馬屋業母股憑單齊揚

(吉隆坡18日訊)僱員公積金局(EPF)名下的馬屋業(MBSB,1171,主板金融組),被列為政治敏感股,在這次大選期間波動不大,不過,隨共同大股東持有的興業資本(RHBCAP,1066,主板金融組)私有化消息發酵,馬屋業也蠢蠢欲動,週四更異軍突起,即使大市走低,該股仍一枝獨秀,起11仙至2令吉80仙,為全場漲幅第5大股項。

一度起12仙

儘管馬股隨外圍受挫,馬屋業週四仍掀起購興,逆市抬頭,一度起12仙到2令吉80仙,全天成交量達1千113萬1千400股。

馬屋業WA(MBSB-WA,1171WA,憑單)也子憑母貴,起10仙到1令吉77仙,最高曾見1令吉81仙,讓該股也趕在十大漲幅股中霸位,漲幅高居第8大。該股全天成交量達1千438萬2千400股,是全場第四熱絡的股項。

市場傳言興業資本三大股東正洽商聯手私有化興業資本,而馬屋業也有望從中受惠,並可能興業資本在私有化後在較後注入興業資本。

值得一提的是,馬屋業最大股東-僱員公積金早前藉馬屋業憑單的轉換擴大股本,恐稀釋馬屋業今年的每股盈利多達18%。僱員公積金在轉換了馬屋業的3億3千170萬單位憑單後,在馬屋業的持股水平已自62.2%提高到69.9%。(星洲日報/財經)

小小愚见,它目前股价并未完全反映其价值,更重要是,大选尘埃落定后,
压抑已久的马股应该随外围补涨,MBSB并不是冷门股,一旦政治震荡退烧,
无论谁主布城,其前景仍然看高一线。(纯粹一厢情愿看法,别太认真)

想请问下,18% 的利息是怎样算呢?
例如我用1350 买了 500 股, 我所得得利息是 1350*0.18 ?
还是怎样?

= [9% x 1.00 (par value股票面值) x 500股] x 75%(扣除25%tax) = rm 33.75 。。所以得到的股息的总数=rm 101.25。。  发表于 23-4-2013 06:13 PM
算过的是 Special Dividend of 18% less 25% Income Tax。至于Final Dividend of 9% less 25% Income Tax  发表于 23-4-2013 06:10 PM

500 * 0.18 = RM90
可是这次的dividend是 18% + 9% = 27%
所以 500 * 0.27 = RM135
这次的有扣税

MBSB宣布股息后并没什么大涨
最多只有5%, 如果没错的话?
在2.80买进, 刚刚2.81卖出了
全部投入了进Maybank, exdate在25号
然而MBSB exdate在大选后
打算先拿了Maybank的股息再投资
提出现金,再来慢慢进MBSB

用500股来算。

[股票数量 * (X% * Par Value)] - 25% income tax

=500 *(0.27 * 1.00) - 25% income tax
=135 - 25 %
=101.25

没报税的话,应该拿不回了。

通常过了EX-date,会自动下调股价。所以不能说你已经赚了7.5%。

例如:
Ex-date 前股价是2.87。第二天开市是应该是在2.60左右吧了。

We refer to the announcements made by RHB Investment Bank Berhad (“RHB Investment Bank”) on behalf of the Board of Directors of MBSB (“Board”) on 12 December 2012 (“Announcement”) and 12 March 2013 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcement.

On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that MBSB Tower Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Ambang Hartamas Sdn Bhd) (“MBSB Tower”) had vide its letter to P.J Sentral dated 19 April 2013 agreed with the following:-
(i) the Building Plans to be submitted to the appropriate authorities for approval;
(ii) the design and full specifications of the Building; and

which was subsequently acknowledged by P.J Sentral vide their letters dated 24 April 2013 and 25 April 2013.

Accordingly, the conditions precedent of the SPA as set out in Section 2.7.2(a)(i) and Sections 2.7.2(a)(ii)(aa)-(bb) of the Announcement have been fulfilled in accordance with the terms of SPA on 25 April 2013.

Consequently, the Building Plans are targeted to be submitted to the appropriate authorities by the 2nd quarter of 2013.

The letters are available for inspection at the registered office of MBSB at 11th Floor, Wisma MBSB, 48 Jalan Dungun, Damansara Heights, 50490 Kuala Lumpur during normal business hours from Mondays to Fridays (except public holidays) for a period of three (3) months from the date of this Announcement.

首季净利飆涨109% 马建屋回酬率超標

(吉隆坡3日讯)马建屋(MBSB,1171,主板金融股)2013財政年首季(截至3月31日止)净利扬升109.2%,达1亿6614万令吉;营业额也成长48.5%,报5亿6247万令吉。       

在业绩大起带动下,马建屋週五逆市上涨,全天起2.94%或8仙,闭市收在2.80令吉。

此外,该公司週五也一併公佈首季的关键绩效指標(KPI)表现。其首季年度化凈股本回酬率(ROE)及营业额成长的表现分別达37.6%及22.8%。

比较2013年凈股本回酬率及营业额的KPI目標分別为15.0%及25.0%。

马建屋称,其凈股本回酬率成长已超越KPI目標,主要归功於伊斯兰银行业务通过拓展个人融资所取得的较高收入,及较高的传统业务收入。

其首季税前盈利按年上涨114.6%,达2亿3711万令吉,为该公司贡献13.08仙的每股净利及37.6%的年度股本回酬率。

伊斯兰银行大功臣

税前盈利的成长主要归功於伊斯兰银行的营运收入提高及减值损失降低。

但隨著业务量增加,因此营运开销也上涨,抵销了部份的成长。

按季而言,马建屋的净利则微跌3.5%,因为该公司在去年末季脱售產业获得5543万令吉的收益。

马建屋首席执行员拿督阿末再尼奥斯曼通过新闻稿表示:「儘管零售市场充满挑战,惟我们还是有能力维持业务的成长,这可从强稳的营业额及净利中看出。

此外,我们的努力也改善了资產素质,公司截至3月份的凈呆账(NPL)率企於3.4%。」[东方日报财经]

Malaysia Building Society Berhad (“MBSB” or “the Company”) would like to announce its achievement for the 1stquarter 2013 as compared to the 2013 Headline Key Performance Indicators (“KPIs”).

HEADLINE KPIs
The Company would like to announce the target Headline KPIs for 2013 as set out in Table 1. These KPIs have been set and agreed by the Board of Directors and Management of the Company as part of the broader KPI framework that the Company has in place, as prescribed under the Government Linked Company (“GLC”) Transformation program and is disclosed on a voluntary basis.

It should be noted that these headline KPIs are targets or aspirations set by the Company for the respective years as a transparent performance practice. The KPIs should not be construed as estimates, forecasts or projections of the Company or representations of any future performance, occurrence or matter as the headlines are merely a set of targets or aspirations of future performance aligned to the Company’s strategy.

The Group net return on equity growth has exceeded the Headline KPIs. This was mainly due to higher income from Islamic banking operations via the expansion of personal financing and higher income from conventional business.

(吉隆坡6日訊)馬屋業(MBSB,1171,主板金融組)最新業績略勝預期,分析員繼續看好該股可帶好良來回酬。

肯納格研究指出,馬屋業2013年首季凈盈利介於1億6千600萬令吉,比該證券行和市場預期的稍高,分別佔全年財測的31%與32%。

如果按年比較,凈盈利增加一倍,主要來自伊斯蘭銀行業務(就是個人融資),以及減少減值虧損、預支與融資的津貼,來自個人融資組合的毛收入,主要是因為個人融資組合取得增長,貸款凈值增升51%至270億令吉,此外,截至2013年3月,呆賬介於3.4%的水平。

不過,按季比較,該公司凈盈利下跌9.5%,主要是2012年第四季盈利包括脫售產業的5千500萬令吉收益,不包括再循環為主的收益,2013年凈盈利可取得30%增幅,主要是來自伊斯蘭銀行業務的收入較高。

另一方面,馬屋業計劃正視該公司相對較低的核心資本比率,可能採取貸款證券化、發行債券,以及展開籌措資本運動,一旦已敲定及獲董事局批准將對外宣佈。

贷款增速推升盈利 马建屋股息上看15.6仙

(吉隆坡6日讯)马建屋(MBSB,1171,主板金融股)大幅扩展个人贷款业务,促使2013财年首季创下高净利,市场看好集团贷款增长加速,调升整体盈利预测,包括上修全年股息预测至15.6仙。

马建屋2013财年首季净利超越市场预期,按年激扬109.2%,按季比较则微跌9.3%,报1亿6610万令吉。集团每股盈利13.08仙,投资回酬高达37.6%。

马建屋成绩亮眼,主要是集团贷款损失拨备金按年降低73%,报1650万令吉;营运成本降低;以及推出多种促销配套,刺激个人贷款增长,让个人贷款业务大幅扩展,一并推高回教业务的净收入。

目标价上修

尽管个人贷款快速增长,但比起2012财年末季,现财年首季的非利息收入大跌60.9%,至1540万令吉。

MIDF研究分析员认为,集团需要承担更多费用,以吸引客户转到马建屋,所以无法推高非利息收入。

个人贷款按季增长12.7%,但其他业务按季表现失色,房贷负增长0.8%、企业贷款负增长0.6%,以及车贷增长19%。

马建屋贷款增长按季加速上扬8.2%,高于2012财年末季写下的按季3.9%增长。个人贷款如今占集团整体贷款的69.3%。

基于马建屋表现优异,兴业研究分析员调整2013和2014财年预测,包括分别调升净利息收入6%与5%、上修净利预测23%与24%、降低贷款损失拨备金35%,以及上调投资回酬预测,从21.9%至26%。

有鉴于此,他上修马建屋目标价至3.40令吉。以35%派息率预测,他也调升2013财年股息预测23%,至15.6仙。

呆账改善至10.3%

马建屋2013财年首季净利息赚幅报4.65%,低于上财年末季的4.92%。

分析员相信,存款按季强劲增长15.3%,报248亿令吉,导致净利息赚幅走低。

成本对收入比率维持在18.5%,无法追上2012财年末季的20.5%。

无论如何,集团呆账率改善至10.3%。

MIDF研究分析员下调2013和2014财年成本对收入比率,从26%至23%;上修2013财年贷款增长预测,从15%至20%;以及调低未来财年的信贷成本预测。
