為何在一系列派送紅股與轉板的利好因素下，不見股價攀升?
最近一直有報導亞洲多個國家都有可能會興建賭場，那它會不會受惠？
答：今年9月初，該公司宣布最新企業動作，為獨資子公司RGB私人有限公司與SIBEL PRODUCTS機构設立聯營公司（各持50%股權），以圖為亞洲賭場市場進行生產及銷售博彩產品，以攫取更高市場占有率。
該公司在柬埔寨及越南有業務，並表示2008年會進軍寮國及菲律賓，並覬覦新加坡市場。
該公司最近於9月完成1送2比例派發紅股及有意轉板，某程度上對激勵股價有利，不過，卻不是絕對的因素，因為紅股及轉板計劃，實質上對公司業務及盈利無直接關系。
股價升不升的最主要基本因素，就是公司業務展望好，或賺錢能力與展望，多注意該公司業務發展，可能對投資決定有幫助。
亞洲多個國家都有可能會興建賭場，若是一旦屬實及落實的話，肯定為該公司帶來商業機會，至於會不會受惠，則胥視是否有新商機及它是否最終獲得工程合約而定。

怎么盈利会减少的？？？

不过dreangate的生意也不容易做，需要180天的数期才可以收钱，所以t&r是revenue的一半。

盈利是减少了，但据小弟所知和认为。。。。
Q2和Q3的生意同常都不会好过Q1和Q4的..
如果,Q1的target meet 到了,盛下来多余的钱就会拉倒Q2,Q3去。。。
制造一个每个quarter都有成长的假象。如果公司的q1赚很多钱，q2赚很少,
帐目就很不好看.当然,meet不到时,Q3就拉去Q2.
Q3的营利受挫并不代表生么....公司的业绩地确比去年进步了.
同常Q4才是全年的重点......~!!!如果我是老板,我已知全年的帐幕..
那么Q3的帐目让我买进,Q4的帐目让我卖出.

如果今年的帐目不好,它就很难上主版了.....

我对它还是有信心...小弟下来想看看它的EBITDA 和 Free Cash Flow.
还有debt. 那么大笔的投资在金边和菲国.当初又1分3,不知道会有debt会怎样吗。。。。当然，小弟希望他快点上主版。

不过，Q3的report不是很好,是有点失望..

                    CIMBResearch has maintained its Outperform recommendation on DreamgateCorporation Bhd, and raised its target price to 86 sen from 70 sen, asthe research house is positive that the company is moving in the rightdirection and at a faster-than-expected pace.
It said it was only amatter of time before the Mesdaq-listed Dreamgate fulfilled all thecriteria and received the Securities Commission’s approval to betransferred to the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd.
“We are raising ourprice-over-earnings target from 14 times to 15 times in view of highervaluations for global peers as well as gaming stocks in Malaysia andwithin the region.
“Dreamgate’s imminenttransfer to the Main Board and transformation into a more diversifiedgaming player rather than just a distributor also underpins thisupgrade,” it said yesterday.
CIMBResearch said the upward re-rating catalysts for Dreamgate included itsupcoming Main Board migration, stronger earnings from all divisions andthe landing of more manufacturing, technical, support and management(TSM) and gaming joint ventures (JVs).
The research housesaid Dreamgate was consciously changing its business direction bytaking equity interests in JVs, where both parties benefited from itsAsia-wide connections and network.
“This is in line with its longer-term ambition of becoming a full-fledged gaming equipment manufacturer,” it said.
CIMB Research said inlight of the higher number of gaming machines under Dreamgate’s TSMdivision as at 1H07, it had raised its 2007 to 2009 gaming machinesestimates by 15% as well as net win estimates.
“This will partiallybe offset by a weaker US dollar. For the sales division, we raise ourunit sales expectations by 16% for FY07 and 10% for FY08-09 in view ofthe sterling 1H07 sales and continued strong demand. Margins are alsoincreased to reflect the lower discounting and better product mix,” itsaid.
“The surprise has beenthe surge in demand from the Philippines as the Philippine Amusementand Gaming Corporation has been aggressive in implementing new machinesacross its clubs and is likely to keep up the pace. That said, sales toMacau and Malaysia stayed strong with lumpy sales coming fromCambodia,” it said.
CIMB Research said thenumber of gaming machines under Dreamgate’s TSM division had expandedstrongly over the past four years and was projected to come in justunder 4,300 units by end 2007.
It said thedevelopment of new clubs in Cambodia had eased due to its already largepresence, as Dreamgate turned its focus towards the Philippines,Vietnam and Laos, where it is negotiating with several parties.
“It has been welldocumented that Dreamgate has taken up a 40% stake in a gamingestablishment in Bavet, at the border of Cambodia and Vietnam. With atotal investment of less than US$8 million (RM27.2 million), its 40%commitment is very manageable.
“Scheduled for a softopening in 1H08 with the rest of the amenities coming onstream in late2008 and early 2009, the establishment will target the Vietnamesemarket. We are assuming a breakeven situation for FY08 and a pre-taxprofit contribution of RM1.4 million from FY09 onwards,” it said.
CIMB Research said Dreamgate remained on the lookout for more potential JVs in Indochina.

其实q3的cash是借回来的，可以注意在cash增加的时候其实债务也大量增加，和cash增加的数目差不多。
竟然马币上涨对他不好而美金又看跌，那么迟点再买也不迟，现在先买进一点点就好咯。

她不算热门炒股－也不是周期性炒股－－是低价位优质股－－我只能说－－看好她就不管价位多少买入吧－－不要到时被突然的消息公布措手不及后悔少赚了一两倍开翻的说
