工業貿易減記‧油氣蒙虧‧華商第三季淨利挫55.5%

（吉隆坡26日訊）歸咎於石油與天然氣業務蒙虧，以及工業與貿易臂膀庫存減記，華商機構（WASEONG，5142，主板工業產品組）截至2012年9月30日止第三季，淨利下挫55.51%至947萬3千令吉，促使首9個月淨利僅4千730萬1千令吉，萎縮47.94%。

第三季營業額成長0.79%至4億8千261萬3千令吉，首9個月營業額增長8.2%至14億8千773萬2千令吉。

業務表現方面，受工程頒佈延宕，以及低賺益工程開展影響獲利，第三季油氣業務分別錄得1億8千780萬令吉營業額和310萬令吉稅前虧損，按年下跌達25.1%和108.2%；再生能源營業額則成長35.5%至7750萬令吉，稅前盈利揚98%至970萬令吉。

工業貿易與服務營業額和稅前虧損為1億8千140萬令吉和50萬令吉。

華商發文告指出，集團油氣業務現手握10億令吉訂單、再生能源環節和工業貿易與服務分別有2億7千500萬令吉和1億9千萬令吉訂單，同時等候多項對未來帶來正面效益的競標結果，但估計對現財政年影響不大。（星洲日報／財經）

（吉隆坡26日訊）華商機構（WASEONG，5142，主板工業產品組）第三季核心淨利按季與按年挫92%與95%至200萬令吉，儘管首9個月淨利只按年跌48%至4千700萬令吉，油氣業賺益縮減更促使分析員調低本財政年財測19.8%至55%。

馬銀行研究說，油氣業稅前賺益挫至低個位數，基於賺益受嚴重壓縮，下調本財政年淨利預測55%，明後年淨利預測下修18%。

豐隆研究與大馬研究調低本財政財測7.5%與15%，與業研究對今、明、後年財測調低19.8%至34.5%。

第三季油氣業務面臨300萬令吉稅前虧損（去年同期獲2千700萬令吉盈利），主要受很多低賺益工程所累；首9個月核心淨利跌61%，其中佔59%比重的油氣組稅前盈利按年跌67%至4千300萬令吉，低賺益工程固然是主因，澳洲高庚（GORGON）液化天然氣塗層計劃延宕、新加坡與峇淡島工程蒙虧等。

The Board of Directors of Wah Seong Corporation Berhad (“WSC”) is pleased to announce that its pipe coating business unit has been awarded a contract valued at approximately USD198.0 million (equivalent to RM611.3 million based on the exchange rate of USD1.00 to RM3.08749) by Statoil for the total Scope of Coating Work for the Polarled Development Project (previously called NSGI), including Anti Corrosion Coating, Internal Flow Coating and Concrete Weight Coating. The award also includes the coating works for the Kristin Project. The contract involves coating of approximately 520 km of pipes. Activity is expected to commence in the third quarter of 2013 and be completed in 2015. The contract is for provision of pipe coating services which is the core business of the WSC Group and the risks are the normal operational risks associated with provision of pipe coating services. The contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings of WSC Group over the contract period. The contract is project specific and is not renewable. None of the Directors, major shareholders of WSC and / or persons connected to them have any interest, direct or indirect, in the contract. About the Polarled Development Project: The Polarled Development Project is a Statoil project for the transportation of gas from the Aasta Hansteen Field in the Norwegian Sea to the onshore processing facility in Nyhamna, Norway. （吉隆坡15日讯）华商控股（WASEONG，5142，主板工业股）宣佈获得一项总值约6.11亿令吉的挪威Polarled发展项目涂层（Coating）合约，分析员正面看待是项消息，持续看好该公司的发展前景。        

根据该公司的文告，获得由挪威国家石油公司（Statoil）所颁出的工作合约，主要是为Polarled发展项目以及Kristin项目提供涂层服务。

侨丰投行分析员指出，挪威国油旗下的Polarled发展项目，包含挪威Aasta Hansteen油田至当地某家岸上加工厂的天然气输送，而Kristin项目主要是衔接该区油田至Polarled输送管。

上述合约涉及长达520公里输送管的涂层工作，预计在今年第三季动工和2015年完工。

末季贡献净利

儘管这是一项正面消息，但分析员已经把该合约纳入財测，因而不会调整2013財政年净利预测。同时，这项合约將在今年第4季才会作出净利贡献。

与此同时，分析员近期与管理层会面之后，看好华商控股2013財政年的前景。

（吉隆坡18日訊）華商機構（WASEONG，5142，主板工業產品組）獲挪威國家石油公司（Stateoil）頒發約1億9千800萬美元（6億1千130萬令吉）Polarled油氣管塗層服務合約，獲分析員唱好，惟基於工程在預算之內，維持財測不變。

大馬研究說，這項工程也涵蓋Kristin岸外石油工程；主要合約包括全長520公里的油氣管塗層與防蝕工作，預計2013年第三季開工，並在2015年完成；這項首次在歐洲接獲的工程，稅前賺益約為20%。

馬銀行研究預測華商機構從此工程攫取各6千100萬與7千300萬令吉淨利，淨賺益約10至12%。明後年淨利預測不變，預測今明財政年中有4億與6億令吉為塗管工程營業額。

“塗層工程前景未來一年疲弱，新工程可能來自國油的北馬來盆地3年期6億令吉計劃，土庫曼斯坦第二期計劃等。＂

大馬研究說，華商機構目前競標逾40億令吉工程，泰半工程來自海外，第四季料再攫獲一些工程，總訂單有望由10億令吉增60%至16億令吉。

本月26日公佈第四季與全年業績，業績料如市場預期。

豐隆研究正面看待獲取工程，上財政年差強人意，這個財政年基本面改善；這項工程也佔今、明、後年工程替代的7%、27%與19%。

Polarled管道工程主要將Aasta Hansteen天然氣田生產的天然氣運輸至位於Nyhamna天然氣工廠，而Kristin工程則銜接Kristin油田至Polarled管道。

大眾研究說，目前約10億令吉工程中，約6億令吉工程只能維持多半年，因此這項工程剛好是“及時雨＂，另一項及時到手的工程是5億令吉北馬來盆地工程。（星洲日報／財經）

手握15億合約‧華商機構可扭轉劣勢

（吉隆坡5日訊）華商機構（WASEONG，5142，主板工業產品組）第四季淨利表現遜色，卻在意料之中，主要受到油氣業務賺幅偏低，及工程執行延遲拖累，惟分析員普遍認為，該公司手握15億令吉合約，及繼續競標更多合約，預料今年業績將可扭轉劣勢。

華商機構2012年第四季淨利520萬令吉，挫跌73.2%。

全年淨利為5千250萬令吉，下跌52.4%。

MIDF研究指出，該公司2013年財政年淨利能見度仍完好，主要是良好工程訂單，及預期贏取更多新工程合約。

不過，在考慮工程及頒發延遲，以及執行更多低賺幅工程合約，MIDF將華商機構2013年及2014年財政年淨利預測，分別下調4.3%及3.2%，分別達1億2千190萬令吉及1億5千730萬令吉。

黃氏唯高達研究表示，第四季淨利低於預測，主要是油氣業務盈利賺幅偏低，惟再生能源業務盈利表現良好，抵銷部份利空；保持淨利預測，2013年料可達9千萬令吉，2014年為1億零500萬令吉，以及2015年為1億1千500萬令吉。

黃氏唯高達指出，該公司最近取得挪威總值1億9千800萬美元的輸送管涂漆層工程合約，料可改善今年財政年油氣業務表現。

華商機構的15億令吉工程合約，74%來自油氣業務，再生能源及工業貿易，則分別佔16%及10%。

大眾指出，目前該公司覬覦總值5億令吉的北馬盤地工程合約，以及馬利蓋（Malikai）輸送管涂漆層合約，後者料在數個月後頒發。至於剛果種植業務，至今年3月止，該公司已種植2千至3千公頃的土地。（星洲日報／財經）

拟建30 发电厂 华商扩展再生能源业务

（吉隆坡1日讯）华商控股（WaSeong，5142，主板工业产品股）积极扩展再生能源业务，拟在东协、非洲和拉丁美洲建立以生物质（biomass）为原料的发电厂。

《星报》引述华商控股董事经理兼总执行长曾钊联的话说，集团计划在未来5至10年内，于全球各地建设约20至30间发电厂。

他有信心集团将在全球采用农作物为原料的再生能源领域中，占有一席之地。

华商控股将在柬埔寨和刚果，率先建设两栋发电厂。

两发电厂耗近7千万

他透露，尽管计划还未完成，但刚果的发电厂产能将介于3百万瓦特（MW）至5百万瓦特，而柬埔寨将可发电最高10百万瓦特。

“建设发电厂的成本，通常每百万瓦特就需耗上120万美元至150万美元（约372万令吉至465万令吉）。”

这意味，华商控股即将建设的两座发电厂，需花费高达2250万美元（约6950万令吉）。

曾钊联指出，华商控股将考虑建设更大型的发电厂。他补充，集团目前探讨上述国家的磨米厂和棕油厂业者，以能够携手成为策略伙伴。

“这很适合能源不足的发展中国家。许多人有意成为我们的伙伴。”

他也提到，集团下一目标是印尼。虽有意在未来15年内，于刚果种植高达8万公顷的原棕油，但集团拟在印尼和拉丁美洲扩充种植地。[南洋网财经]
