无账目证明购港Unilink 美全1579 万投资仍存疑

（吉隆坡1日讯）美全（MTronic，0043，主板贸服股）外部审计师表示，美全迄今无法厘清旗下香港公司的投资，也没有相关账目或文件证实美全去年曾投资该公司逾1579万令吉。

针对美全截至2012年12月31日的财务，外部审计师MessrsLLTC发表的保留意见（Qualified Opinion）中点出，集团迄今未能解决香港公司———Unilink发展有限公司的投资项目，因而影响之前和现财年的账目。

外部审计师表示，审计过程中没有收到Unilink发展的账目和其他文件，更没有其他程序可确认相关投资的净账面额（net carrying amount），抑或相关投资所需的减值。

截至2012年12月31日，美全对Unilink发展的投资，在集团和公司层面的净账面额，分别是1579万2501令吉及1413万8945令吉。

美全在2011财年减持Unilink发展的股权，后者亦不再是美全联号公司。

因此，集团从此没有左右或控制Unilink发展的管理层，同时把此投资项目转为脱售资产。

Messrs LLTC表示，美全账目只是这部分投资出状况，整体账目没有发现其他问题。

美全在2006年宣布投资香港投资公司Unilink发展，但在2011年把手上的25%股权减少至17.66%。[南洋网财经]

（吉隆坡15日讯）美全（MTronic，0043，主板贸服股）建议私下配售最高约达10%或6349万新股，冀筹635万令吉作营运资本。

美全向马交所报备，上述新股将配售给未鉴定的独立第3方投资者。完成此活动后，该公司扩大后股本为6983万9750令吉，涵盖9亿9839万7503股。[南洋网财经]
