英沙1200萬售J&C Pacific

（吉隆坡23日訊）英沙（INSAS，3379，主要板金融）以1200萬令吉，脫售J&C Pacific私人有限公司125萬股股票，並通過發行136萬股可轉換優先股支付，每股發售價為3.30新元（約9.23令吉）。
該公司向馬證交所報備，英沙將J&C Pacific另51%股權，以612萬令吉售給Numoni有限公司，並以69萬股可轉換優先股支付。
英沙預計可從脫售活動取得約161萬4000令吉收益。【中国报财经】

英莎金融科技业务将上市

（吉隆坡29日讯）英莎（INSAS，3379，主板金融股）跨出传统实体业务，进军至金融科技（Fintech）领域，并计划在未来8个月将金融科技业务挂牌上市。
根据《星报》报道，英莎将成立一家金融科技公司，且有可能在8个月内，将其挂牌上市。
金融科技是一个运用科技来巩固金融系统的领域，其中包括付费、转账、贷款和筹资等活动。
英莎旗下拥有金融服务、房产与零售业务的英莎，近期已合并旗下两个科技公司，打造一个规模更大的公司。
该公司持21.26%股权的新加坡金融科技公司Numoni，将收购移动电讯产品和服务供应商———J&C太平洋。
英莎将以612万令吉，把手上J&C太平洋的51%股权，卖给Numoni，而后者则将发出69万4487股可转换优先股来完成交易。
除了英莎手中的51%股权，Numoni也将从其他股东手上，收购J&C太平洋的剩余股权，估值料为1200万令吉。
英莎表示，整合Numoni及J&C太平洋可巩固投资目的，因合并公司拥有更佳的协同效应，国际立足点较广，上涨潜能亦更高。【南洋网财经】 |

周五，区域股市的技术反弹，仅能带动马股轻微反弹，交投趋势重点继续投向重量级综指股。
富时隆综指的交投活动，继续处于它的横摆巩固走势间，于1715水平线上取得技术支撑，以1716点间报收。
综指30只成分股进入持续横摆盘整。
上升股为487只，而下跌股为345只。
英莎（INSAS，3379，主板金融股）闭市时反弹，收于79仙，按日起4.5仙或6.04%。
英莎的日线图表走势的交投趋势，上破一道短线顶头阻力线（B1:B2）上报收。
它的日线平滑异同移动均线指标（MACD）的交投走势，已告处于持续上升趋势。
它处于“0”支撑线上波动，后市交投走势料会出现一段回试下限支持线的支撑。
英莎的日线图表走势于回试后，或会显现反弹走势，料会上挑80至87仙的阻力位。

含糊回应提问 英莎股东砲轰董事局

（吉隆坡17日讯）英莎（INSAS，3379，主板金融股）董事局含糊应对小股东的各项提问，引起小股东不满与炮轰。
英莎董事局在今天举行的股东大会上，受到小股东询问公司的季度亏损、投资、和未来发展方向时，皆含糊回应，引起出席大会的小股东不满，进而向董事局发难。但是，即便小股东对董事局表示不满，惟董事局並没有改变態度。
据一名出席该公司今天举办的股东大会的小股东对记者透露，当问及该公司的亏损问题时，管理层不予以正面回应。今天的股东大会吸引了约200名股东出席。
英莎2016財政年首季（截至9月30日止）凈亏2902万令吉，去年同期净赚2374万令吉；与此同时，其营业额由去年同期的7112万令吉，下滑33.48%，至4731万令吉。由於业绩由盈转亏，小股东想了解致使亏损的详情，惟却不得要领。
根据该公司在呈报业绩时解释，其投资控股及交易业务的资產面对多达3070万令吉的减值，因此导致公司业绩由盈转亏。
该名小股东补充说，股东想知道的另一件事是公司的现金。截至9月30日，该公司所持现金达1亿5874万令吉。当股东在会上询问董事局会如何运用这笔现金时，董事局却含糊回应，仅表示將投资证券，但並未进一步说明，最后以「一切正在进行中」以及「不能进一步公佈」拒绝透露详情。
该名小股东表示，董事局的这个答案引起现场所有股东的不满。
他指出，自己持有英莎股票已长达20年，但获得的股息却是区区1%。他也投诉该公司副主席兼首席执行员汤国基对小股东的態度不友善。
