（吉隆坡27日讯）马国民再保险（MNRB，6459，主板金融股）乐观预见，该公司截至明年3月底的2017财年内，财务表现将改善。

该公司总裁兼总执行长莫哈末丁马力肯指出，该公司已展开了一些策略，包括成立内部精算师团队，检讨产品价格，以及在进军新市场前进行全面的研究。

他说：“我们不预计再保险领域有强劲增长，因为目前再保险领域非常疲弱，而且竞争激烈拖累价格。”

他日前在该公司股东常年大会后说：“公司现在更专注在净利表现，不追求营业额增长。”

马国民再保险截至今年3月底的2016财年内，面对3321万令吉的净亏损。

首季净利跌19%

针对亏损，莫哈末丁马力肯说，是因为中国天津港口大爆炸，引致预料意外的高额度索赔，总共赔偿了6300万令吉。

此外，该公司截至6月底首季，净利达3094万6000令吉，跌18.64%，上财年同期为3803万6000令吉。

营业额则微挫6%，报6亿573万2000令吉，上财年同期为6亿4420万2000令吉。

莫哈末丁马力肯解释，尽管首季净利按年下滑，但仍较去年末季的亏损表现有所改善。上财年末季净亏达2151万6000令吉。

他还说，基于全球经济不明朗，该公司对于今年的总保费仍保持谨慎。【e南洋】

馬國民再保險 借3.2億再融資現有貸款

（吉隆坡17日訊）馬國民再保險（MNRB，6459，主要板金融）將借貸3億2000萬令吉為旗下現有貸款進行再融資。

馬國民再保險指出，上述無擔保性質的信貸便利由大馬投銀控股（AMBANK，1015，主要板金融）提供，為期18個月，並具有額外展延6個月的選項。

上述信貸便利將採用浮動利率，並會每3個月進行一次評估。

該公司指出，上述信貸便利並不會增加公司的負債率，因為全數貸款將用于再融資旗下現有貸款。

另外，馬國民再保險今年內也將有2項貸款到期，分別是總值2億令吉由渣打伊斯蘭銀行Saadiq所提供的伊斯蘭原產品Murabaha融資，將在今年5月22日到期，以及總值1.2億令吉由馬興業金融阿瑪納投資銀行所提供的伊斯蘭Mudharabah債券，將在12月10日到期。【中国报财经】

（吉隆坡24日讯）马国民再保险（MNRB，6459，主板金融股）截至6月30日首季，净利增长63%至5043万9000令吉；营业额持平在6亿557万4000令吉。

马国民再保险昨日向交易所报备，旗下回教保险业务的营业额走高，但再保险业务的营业额，却因为业务精简活动而减少。

当季净利攀扬，归功于再保险和回教保险业务都有所增长。

总裁兼集团总执行长莫哈末丁马力肯，通过文告表示，在营商和经济充满挑战之际，业绩改善显示出集团巩固获利能力的努力。

“我们本季表现良好，且会继续推出策略商业举措，以维持本财年的增长。同时，我们也会谨慎营运，以减轻在如此波动情况下营运的风险。”

MNRB接获献购建议．企业价值不合未成事

（吉隆坡24日讯）MNRB控股（MNRB，6459，主板金融组）接获多方买家献购建议，惟因企业价值不符合集团要求而未能成事。

该集团总裁兼首席执行员莫哈末丁马力肯在股东大会后对并购状况不愿置评，仅表示曾接获其他保险公司献购建议，却因献购业务不符合集团业务模式而无法成型。

收购须慎选目标

“对于收购，我们需考量献购业务将来带给公司的价值，如能否融入现有业务模式等。”

MNRB控股为国内唯一上市的再保险业者，为国民投资机构（PNB）6大策略公司之一，后者持有60%股权，是该集团大股东。

早前市场分析员预测，国民投资机构可能通过并购来为该公司创造价值。

鉴于大马监管当局要求，保险业者需在2013年起的5年内分拆寿险和非寿险业务，促使惠誉（Fitch）预测，大马保险及伊斯兰保险领域并购活动将升温。

目前，大马有8家伊斯兰保险及4家保险公司尚未分拆业务。

至于业务策略，他表示集团正在合理化业务，不再以量取胜，而是慎选顾客提升获利。

该集团是从去年开始合理化再保险业务，包括减少海外的低获利顾客组合、调整再保险条件、收紧订价及增加获利组合。

有鉴于此，他预测，本财政年在保险业务保费收入将持平。上财政年，该集团取得13亿令吉再保险保费收入。

“预计本财政年净利将由再保险及Ikhlas伊斯兰保险双面贡献推动，尤其是后者，料有望在本财政年转亏为盈。”在2015及2016年连亏两年后，Ikhlas伊斯兰保险业务从2017第一季开始获利，2018财政年第一季最新业绩显示，净利从去年同期的220万令吉飙升至1590万令吉。

目前再保险及Ikhlas伊斯兰保险贡献比例为90%及10%。不过，现阶段他还无法预测2018财政年净利趋势，因获利将取决于海外天灾状况，如台风及地震。

“公司获利将根据7至11月台风季状况估算，这通常是影响第二季及第三季业绩的主要因素。”

天鸽或影响业绩

至于刚发生的“天鸽”台风，他表示目前还无法预估其损失，但集团已就此作出拨备。

该集团海外业务最大市场为中国及土耳其，其他市场包括印尼及还在成长中的日本。

We refer to the earlier announcements dated 22 April 2015 and 14 April 2016. The Board of Directors wishes to announce that, as part of our Group internal restructuring process, a transfer of the family retakaful and general retakaful businesses (“Business”) from MNRB Retakaful Berhad (“Transferor”) to Malaysian Reinsurance Berhad (“Transferee”), both wholly owned subsidiaries of MNRB (“Business Transfer”), will be undertaken.   The Business Transfer will be executed by way of a scheme of transfer, confirmed by an order of the High Court in Malaya pursuant to Section 102 of the Financial Services Act, 2013 and Section 114 of the Islamic Financial Services Act, 2013.  The Business Transfer shall take effect on 1 December 2017 or such other date as may be agreed in writing by both the Transferor and Transferee.    The Transferor and Transferee had, on 29 September 2017, entered into a Business Transfer Agreement (“BTA”) which comprises, among others, the transfer of all the assets and liabilities used by the Transferor to carry out the Business and which relate to the Business as specifically listed in the BTA. This announcement is dated 12 October 2017.

马国民再保险赚2072万

（吉隆坡28日讯）马国民再保险（MNRB，6459，主板金融股）截至9月30日次季，净赚2071万9000令吉或每股6.50仙，按年激增176.3%。

马国民再保险昨日向交易所报备，次季营业额达6亿5141万8000令吉，年增5.43%。

累计首半年，净利按年大涨85%，至7115万8000令吉；营业额年涨2.73%，报12亿5699万3000令吉。

马国民再保险通过文告指出，首半年净利攀扬，主要归功于再保险和回教保险业务稳定增长。

回险飙144%

尽管国外业务备受同行竞争，且不再继续超过1亿令吉的无利可图业务，但再保险子公司营业额仍能温和增长。

再保险子公司的总保费增加，达6亿7600万令吉；净利也涨至4900万令吉，由去年推出的2020年业务转型计划推动。

总裁兼集团总执行长莫哈末丁马力肯说：“这说明在这首半年里，再保险资子公司的索赔率、承保盈余和净投资收入，已明显改善。”

至于Takaful Ikhlas回教保险子公司，净利激增144%至2200万令吉，归功于普险和寿险业务的代理（Wakalah）费用增加。

他称，Takaful Ikhlas正迈向实现总贡献10亿令吉的目标，意味着代理费用走高，将直接贡献净利。

他还说，次季业绩稳健，证明公司业务改善和营运方法奏效，并乐观看待接下来两个季度能取得好成绩。【e南洋】
