Panasonic製造 新董事經理下月上任

（吉隆坡21日訊）Panasonic製造（PANAMY，3719，主要板消費）宣佈，從德國調至大馬的松永陽介將接替目前的董事經理李偉亮，4月1日起生效。

該公司銷售及客服董事曾智聰也將擢升為副董事經理。

松永陽介今日在大馬Panasonic新董事經理委任儀式上說，在李偉亮帶領下，公司達到驚人銷售，預計截至本財年3月的銷售額將錄得102%成長率，總額達19億令吉。

松永陽介自1988年加入Panasonic公司，擁有25年工作經驗，2009年晉升為德國Panasonic副董事經理，並在下月正式擔任大馬Panasonic董事經理。

他指出，歐洲與亞洲市場有很大不同，在很多方面都有差異，如音響器材銷售在德國市場佔80%，剩下20%為家庭電器。

在大馬，家庭電器則佔60%，因此若將歐洲產品直接帶到大馬銷售是相當危險的。

不過，曾智聰說，松永陽介抵達大馬只有兩天，公司在這段期間會先讓松永陽介了解大馬，之后再將他在歐洲的工作經驗結合，並創造出適合大馬人的產品與銷售策略。

松永陽介對于受委為大馬Panasonic董事經理感到高興，他十分期待能成功將公司拓展到另一個階段。

松下電器邁向綠色科技‧開發符大馬需求節能產品

松下電器（馬）有限公司新近委任松永陽介（Yosuke Matsunaga）接替李偉亮的董事經理一職，並委任曾智聰為副董事經理。有關委任自4月1日起生效。

松永陽介今年49歲，1988年畢業於日本大阪府立大學，持有工程學士學位，在松下電器擁有25年經驗，接觸過視聽系統產品、辦公自動化產品和消費類電子產品行銷，1994年駐派英國，1996年調往德國，2003年委任為日本消費類電子產品行銷總經理，2009年起晉升為松下電器德國子公司副董事經理至今。

他日前在接任儀式上致詞時，笑稱自己未走馬上任大馬區董事經理前，靈魂是由日本及德國精神所佔據，接下來將重新分配靈魂至三分之一，容納新的“馬來西亞精神＂，開始認識新環境、新人事及新文化。

“很高興接受新董事經理職位的挑戰，期待能進一步將大馬松下電器的成功拓展至另一層次，以新的身份和使命帶領整間公司，使松下電器品牌及產品能夠在競爭劇烈的市場環境中突圍而出，並為各界所接受。＂

他表示，未來旗下業務方針將專注於提昇大馬人對綠色創意產品的認知，為企業品牌增值，今年料提供更多對環境友好，節能又便捷的家庭娛樂及商務產品，藉此提高人們的生活方式，正面貢獻公司業績。

針對未來是否計劃引入歐式產品或沿用歐式概念研發新產品的問題，他認為兩個區域生活文化迥然不同，當公司把產品轉移至亞洲時，必須先瞭解產品特性和當地市場對產品的接受度，唯有小心的處理和運用，才可開創符合本地人需求的電子產品。

“大馬市場不只貢獻正面業務數據，更是實踐松下電器企業理念的理想國家，鑒於廚房面積、人體高度、體型及生活條件的不同，歐洲產品不一定適用於亞洲人，在這裡，我們必須研發可以滿足本地顧客需求的生活產品。＂

松下電器全年賺7509萬

（吉隆坡30日訊）受本地市場銷售走強和新產能帶動，松下電器（PANAMY，3719，主板消費品組）截至2013年3月31日止第四季淨利按年成長89.29%至1千413萬1千令吉，帶動全年淨利揚升至7千509萬4千令吉，按年成長13.08%。

第四季營業額也取得18.98%成長，至1億8千769萬5千令吉，帶動全年營業額成長4.69%至8億6千464萬5千令吉。

此外，該公司也宣佈派發每股1令吉38仙特別股息，以及35仙終期股息，合計達1令吉73仙的股息將於今年9月5日除權，9月9日享有，惟須扣除25%所得稅。

該公司董事部透過文告說，全年業績向好主要歸功於銷售走強及日本碎肉機產能轉移至大馬營造額外銷售額，而高營業額也直接帶動淨利表現。

董事部相信，大馬經濟基本面強穩料繼續刺激本地需求，惟出口業務則受出口國自家品牌產品挑戰，馬幣走強也對出口銷售造成一些威脅。

松下電器首季淨利跌11%

（吉隆坡21日訊）鑒於聯號公司盈利貢獻減少，松下電器（PANAMY，3719，主板消費品組）截至2013年6月30日止，首季淨利下跌10.94%至1千602萬2千令吉，前期為1千799萬1千令吉。

不過，首季營業額則揚升4.57%至2億1千923萬9千令吉。

該公司發表文告指出，聯號公司盈利貢獻從前期460萬令吉縮減至220萬令吉，導致整體業績表現遜色。

松下電器預見出口市場前景仍充滿挑戰，不過國內市場風扇銷售強穩，可抵銷當中的利空，相信可交出令人滿意的表現。（星洲日報／財經）

该公司今日发表文告，现年54岁的山口正彦将被调任至中国松下出任新职务，因此辞去在Panamy的职务。

山口正彦卸任后，接下空缺的西村秋良现年50岁。他1986年毕业于日本大分大学，经验丰富。

2008年，升至松下集团汽车系统公司人事部总经理一职后，就专注于人事管理发展。

首6個月淨利增長2.88%至3千692萬7千令吉。

也正因13%的風扇銷售增長，促使第二季營業額增長7.2%至2億4千149萬令吉。

7%週息率誘人‧松下可長期累積

（吉隆坡2日訊）松下電器（PANAMY,3719,主板消費品組）2014財政年第四季盈利表現符預期，分析員認為該股未來1年總回酬雖少於15%，但高達7%的誘人週息率可為長期投資者提供累積機會。

MIDF研究指出，松下電器第四季盈利按年增長32%至1千870萬令吉符合預期，全年盈利增長7.6%至8千零80萬令吉，而營業額創新高至8億9千零92萬令吉，按年增長4%，主要歸功於電風扇的國內和出口銷售雙雙走揚。

在第四季，家電營業額增長10.4%，電風扇銷售按年下跌2.6%，但全年則增長34.3%至4億5千900萬，占總營業額的51%。

該行表示，其公司5年的連續本益比在16倍之間，但是強勁及可觀的7%週息率，相信現有股價可為長期投資者提供累積的機會，因此維持“買進”
