星报出版脱售港70ISOU 20%

（吉隆坡16日讯）星报出版（Star，6084，主板贸服股）宣布，以240万新元（约598万560令吉），脱售香港70ISOU私人有限公司的20%股权。

星报出版向大马交易所报备，今日与新加坡报业控股互动国际私人有限公司，签署股权买卖合约。

在此合约下，公司同意脱售在70ISOU公司的所有股权，即500万每股面值1新元的普通股予新加坡报业控股互动国际，相等于20%的缴足股本。

70ISOU公司是位于香港的投资控股公司，新加坡报业控股原本持有该公司65%股权。[Nanyang]

星报已跌至2.85，比2008年金融海啸更低。打算在2.75摊平，如果股息180零吉，股息相当于6.5%。该公司现金充裕。

星报这次大跌，主要是EPF在抛售。它手上持有14%股份，如果95买入并持有到现在，大约成本才1.18左右。年尾不少基金经理会调整投资组合，星报成长空间有限，股价最高不过3.50 - 4.00，被撤换也不奇怪。
在我国，GLC（官联公司）举足轻重，公司股价易受操纵，星报最近猛跌，便是一个例子。安全起见，不妨也投资其他先进国股市，像香港，新加坡，美国等。

自从宣布9个月净利滑落17%，星报股价便节节败退，其实星报手持2亿3千3百万现金，相等于每股32仙，加上新闻纸囤货至少12个月，可谓财务稳健。
星报2009盈利1.44亿，2010赚1.84亿，去年1.86亿，今年估计每股盈利20仙，合理价格应在2.96左右。若考虑利润下跌因素在内，其合理价至少也值2.55.
公司过去2年都派发18仙股息，今年应该不例外。以股价2.60计算，股息高达6.9%
星报的隐忧是管理层和行业前景。它近年收购的一些公司，拖累其盈利。年轻人越来越少看报纸，星报报份也受到The Sun的影响。

暂时不能进场，EPF手上还有九千一百八十万股，不知它要丢票到几时。星报平时交易量偏低，散户承接份量不足，除非有大户承担，否则星报股价会不断下跌。

圣诞节过后，太平信托基金和大东方保险，进场购买星报，价格在2.58-2.60之间。在此价位，有强力的支持。通常，星报会在3月左右发放股息。

今日一度反弹至2.82，闭市2.73。虽然仍居最大西报地位，星报已大不如前，广告开销逐渐流往中文报和电视媒体。

EFF 又抛售569600股，占交易量的87%。只要它不断出货，星报很难翻身，至3零吉或以上水平。
