（吉隆坡28日讯）联号公司提高贡献，把Cahya Mata Sarawak Bhd（CMSB）截至今年9月杪第三季（2018财年第三季）净利推高接近四分之一至7800万令吉，一年前为6320万令吉。

根据文告，主要贡献来自OM Materials（Sarawak）私人有限公司。其他联号公司如SACOFA私人有限公司、KKB Engineering Berhad及肯纳格投资银行（Kenanga Investment Bank Bhd）的贡献也有所增加。

营业额从3亿5736万令吉，按年劲扬30%至4亿6517万令吉。

现财年首三季净利按年剧增42.4%至2亿862万令吉，2017财年首三季报1亿4650万令吉。

营业额则从10亿1000万令吉，按年增长20%至12亿2000万令吉。

（吉隆坡29日讯）Cahya Mata Sarawak Bhd（CMSB）耗资3100万令吉收购Borneo Granite私人有限公司（BGSB）的56%股权，以解决泛婆罗洲大道项目石材供应短缺问题。

CMSB持有51%股权的子公司CMS Resources私人有限公司（CMSR），与Kasuma Resort私人有限公司（KRSB）签署了股权买卖协议。

CMSB表示，此次收购将使该公司能够为其现有项目获得可靠和直接的花岗岩石材来源，并进一步扩大其采石场业务。

“BGSB可以从其他项目中受益，例如沿海公路的实施和州政府的第二条主干道项目。此外，州政府将通过公开招标在未来两年内实施更多基建设施项目。预计这些项目将会刺激对石块的需求。”

The Board of Directors of Cahya Mata Sarawak Berhad ("CMSB") wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary companies namely CMS Cement Sdn Bhd ("CMSC") and CMS Cement Industries Sdn Bhd ("CMSCI") have undertaken an Internal Reorganisation which has resulted in the transfer of the business of CMSC to CMSCI on 1 January 2019. In order to effect the Internal Reorganisation, CMSC had transferred its business including related assets and liabilities (except for land and buildings), rights and obligations which include the manufacturing of cement at Pending Plant and Bintulu Plant as well as Sibu and Miri Terminals which have the packing and distribution facilities. Concurrently, CMSC has entered into a rental agreement with CMSCI for the lease of the land and buildings effective from 1 January 2019. All employees of CMSC have been transferred to CMSCI save for a minimum number of staff to remain with CMSC to attend to administrative matters. This Internal Reorganisation is to enhance the operational efficiency of an integrated cement business within the CMS Group's Cement Division and will not have any effect on the earnings per share, net assets per share, gearing, share capital and substantial shareholders' shareholdings of CMSB for the financial year ending 31 December 2019. The settlement for the net transfer of assets and liabilities was carried out by way of issuance and allotment of new ordinary shares of CMSCI. This announcement is dated 2 January 2019.

（吉隆坡13日讯）Cahya Mata Sarawak Bhd（CMSB）公布，间接联营公司获颁一项总值4亿6668万令吉的合约，在砂拉越州民都鲁建造一座连接公路的桥梁。

该集团今日向大马交易所报备，该合约由砂州政府授予PPES Works CCCC JV私人有限公司。这是一家由PPES Works（砂拉越）私人有限公司和中国交通建设（马）私人有限公司各持股50%的联营公司。

CMSB拥有PPES Works的51%股权，而余下49%由砂拉越经济发展机构持有。这使得CMSB间接持有联营公司25.5%。

CMSB表示：“这项称为配套5的工程，工作范围包括建设和完成横跨瓜拉格盟纳（Kuala Kemena）的民都鲁-日拔（Jepak）大桥。一旦完成，不仅将改善连通性，而且还将为砂州天际线增添令人惊叹的工程作品。”

这座斜拉桥全长1048米，设有4车道的双线车道。

工作范围还包括一个跨越Jalan Tun Ahmad Zaidi、Jalan Tun Razak和Jalan Abang Galau交通枢纽的立交桥，与一条4公里长的连接公路。

合约为期4年，至2023年4月2日。

CMSB集团营运总执行长Goh Chii Bing表示：“随着在古晋建设和落成具标志性和广受欢迎的达鲁哈纳桥（Darul Hana Bridge），集团公司不仅展示了工程实力，也将自己置于开创性工程的核心位置，这些作品既美观又实用。”
