    呵呵malton是不是好股真的见人见智，它是好股吗？我只能说它不算好股，它是成长股。。。。我自己也有20lots，买它是赌它能在2-3年内开翻。基本上我所拥有的任何一支股票都好过它多多声

    呵呵，我倒还好。。。但心里是有一点点不爽是真的，但还不至于你说的每天冒冷汗。。。在还没买它之前已经设定给它3年时间开翻还好我其它主力稳稳在那，也有股息收

    那你在意股息没有先，先说明malton是成长型的公司。。。。买了之后就要预了1-2年内看不到东西，以RSI和stochastic来看它以在超卖区，MACD来看它整体趋势还不乐观。。。。我就不会加码咯。

    配合图来看因该还会跌啦。。其实技术分析我才学不到2个月还是菜鸟准不准我不知道，学来也只是帮我选时买股.。。。其实为何一定要选malton呢，比它好的马太多了除非你好像我酱手痒赌自己的眼光

馬頓CEO辭職

（吉隆坡3日訊）馬頓（MALTON，6181，主板產業組）首席執行員謝雷鳴辭職。馬頓在文告中指出，謝雷鳴是另謀發展機會而離職。

現年56歲的謝雷鳴畢業自大馬工藝大學，是一名特許測量師，自1978年任職政府公共工程局，1995年退休後投入商界，於2009年5月擔任NAZA TTDI私人有限公司董事及董事經理顧問，過後加入馬頓。（星洲日報／財經

凭单专栏：马顿-WB短期料淡静

马顿（Malton，6181，主板产业股）的股价，自从在今年2月中创下76仙的高峰后便一直往下调。

直到上周五闭市的时候，该公司母股比起今年高峰已经下跌了约3成。

其公司凭单马顿-WB的跌幅，自然比母股更高差不多接近一半。马顿-WB上周五以22仙闭市。马顿母股则以53仙结束交易。

马顿是一家以产业发展和建筑为核心业务的上市公司。

该公司在2011年12月结束的2012财政年首半年业绩报告，取得了1930万令吉的净盈利，比2011财政年同期的1945万令吉没有太大的变动。

公司在业绩报告表示，其盈利在产业计划推出顺利的情况下会保持理想。

由于马顿股票的投机味浓厚，该公司凭单的估价向来不低。

以目前价位来计算，马顿-WB的溢价高达130%。

引伸波幅58%
不过由于期限还很长，上述溢价的参考性不高。以短期交易的角度来看，该凭单就显得有点贵。

这是因为目前该公司母股的短期历史波幅，已经下降到17%的低点而马顿-WB的引伸波幅则高达58%。

当凭单的引伸波幅大幅度低过母股历史波幅的时候，它的估价理论上就被高估了。

当然，马顿母股的历史波幅在近期股市投资情绪低迷的时候，也陷入了低点。

那些想博母股的股价和波幅回升的股友们，是可以考虑该凭单的。

不过，由于目前股市受到国内和外围的负面情绪影响，该凭单在短期的走势预料淡静。[Nanyang]

和合馬頓協議聯合發展土地

（吉隆坡3日訊）和合建築（HOHUP，5169，主要板建築）與馬頓（MALTON，6181， 主要板產業）達致協議聯合發展土地，前者放棄上訴爭取武吉加里爾24.28公頃土地。

兩家公司分別向馬證交所報備指出，和合建築子公司武吉加里爾發展（Bukit Jalil Development）和馬頓子公司Pioneer Haven達致協議，其中20.23公頃土地繼續聯合發展，4.05公頃則由武吉加里爾發展獨自發展。

另外，武吉加里爾發展亦將佔至少2億2000萬令吉發展總值中的18%，比原先17%來得高；Pioneer Haven將助前者獲得2000萬令吉融資。[ChinaPress]
