期间净亏增加，主要是受到原油和石油产品价格之间的差异降低，因而削弱炼油的赚幅。

此外，在第4季度中，蚬壳的税后亏损达3700万令吉，但在同年第3季度录得4300万令吉的税后盈利，主要是较高的原油价格大幅削弱炼油赚幅。

至于营业额则由13年第3季下滑5%至同年第4季的39亿令吉，主要是产品价格的销量较低所致。

蚬壳指出，在2013年第4季度，旗下的炼油厂加工了900万桶原油，并卖出了1000万桶石油产品。

在购入的原油中，67％来自远东和非洲，而余下的33％则来自马来西亚。【光华日报财经】

JGC获民都鲁LNG厂翻修工程

（吉隆坡5日讯）日挥株式会社（JGC）公布，以该集团为首的財团，贏得LNGDua私人有限公司颁发位於民都鲁的液化天然气（LNG）厂房的翻修工程。       

该財团是由JGC（马）私人有限公司与大马公司Synerlitz组成。

日挥株式会社在文告中指出，LNG Dua私人有限公司是一家联营公司，由大马政府控制的国家石油持股60%、蜆壳（SHELL，4324，主板工业股）持有15%股权、日本三菱持股15%及砂拉越州政府持股10%。

文告称，该总承包合约主要是负责在民都鲁的液化天然气厂房的承建与委託工程（EPCC）以及翻修工作。然而，该EPCC的合约价值尚未透露，而相关工程將在2019年1月完成。

这个项目是为了修復在民都鲁的国油液化天然气中心的第4、第5及第6的液化天然气生產设施。国油液化天然气中心是全球最大的液化天然气生產中心之一（现有的8座生產设施目前已投入营运，第9座生產设施目前是由JGC负责建造）。

日挥株式会社不仅在厂房建造方面拥有良好的纪录，同时在厂房维修、扩展及翻新也有不俗的表现。

国油財团沙州岸外发现石油

（吉隆坡17日讯）大马国家石油公司（Petronas）週一宣布，和蜆壳（SHELL，4324，主板工业股）与康菲石油公司（Conoco Phillips）组成的联营公司，在沙巴岸外的探测台发现石油。       

该座位於Limbayong油田被命名为Limbayong-2的探测台中发现石油。该探测报告申明，检测到136公尺深的含油砂岩（oil bearing sands），目前，该探测台正进行更多的评估和探索工作，以確定其可收回容量。

国油探勘及生產业务执行副总裁拿督黄耀兴对於该发现感到非常高兴，並表示，这肯定了大马深水区的碳氢化合物的正面前景。

另外，大马蜆壳主席兼沙巴蜆壳石油有限公司董事经理罗元也指出，这发现证明沙巴海域蕴藏大量显著的石油，同时，为东马勘探活动带来积极的发展。

Limbayong-2的钻油活动是由国油及大马蜆壳和康菲石油公司组成的財团负责进行。

（吉隆坡17日訊）蜆殼（SHELL，4324，主要板工業）宣布，拿督哈芝羅扎諾將辭董事經理一職，並由現任新加坡蜆殼生產經理阿彌漢扎，接任董事經理一職。

該公司向馬證交所報備，現年57歲的拿督哈芝羅扎諾，在加入該公司前，曾是登嘉樓Huntsman Tioxide（馬）私人有限公司的經理。

根據文告，他于2009年5月8日加入該公司擔任董事經理一職。

文告也指出，畢業于澳洲墨爾本的阿彌漢扎，在2007年曾擔任來自印尼Lotte Chemical Titan公司主管一職，並在2009年時加入新加坡蜆殼公司，擔任生產經理一職。【中国报财经】
