JFTech 4月上市时RM0.40 , 现在徘徊在 RM0.23~0.24,跌了整 40%。

（吉隆坡）週五（27日）在馬股粉墨登場的理建（LUXCHEM,5143,主板貿服組）出師不利，隨大盤走低，開市即跌破發售價，折價9.1%或10仙，但交投異常熱絡，成交量達20萬6500股。

馬股隨區域股市走低，此股以低於發售價1令吉10仙的1令吉掛開，在賣盤壓境下節節敗退，一度跌至85.5仙全日最低，閉市掛78仙，折價32仙或29%，成交量達2686萬6400股，名列10大熱門股榜單。

儘管新股出師不利，但理建董事經理兼首席執行員鄧英仕對此並不感失望，認為隔夜美股暴挫，並不預見週五新股能逆市而行，但股價並無法全面反映公司價值，將繼續著重維持盈利表現。

他指出，油價、原產品價格高漲令市場充滿不確定性，而公司向來曝露在石油等相關產品衝擊，今年公司業務將面對嚴峻挑戰。

“不過，今年首季表現依舊良好，加上獲得供應商等鼎力相助，看好未來業務前景，料今年盈利目標可期。”

詢及如何應對成本高漲衝擊，他指出，要解決成本問題並不容易，若原料價格持續飆升，公司唯有積極游說客戶調高售價，將成本轉嫁消費者。

“目前，公司主要資源和技術源自台灣和日本，隨著市場趨勢改變，未來公司將開始轉向中國和印度市場，以平衡供應鏈。”

此外，理建也將積極提高產能和效率，並將產品出口至潛在成長市場。

拓展有利可圖市場

至於進軍新市場計劃，鄧英仕認為，積極拓展海外市場與盈利表現無法相掛勾，在船運費節節高漲的當下，公司將選擇性拓展有利可圖的市場。

“為符合公司的出口政策，以及避免投入太多資本開銷，公司將視市況發展進行產能擴充。若我們又以增產，只需要6至8個月即可應付市場需求。”

目前，理建產品外銷至海外13個國家，包括香港、越南、新加坡、印尼、泰國等區域國家，佔營業額的24%。
