Announcement Details/Table Section : We refer to the announcement dated 25 February 2011 in relation to the Proposals ("Announcement". Unless specified herein, all abbreviations used herein shall have the same meaning as those used in the Announcement. On behalf of the Board, HwangDBS wishes to announce that section 2.2.1 of the Announcement (Pricing of the Warrants) should read as follows: "The issue price of RM0.01 per Warrant and the justification of the issue price were arrived at after taking into consideration the following:(i) a theoretical ex-bonus price of RM1.22 after taking into account the closing price of KJCF Shares of RM1.83 on 24 February 2011, being the market day prior to this announcement; (ii) a theoretical ex-bonus price of RM1.27 after taking into account the five (5)-day VWAP of KJCF Shares up to 24 February 2011, being the market day prior to the date of this announcement, of RM1.90; and (iii) a gross sum of RM1.66 million raised from the Proposed Rights Issue. issue warrant应该不会跟母股有直接的关系吧。kianjoo要起到4块看起来不容易，因为基本面好像没有到这么高，除非有什么内幕消息？哈哈哈。
