其实本来都已经抽很多税了（要不然谁来津贴食用油？），现在只是要重新调整它的税务结构。

据说暴利税只会影响EPS1-2%而已。

Expects negativesentiment on plantation sector will prevail, at least until tax issueis addressed. "Although the negative news could adversely affect theshare prices in the short term, we believe palm oil supply-demandfundamentals should prevail on a 12-month view. We are thereforepositive about the palm oil price because of the tight global supplyoutlook for vegetable oil, particularly soybean oil."

Crudepalm oil futures on Malaysia's derivatives exchange rose to theirhighest level in 10 weeks Monday, on a likely cut in soyoil importtariffs by China, ongoing strife over soybean export tariffs inArgentina and an increase in the base export price for palm oil byIndonesia, trade participants said.
Gains in CPO futures weretrimmed due to disappointing Malaysian palm oil export numbers duringthe May 1-25 period, which are estimated at a 3-month low, they said.
The benchmark August contracton Bursa Malaysia Derivatives ended MYR19 higher at MYR3,673 a metricton, off an intraday high of MYR3,705.
The benchmark third-monthcontract on BMD traded above MYR3,700 for the first time since Mar. 14.It ended higher for the fourth successive trading day, with gainstotaling MYR119 during the period.
"August has already brokenabove resistance of MYR3,674 and could test the MYR3,700 level in thenear term," a trader in Kuala Lumpur said soon after morning sessiontrading started.
  He said there are several factors to support prices despite the fall in Malaysia's palm oil exports.
China's Ministry of Finance isconsidering adjustments in tariffs of various commodities. Tradersexpect a cut in the import tariff for soyoil to 3% for theJune-September period from the current 9%.
"China's vegetable oilpurchases are likely to be strong over the next few weeks, catering tothe requirements of the survivors of this month's earthquake," said anexecutive at a global trading company.
He said even if China buysmore soyoil, it will push up the overall demand for vegetable oils andis supportive for palm oil prices.
  However, several traders cautioned that ample supplies at overseas destinations worldwide seem to be damping demand.
"Institutional importersoverseas are unable to sell their large stockpile of palm oil toconsumers, and this may be leading to a glut," said a KualaLumpur-based official at an international trading firm.
He said unless Malaysia's palmoil exports sustain around 1.3 million tons for several successivemonths, stocks can weigh on prices.
He said recent gains in CPOprices are mostly based on the surge in soyoil and crude oil futuresrather than any support from palm oil's own fundamentals.
