刚刚2046最新的消息，应该是有关2771要对2046做一些行政上的改变，要后天才复牌，可能要私有化2046或者大幅增持他的股权。。至于是要派发红股之类的好消息，应该没有可能。。

TA证券行给BSTEAD的评价很好,目标价依然是8.8

2771出价RM5。5收购2046。。。2046的股东们赚到。。。2771也从此越来越壮大，负债也不用讲，就是越来越多。。可能是用卖掉印尼油棕园的钱来私有化bsdprop。。

KUALA LUMPUR, May 20 (Bernama) -- Boustead Holdings Bhd posted a higher pre-tax profit of RM234 million for its first quarter ended March 31, 2008 from RM98 million in the same quarter last year.

Revenue increased 91 percent to RM1.8 billion from RM967 million previously.

"Again we have kicked off this financial year on a resounding note with a strong increase in profit. We are confident and it is highly likely that we will achieve if not surpass our key performance indicators for this financial year.

"We have declared a dividend of 10 percent which is a first for the group as we have never declared a dividend before in the first quarter," group managing director Tan Sri Lodin Wok Kamaruddin said in a statement here Tuesday.

He said the plantation division has done the group proud by being the primary contributor to its bottomline delivering 45 percent of the group's total profit for this quarter, amounting to RM104 million from RM32 million in the same quarter last year.

The plantation division's outstanding performance was due to the increase in crude palm oil price which averaged RM3,029 per tonne for the first quarter registering a 61 percent increase.

The heavy industries division was the second largest contributor to the group with a profit of RM68 million due to the consolidation of Boustead Naval Shipyard Sdn Bhd and Boustead Heavy Industries Corp Bhd which became subsidiaries during the third quarter of last year.

Its other divisions which recorded increase were trading division which achieved a profit of RM22.8 million, property division (RM20.7 million), finance and investment division (RM11.9 million) and the manufacturing and services division (RM6.1 million).
