1. 我国人口只有20 million,市场大吗?

2. 市场有很多水,mineral water, osmosis water, drinking water。我都是选最便宜的Tesco water或Jusco water。Spritzer的产品有吸引力吗?

抱歉,小弟也是這幾天看到它的盈利大增,才來開個區,看看大家怎么看的。

基本上,它的POP也打得蠻響的。當中的Spritzer Dispenser可以帶來一定的固定收入。
市面上的礦泉水牌子眾多雜亂,它的盈利還可以繼續增加,所以對它有興趣

可以看見這家公司在大牛的時候也只是來回波動,反而在今年的四月向上踏一步
最近MACD的死亡交叉,正是在現在的趨勢觀察它的底線的時期

派息記錄(大都是tax exempt的)

按照這個派息記錄來看,它的派息蠻穩定,可是依股價來看卻嫌太少
在股價RM1.00的時候,派息率還低過定期(況且股價不是RM1.00)

Chuan Sin Sdn Bhd (CS)
CS recorded a revenue of RM48.63 million for the
financial year ended May 31, 2007 as compared
to RM42.54 million in 2006, representing an
improvement of 14.3% from the previous year. This
was due to the overall increase in sales volumes of
all its products of approximately 803,000 cartons
during the financial year.
Despite the rise in sales, pre-tax profit of the company
has dropped from RM3.35 million to RM2.55 million
this year. The lower profit is partly due to the increase
in cost of packing materials which was affected
by the global petroleum prices. Besides, heavy
advertisement and promotion expenses have also
brought down the company’s profit margin, especially
on the launching of Spritzer ‘Tinge’ towards the end
of the financial year. Nevertheless, the Management
believes that various advertising and sales promotions
on television and radio commercials carried out
throughout the year will build up recognition and
loyalty of consumers towards the brand name of
‘Spritzer’ and ‘Cactus’, thus paving the way for the
company to garner bigger market share and achieve
higher profitability in the long run.
The completion of the expansion programme
towards end of the financial year will enable the
company to enhance its competitive advantage
and position itself firmly amidst all bottled water
manufacturers in the industry. The instant surge
in its production capacity will certainly support
the company to boost its sales of bottled water
relentlessly in both local and overseas markets.

Golden PET Industries Sdn Bhd (GPI)
GPI reported an increased revenue from RM30.65
million in 2006 to RM32.89 million in 2007. The
higher revenue is mainly attributed to the improved
performance of its sales of preforms during the year
in terms of volume as well as selling prices. On the
other hand, operating expenses of the company
has declined as a result of higher cost savings and
better collections from its customers. A higher profit
margin was therefore derived from the impact of
both increased revenue and decreased expenses,
resulting in a pre-tax profit of RM1.16 million for the
financial year under review.

Chuan Sin Cactus Sdn Bhd (CSC)
CSC achieved a 22.0% higher revenue to reach
RM20.27 million in 2007, which was a commendable
increase as compared to the preceding year’s
record. The pre-tax profit attained by the company
has therefore increased from RM0.34 million to
RM0.36 million in the current financial year. The
rate of increase in profit margin was however lower
mainly due to the additional staff cost incurred as
a result of the set-up of a marketing department in
Ipoh to run the operations of 5 gallon bottled water.
The company expects a higher profitability in long
run to derive from the savings of transportation cost
for sales of 5 gallon bottled water by Ipoh branch to
Ipoh and South Perak region.

Angenet Sdn Bhd (AG)
AG posted a revenue of RM9.00 million in 2007 as
compared to RM7.59 million in 2006, an increase of
18.6% over the previous year. Correspondingly, pretax
profit of the company improved from RM0.50
million in 2006 to RM0.75 million this year. The higher
profit margin was mainly a result of the decrease
in carriage inwards arising from the reduction in
purchases of packing materials upon installation
of an automatic blow moulding machine for 1.5L
bottles in the preceding year.
With the effort put in to reinforce its operational
efficiencies, AG will continue to improve its
performance in both sales and profit.

PET Master Sdn Bhd (PM)
PM recorded an increase in revenue from RM1.26
million in 2006 to RM1.44 million in 2007, or 14.3%
higher as compared to the preceding year which
was mainly attributed to the increase in sales of 15.6
gram preforms during the year. Despite the rise in
revenue, pre-tax profit of the company declined
from RM0.26 million to RM0.13 million this year as
a result of the depreciation charges incurred for
the new preform injection machine as well as the
decrease in sales of PP cups which fetched a higher
profit margin as compared to 15.6 gram preforms.
With the gradual increase in demand for 15.6 gram
preforms, PM will soon be able to run its production
on full capacity and thus enjoy a higher costefficiency
which will consequently lead to a better
profitability.

瓶裝水不環保, 美決定逐步淘汰

(邁阿密24日訊)美國市長會議週一通過一項決議,呼籲各市政當局逐步淘汰瓶裝水,推廣自來水重要性。

這項表決來自瓶裝水使用塑料瓶包裝,造成環境污染疑慮逐漸提升,以及運水過程中會耗費大量的能源。

根據「放棄使用瓶裝水」環保團體的統計,全美有超過60個城市的市長,已取消市政府的瓶裝水合約。

不過「美國飲料協會」稱這項決議是「充滿虛偽與錯誤」。協會發表聲明指:「當部分市長反對市政府使用瓶裝水時,全美還有更多的市長在災難發生時, 樂于使用它。」

協會表示,塑料瓶可「100%回收,是少數可以完整回收的消費用品之一」。

但《歐洲日報》報導指,美國每年賣出255億瓶裝水,只有16%的瓶子回收。

三藩市市長辦公室指出,每年有超過10億個塑料瓶,堆棄在加利福尼亞州的垃圾場裡,要100年以上的時間,才能分解與清除含水層的毒素。

美國人的瓶裝水消費老早就超過啤酒與牛奶,目前僅次于汽水,預期到2011年,喝瓶裝水的人口會超過喝可樂與雪碧的人口。

瓶裝水的消費成長相當驚人:1980年,每個美國人一年喝19瓶礦泉水,去年每人喝掉114瓶,價值120億美元(392億令吉)。

根據獨立機構統計,3瓶水的量才能生產一瓶礦泉水。為了生產礦泉水, 每年用掉1700萬桶石油,這還不包括運輸的燃料油消耗。

所以正在等待观望石油涨价后的下一季业务成绩

基本上,它的POP也打得蠻響的。當中的Spritzer Dispenser可以帶來一定的固定收入。
市面上的礦泉水牌子眾多雜亂,它的盈利還可以繼續增加 ...


矿泉水这种东西,entry barrier low,
只要我出的起钱,我就能进去这个行业

消费者在选者矿泉水的时候,是以价钱为主
不是以水的成分为主
