統一合作社獲頒3390萬合約

（吉隆坡3日訊）統一合作社（KUB，6874，主要板貿易）子公司，獲頒供應、安裝、鋪設、建造、測試A 275V戶外統一電氣系統合約，為期1年，總值3390萬令吉。

該公司今日向馬交所報備，旗下子公司KUB Power有限公司，獲得Bahru Stainless私人有限公司頒發該合約， 該合約工廠座落于柔佛巴西古當。[ChinaPress]

大马统一合作卖A&W

（吉隆坡6日讯）大马统一合作（KUB，6874，主板贸服股）计划通过脱售手中A&W餐厅（泰国）和A&W餐厅（大马）私人有限公司，设法在截至今年12月31日的财年里转亏为盈。

资料显示，大马统一合作在2011年全年净亏5880万令吉，营业额则报7亿850万令吉。

大马统一合作董事经理拿督万莫哈末诺万阿末表示，已委托联昌银行为数家皆来自大马的竞投者进行评估。

“我们希望在今年杪做出决定，然后为了集团的利益，脱售两家公司的所有股份。”

他表示，餐厅夺标者必须有一定的经济能力、正在经营饮食业务以及拥有一套完整的业务拓展计划书。

他也否认，其中之一的投标者是政府所持有的国家股权有限公司。

大马统一合作在12年前接手A&W连锁业务，分别在大马和泰国设有20家和40家分店。

拟购砂更多种植地
另一方面，万莫哈末诺万阿末披露，计划在大马特别是砂拉越购买更多种植地。

“我们没有计划拓展印尼市场。”

另外，他也透露，获政府批准于霹雳州建立小型水电站水坝，产能为30mw。

“水电站水坝这是一项联营合作，我们持有50%的股权。

我们会为此投资3亿令吉，作为资本开支。”[Nanyang]

5000万投资砂棕油厂 大马统一收入料增1.3亿

（八打灵再也13日讯）大马统一合作（KUB，6874，主板贸服股）独资子公司大马统一合作农业科技（KUB Agrotech）将投资5000万令吉，在砂拉越木胶（Mukah）兴建棕油厂房，预计可把营业额按年推高逾1亿3000万令吉。

后年中投产
大马统一合作农业科技总执行长再纳阿比丁在记者会上说：“我们将透过内部筹资兴建厂房。”

再纳阿比丁预计，上述厂房每小时可处理45吨鲜果串，明年处理38万吨；至于棕油渣，则将作成再生能源。

他说：“我们将透过旗下种植园———双溪毛糯园和Sungai Nape园以及其他油棕园与小园主供应鲜果串。”

大马统一合作农业科技今日与Sutracom签署了解备忘录，后者将协助兴建棕油厂，预计耗时1年竣工，并于2014年中旬全面投产。

签署协议的代表有大马统一合作农业科技主席拿督古慕里与再纳阿比丁、Sutracom的代表则是主席拿督三苏丁及总营运长莫哈末拉查米，并由大马统一合作主席拿督斯里阿都哈林、以及董事经理拿督万莫哈末诺见证。

拟增2厂
再纳阿比丁表示，为了进一步加强业务，公司计划再增设1至2间厂房，惟具体日期尚未决定。

他续称：“我们打算把种植地库从目前的1万8000英亩增至2015年的7万英亩。”

尽管如此，他拒绝透露潜在收购地库详情，仅表示将在国内。

目前，大马统一合作盈利主要来自种植业，占80至90%；上述棕油厂全面投入运作，种植业盈利贡献更高。

20日开会洽售A&W案
针对大马统一合作计划脱售A&W快餐业务一事，阿都哈林说：“董事部将在本月20日召开会议，商讨整个业务架构，我们不一定会脱售全部股权。”

他表示，一旦董事部有了决定将对外公布。

根据稍早前的报道，大马统一合作计划透过脱售手中A&W餐厅（泰国）和A&W餐厅（大马）私人有限公司，设法在截至今年12月31日财年转亏为盈。

統一合作社農業控股 聯營種植8000公頃油棕地

（吉隆坡7日訊）統一合作社（KUB，6874，主板貿易）旗下子公司統一合作農業控股（KUB Agro Holdings），將以聯營在砂拉越詩巫加那逸（Sibu Kanowit），種植8000公頃油棕地，佔51%投資。

為了達成這項計劃，統一合作農業控股今日與當地Antero Capital簽署諒解備忘錄；Antero Capital佔此投資的49%。

統一合作社主席拿督阿都哈林今日出席簽署諒解備忘錄儀式后的記者會時指出，兩家公司將結合各自的專業知識和相關資源，共同種植該油棕地，預計將耗時5年，完成該種植項目。

“統一合作農業控股全年營業額達4500萬令吉，料該種植計劃完成后，將為公司貢獻至少6000萬令吉營業額，至1億500萬令吉。”

出席者包括統一合作農業控股主席拿督谷慕里、總執行長再納阿比丁、統一合作社執行董事拿督萬莫哈末諾萬阿末、Antero Capital主席拿督莫哈末凱魯、Nagina Marketing FZCO商業項目協調員丹斯里阿末法拉、及種植及原產業部副部長拿督韓沙再努丁。

第4季動工

再納阿比丁指出，該種植計劃將在今年第4季開始動工，預計該油棕地每年可生產2萬噸的原棕油。

他說，擴充地庫也是統一合作農業控股正在進行的計劃之一，該公司正尋找適合的土地，冀望于2015年，把地庫從現有的3萬8000公頃擴增至7萬公頃。

“現有地庫主要坐落在柔佛、木膠及詩巫等地區；公司計劃擴充地庫的位置並不僅局限于大馬，印尼也是我們的目標之一。”

棕油出口額有望破紀錄

種植及原產業部副部長拿督韓沙再努丁指出，繼2011年，大馬棕油出口額創下800億4100萬令吉歷來新高后，他有信心未來3至5年內，棕油出口額有望再破新紀錄。

“大馬棕油出口額去年不僅面對印尼原棕油出口稅政策的打壓，更受國際油棕价格漂浮不定所影響，按年下滑11%至713億9000萬令吉，但我相信，在新原棕油出口稅結構實行下，未來3至5年，大馬棕油出口額有望破800億4100萬令吉新紀錄。”

他指出，政府正積極改變大馬棕油業，截至目前為止，棕油業80%出口額主要來自于油棕，其余20%則來自生物質（Biomass）。

“政府打算在未來3年至5年內，將生物質出口額提升至40%；增加生物質出口額，不僅可提高該營利貢獻，更可通過新業務，提升種植業的收益。”[中国报财经]

（吉隆坡11日讯）大马统一合作（KUB，6874，主板贸服股）将积极发展旗下业务，以加强集团表现。

重组计划推动下，大马统一合作的子公司———A&W餐厅（大马）私人有限公司成功转亏为盈，并计划明年新增分店。

大马统一合作集团董事经理拿督万莫哈末诺接受《Malaysian Reserve》访问时表示，去年已经关闭大马26间蒙亏连锁店，以减少表现逊色分店及亏损。

开店排除购物广场

“我们已在全马关闭26家连锁店。重组计划执行后，A&W也在今年3月转亏为盈。

同时，我们将从2014年开始在大马策略性地点开更多分店。”

万莫哈末诺补充，购物广场租金太高，公司将在购物广场以外寻找策略性地点设新店。

至于泰国A&W餐厅，他表示，已关闭10家连锁店。目前，仍在寻找潜在买家以脱售全数股权。

大马统一合作业务包括资讯与通讯工艺（ICT）、产业、工程及建筑、农业、食品及能源有关工业。

就其它业务而言，万莫哈末诺表示，公司目前透过多元化液化石油气（LPG）装桶业务至其他领域，加强集团在Summit石油大马有限公司扮演的角色。

（吉隆坡23日訊）統一合作社（KUB，6874，主要板貿易）計劃與新加坡協成工程聯手，為馬石油（Petronas）在柔佛邊佳蘭油氣終站，建設石油化學儲存槽。

該公司今日向馬證交所報備，獨資子公司KUB建設（KUB Builders Sdn Bhd）已與新加坡協成工程簽署諒解備忘錄，欲集合兩家公司之力，向馬石油提呈建議書，以參與建設石油化學儲存槽。

“在為邊佳蘭的提煉及石油化學綜合發展計劃（RAPID）建設儲存槽時，KUB建設與協成工程將集合各自資源與專家，自行發掘並向有關單位申請，進行上述計劃。”

Introduction KUB Malaysia Berhad (“KUB” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that KUB Builders Sdn Bhd (“KUBB”), a wholly owned subsidiary of KUB, has on 23 May 2013, entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) with Hiap Seng Engineering Limited (“HSE”) to submit a proposal to Petronas on the Parties interest to undertake the Petronas Rapid Tank Project at Pengerang, Johor, Malaysia. Information on KUBB KUBB, a company incorporated in Malaysia on 3 October 2001 under the Companies Act, 1965. KUBB is engaged in, property investment, general contractor and trading and other related business activities. Information on HSE HSE, a company incorporated in Singapore in 1951. HSE is one of the major service provider in projects and maintenance services in the oil and gas and process industry in Singapore. Salient Terms of MOU KUBB and HSE (the “Parties”) shall combine their resources and expertise to explore, apply and/or propose to the relevant authorities and to undertake the Petronas Rapid Tank Project. The Parties shall share industry know-how, business networks and professional expertise in pursuing the project. Pursuant to the signing of the MOU, the Parties shall enter into a definitive and binding legal agreement, to be negotiated between the Parties. The MOU shall takes effect from the date of execution thereof and shall remain in full force until the earlier of the following: (a)        the execution of a definitive agreement between the Parties; or (b)        the expiration of one (1) year from the date hereof without any relevant Projects having materialized; or (c)        the Parties being unable to agree on the terms of any material aspect of any relevant Projects; or (d)        the termination in writing by the Parties by giving to the other party 1 (one) month written notice to such effect. The Parties may by mutual agreement in writing renew the term of this MOU for a further one (1) year term upon expiry thereof upon such terms and conditions to be agreed upon. Introduction KUB Malaysia Berhad (“KUB” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that on 30 May 2013, has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) with Datacom Systems (Asia) Sdn Bhd (“DSB”) to cross leverage each other's complementary business and service delivery capabilities, specifically in the IT service management (level 1 and 2 support), system architecture and implementation and product procurement and implementation. KUB and DSB will jointly work on suitable opportunities and projects in Malaysia that enhance the reputation of the Parties for the delivery of IT infrastructure and management services to Clients in the domestic Malaysian market. Information on KUB KUB, a company incorporated in Malaysia on 21 June 1965 under the Companies Act, 1965, is engaged in,investment holding and provision of management services to its subsidiaries. Information on DSB DSB, a company incorporated in Malaysia and registered under the Companies Act, 1965, is a company which provides professional IT services, operation of data centres, software engineering and application management, payroll and business process outsourcing. Salient Terms of MOU KUB and DSB (the “Parties”) shall combine their resources and expertise to explore, apply and/or propose to the Government, Government Linked Companies and private enterprise for IT services, developing a joint pipeline of opportunity. The Parties shall share industry know-how, business networks and professional expertise in pursuing the project. This MOU will stay in force until agreed formal partnership agreement has been executed. Either party may terminate this MOU by giving the other party three months’ notice, in writing, of its intent to do so. Division of the joint pipeline will be agreed during the notice period. klia2 工程延误 大马统一合作否认是祸首

（吉隆坡31日讯）新廉航终站（klia2）承包商之一的大马统一合作（KUB，6874，主板贸服股）表示，他们不是造成工程延误的承包商。

根据合约，大马统一合作主要是为新廉航终站兴建跑道及滑行道。

大马统一合作总执行长拿督万莫哈末诺说：“大马机场（Airport，5014，主板贸服股）已经宣布一部分承包商导致工程延误，我很自豪地说，大马统一合作并不在内。”

他出席大马统一合作与Datacom系统（亚洲）私人有限公司签署了解备忘录（MOU）后，向记者发言。

否认地陷传言

此外，万莫哈末诺表示，跑道及滑行道已完成85%，并可如期完成这项工程。

大马统一合作兴建长达4公里的跑道，以及连接跑道至停机位的滑行道。这项合约价值2亿6000万令吉。

周三，大马机场宣布，由于新廉航终站工程延误，无法如期在6月28日开幕，所以决定向承包商索赔。

不过，大马机场并没有透露导致工程延误的承包商名单。

此外，万莫哈末诺否认市场传出有关土地沉陷，是导致新廉航终站工程延误的传言。

早前，民联（PKR）曾指责有关当局将新廉航终站从北部搬迁至拥有矿物粘土及泥炭物质的西部，并强调这地点不适合兴建机场。

与Datacom系统联营

大马统一合作与Datacom系统（亚洲）私人有限公司签署了解备忘录（MOU），在资讯科技服务上携手合作和共享资源，一同争取更多的合约。

文告指出，双方将会结合双边资源与人才，以向政府、政府相关公司、私人企业申请资讯科技服务供应的机会。

“我们将会合作在大马寻找适合机会和工程，以便在大马资讯科技基建和管理服务供应市场上，提高两家公司的声誉。”

大馬統一：沒遭大馬機場撤合約

（吉隆坡8日訊）大馬統一（KUB，6874，主板貿服組）否認遭大馬機場（AIRPORT，5014，主板貿服組）撤回其在雪邦的第二吉隆坡國際機場（KLIA2）合約。

“這是不正確的消息，大馬機場並沒有撤銷我們的合約，如果是，那為甚麼我們還在工作並履行合作責任？”

工程完成80%

該公司董事經理拿督旺莫哈末諾旺阿末針對合約之事作出上述回應，並表示大馬統一子公司大馬統一建議（UB Builder）依然在完成工作的軌道上，目前已經如期完成80%的工作。

大馬統一建築在2011年10月獲總值2億6千880萬令吉合約以在第二吉隆坡國際機場建築3.96公里長與德士走道平行銜接的第三跑道；惟市場傳出，由於該公司落後進度，大馬機場被迫將該工程轉交其他承包商。（星洲日報／財經）

大马统一寻资金注入A&W快餐

（八打灵再也20日讯）大马统一（KUB，，主板贸服股）表示，该集团正在与潜在伙伴进行洽谈，以便为其A&W快餐连锁业务注入资金。       

大马统一董事经理拿督旺莫哈末诺旺阿末表示，正在洽谈的潜在伙伴可能是政府相关公司，如国家股权公司（Ekuinas）或者国民投资公司（PNB）。

「我们的弱点是缺乏资金进行扩充活动，我们將会寻求可以注入现金的伙伴，让我们可以进一步扩充。不过，现阶段还未有具体的决定。」

他指出，大马统一脱售泰国A&W的股权，已经进入最后阶段。他在今天出席该公司股东常年大会后，向媒体如此表示。

大马统一计划于明年在巴生谷开设3至4家A&W快餐连锁店，同时也寻求在沙巴和砂拉越开设新快餐连锁店。

截至去年12月31日止，大马统一2012財政年全年税前亏损1678万令吉，相比上一財政年的5120万令吉亏损。同时，大马统一目前手握1亿4400万令吉现金，將充作新投资。[东方日报财经]

統一合作社 次季淨利266萬

（吉隆坡6日訊）受資訊通訊科技（ICT）業務帶動，統一合作社（KUB，6874，主要板貿易）次季轉虧為盈，錄得266萬2000令吉淨利。

該公司向馬證交所報備，截至今年6月30日，次季營業額按年上揚21%至2億4781萬令吉，稅前盈利轉虧為盈，錄得308萬1000令吉。

統一合作社指出，資訊通訊科技業務貢獻稅前盈利190萬令吉，按年漲增2.8倍。

累計首6個月表現，統一合作社營業額揚14%至4億7150萬令吉，淨利325萬1000令吉，每股盈利上揚至0.58仙。[中国报财经]
