完成脱售水务资产　商峰股价先升后跌

（吉隆坡16日讯）商峰控股有限公司（PUN-CAK，6807，基建公司组）完成脱售雪州水务资产予雪兰莪水务管理私人有限公司（PASSB），并收到16亿令吉后，促使投资者期待派发每股1令吉的特别股息，使到今日该集团股价一度水涨船高。

该股一度扬10仙或3.48%，至2.97令吉，之后就出现获利回套。

闭市时，该股报2.85令吉，落2仙或0.70%，共有248万200股转手。

商峰控股宣布，收到雪兰莪水务管理支付的16亿令吉收购余款。这是雪州水务重组计划僵持7年后的一个重要里程碑。

因此，商业高峰私人有限公司和雪州水供公司（Syabas）现都已易主予雪州政府。

商峰控股也有望在年底向股东派发5亿3400万令吉现金股息，或每股1令吉。

随着脱售水务资产，分析师对商峰控股的看法不一。

大马研究维持“守住”评级，目标价为2.80令吉，并指该公司的下一步将是关键，以填补脱售水务特许业务后的盈利缺口。

首6个月，商峰控股旗下油气业务蒙亏2000万令吉，而水务建筑臂膀赚200万令吉。

“商峰控股已预留余下资金（10亿令吉）用于油气或棕油种植投资。我们预计，该集团在未来数月将积极物色新机会。”

不过，该研究机构强调，根据大马交易所主板上市条例PN16，商峰控股将不会被视为现金公司。

联昌投银研究则维持“买入”评级，目标价为3.40令吉，因特别股息将是下个催化剂。

“由于手握现金，市场已经清楚商峰控股将派发股息，相信可能会在11月。我们认为，最早将于12月15日或2016年首季派发。”

该研究机构表示，上述特别股息相等于35%的收益，相当具吸引力。

该机构维持其看法，即使油气业务前景依然充满挑战，以及竞标国内水务工程的明确度，商峰控股短期风险回报仍具吸引力。因此，维持当前的每股盈利预测。【光华日报财经】

商業高峰特別派息RM1 12月4日除權23日派發

（吉隆坡2日訊）商業高峰（PUNCAK，6807，主要板基建）提早捎聖誕佳音，每股1令吉的特別股息將于12月23日派發給股東，除權日定在12月4日。

該公司在馬證交所報備文件指出，那些于12月8日出現在中央存票系統的股東名字，將可獲得這項特別股息。

商業高峰指出，現有憑單持有人若想獲分發股息，必須先行使憑單和認購公司新股；他們必須在本月25日下午5點之前提呈行使表格和認購款項，以趕在12月8日之前符合分發股息的資格。

此外，商業高峰大股東兼執行主席丹斯里羅查里持股達40.25%，照此估計，他將獲得1億6742萬令吉的股息。

該公司其他股東包括朝聖基金局（9.64%）和雇員公積金局（5.05%）。

脱售水供完成派特别股息 商峰急寻新财源

（吉隆坡3日讯）随着献议派发1令吉特别股息后，商峰（PUNCAK，6807，主板基建股）的雪州水供资产脱售案正式落幕，市场如今关注公司，如何填补脱手水供业务后的盈利“缺口”。

商峰在上月中旬，完成脱售雪州水供资产，让纷扰多年的雪州水供整合计划，再往前迈进一大步！

雪州水供管理公司（PASB）支付余款给商峰后，商业高峰（PNSB）和雪州水供公司（SYABAS）不再是后者子公司和联营公司。

同时，在脱售价16亿令吉入袋后，商峰昨日落实，将于下月23日派发每股1令吉特别股息奖励股东，除权日为下月4日。

股价盘中飙8.8%

受派特别股息的消息激励，该股今日一度飙涨8.8%，达到3.09令吉的全日最高点。终场时以2.92令吉挂收，涨幅回退至8仙或2.817%，全日成交量1138万6900股。

由于水供资产不失为公司的“金母鸡”，大马研究表示，如今市场正密切关注，商峰要如何填补水供业务的盈利缺口。

较早前，该公司曾表态，会进军油气或种植领域，但如今还处于探寻方向的时期，未有定案。

在首6个月，油气业务共蒙亏2000万令吉，而水供建筑臂膀则写200万令吉的盈利。

（吉隆坡7日讯）商峰（PUNCAK，6807，主板基建股）宣布董事局变动，委任合顺（UMW，4588，主板消费产品股）前总裁兼总执行长拿督赛希山赛瓦兹尔为公司的董事经理，并即日生效。

根据文告，赛希山赛瓦兹尔之前从2010年10月开始担任合顺的总裁兼总执行长，直到今年9月卸任。

同时，商峰宣布，丹斯里罗查里将卸下董事经理的职务，但持续担任公司执行主席。

Puncak wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Puncak Niaga Construction Sdn Bhd (“PNCSB”) had recently secured the tender called by Jabatan Bekalan Air, Kementerian Tenaga, Teknologi Hijau dan Air (KeTTHA) for the operation and maintenance of a water treatment plant in Beaufort, Sabah (“Project”) as follows:- Name of Project : Kerja-Kerja Operasi dan Penyelenggaraan Secara Komprehensif Loji Rawatan Air di Kampung Lawa Gadong, Beaufort, Sabah Employer : Jabatan Bekalan Air, Kementerian Tenaga, Teknologi Hijau dan Air (KeTTHA) Duration : Three (3) years from 1 February 2016 to 31 January 2019 Scope of works : To operate and maintain the water treatment facilities with a total design capacity of 76 MLD at Kampung Lawa Gadong, Beaufort, for bulk water supply to Labuan. Other terms : As privately agreed with the Employer. The Contract Document for the Project will be signed between the Parties in due course. This announcement is dated 29 January 2016.

月底關閉子公司 傳商業高峰退出油氣業

（吉隆坡11日訊）剛完成水務資產脫售計劃的商業高峰（PUNCAK，6807，主要板基建），主攻油氣服務業的子公司GOM資源私人有限公司也將在本月底關閉，恐有意退出石油和天然气領域。

《太陽報》今日引述知情人士指出，GOM資源將在本月底結束營運，但還不清楚此舉是否標示著商業高峰將退出油气領域。

GOM資源獻議旗下超過百名員工，被吸納到商業高峰集團內，或被賠一筆可觀的遣散費離開公司。該公司目前在得力干將的帶領下繼續營運，2個仍然在運作的部門為人力資源部和財務部。

另一名消息人士指出，GOM資源過去兩年間未有獲得重大的合約，最后一次獲得合約是在2013年12月，由馬石油（Petronas）所頒發。

他指出，該公司管理層稱，缺乏合約和油價持續下滑是GOM資源關閉的原因。

另外，商業高峰旗下油气業務截至2015年9月底，錄得累積9個月的息稅前虧損，達1790萬令吉。【中国报财经】
