全马首间种植及供应杏鲍菇HeveaGro有限公司位于森美兰金马士是亿维雅刨花板（HEVEA，5095，主板工业产品组）的子公司，在母公司旁兴建一座占地5英亩的厂房，引入高科技机械及技术，设立恒温厂房，种植杏鲍菇。

工厂内设有自动化生产线，每日预计可生产3吨，高达8000包，预计全年销售额可达1000万令吉。公司盛产的杏鲍菇将供应至全马，为全马市民提供最新鲜的杏鲍菇。

HeveaGro有限公司董事经理熊豪俊披露，母公司亿维雅刨花板及旗下子公司生产及销售刨花板及在刨花板基础上系列产品，供应本地及外国市场。

他透露，每日大量橡胶木从全国各地运到工厂加工，每日会留下大量橡胶树的树皮屑，最高峰可达到每日100吨；一般的做法是把木屑出售给其他工厂充当燃料，尽管可卖钱，但确实可惜。

4年前开始木屑价格一直下挫，我们就反思，每日工厂加工后所留下的木屑是否能再加工使用，机缘巧合下认识杏鲍菇，经过研究后决定投入种植杏鲍菇的行业。”

工厂内设有自动化生产线，每日预计可生产3吨，高达8000包，预计全年销售额可达1000万令吉，运到全国的超级市场出售。

太空包种植杏鲍菇，为确保养分充足及品质，所有太空包只使用一次。

熊豪俊强调，由于母公司每日供应木屑，因此种植杏鲍菇的太空包将是一次性而已，当收割后有关太空包将当成燃料处理及出售。种植杏鲍菇的太空包，75%是使用木屑，其余25%则是有机原料如玉米粉、麦糠、薏米和豆粉，作为种植杏鲍菇的养分来源。

“虽然太空包可反复种植多次杏鲍菇，但营养价值会越来越低，而且同样的时间却无法种植出第一轮般较大颗的菇粒，因此我们的原则是所有收割后的太空包将当成燃料处理，当然木屑来源稳定而且几乎免费，这意味着我们的杏鲍菇的成本非常低。”

接种到收成只需60天。为了确保品质，熊豪俊前往中国参考杏鲍菇技术，并引入高科技技术，从接种到收成只需60天。

公司设有培植菌类的实验室，由专人培植菌类母体，菌体成熟后将由工人一一植入经过高温杀菌的太空包，移到低温房让菌类吸收太空包养分并产出菌丝。

长满菌丝的太空包较后移到摄氏12至18度的低温房培植，等待18天将种植出一颗颗杏鲍菇，工人稍后将收割并进行包装，准备运往全国各地。整个培植及种植过程只需60天。
