GPA 控股拓新财源 进军二手车买卖业

（吉隆坡28日讯）GPA控股（GPA，7096，主板工业股）宣布进军二手汽车买卖业务，为公司开拓另一收入来源。

该公司今日向马交所报备，通过独资子公司HAsrat Mestika经营二手汽车买卖业务。

GPA控股指出，新业务将为公司带来新收入来源，并可与现有的制造业务起互补作用。

除了二手汽车买卖，该公司也将汽车零配件贸易业务，纳入公司的商业计划中。【南洋网财经】

多元化業務‧GPA盼明年可轉盈

（吉隆坡24日訊）丹斯里陳華春旗下的GPA控股（GPA,7096,主板工業產品組）預計多元化業務至非汽車用電池後，明年將可轉虧為盈。

GPA控股首席財務員李振衛在今天的股東大會後有信心地作出上述預測。

該公司執行董事賴世平表示：“我們會把電池方面的業務轉向非汽車電池。”

目前，該公司汽車電池及非汽車電池帶來的盈利分別佔50%比重。

他強調：“我們看見市場對非汽車電池的需求不斷增加，去年我們的非汽車電池銷售量就有雙位數的成長，因此預計業務會主導公司盈利。”

此外，該公司也將把非汽車電池出口重點導向毛利較高國家，如中東及印度。

該公司非汽車電池總銷量中，出口海外市場佔80%比重。

賴世平透露，該公司也預見本地及海外對電池的需求從傳統型電池慢慢導向新類型的電池如鉛酸蓄電池（vrla battery）及MR電池，為跟上這變化，該公司已經在改變生產線。

“我們會投入數百萬令吉去升級我們的生產線，以跟上這變化。”

截至2014年3月杪該公司全年虧損797萬7千令吉。（星洲日報／財經）

总筹资逾6800万 GPA控股发附加股凭单

（吉隆坡27日讯）GPA控股（GPA，7096，主板工业产品股）建议一系列企业活动，包括发售附加股及凭单筹资，以偿还银行贷款和充作营运资本等。

GPA控股建议，以4配1比例，发出最多1亿9609万7520股附加股；并以2附加股送5凭单比例，发出最多4亿9024万3800张凭单。

根据文告，附加股发售价定在每股10仙；而凭单的行使价，则是每张10仙。

值得注意的是，附加股及凭单建议是以“最低认购基础”

来推行，董事部计划至少发出1亿股附加股，筹得1000万令吉。

在最低认购基础，大股东丹斯里陈华春将认购1亿股附加股，把持股率从23.26%，推高至31.93%。

若陈华春未来决定行使凭单，届时持股率超越33%，将启动强制性全面收购（MGO）。

陈华春申请豁免全购

但陈华春无意全面收购公司，故将申请豁免。

在附加股活动中，GPA控股预计最多可筹得1960万令吉，最少也有1000万令吉，将用以偿还银行贷款和充作营运资本。

另外，在全数行使凭单的情况下，该公司最多可筹集4900万令吉，最少2500万令吉，用作资本开销、投资和营运资本。

減電池製造業務‧GPA轉向汽車電池貿易

（吉隆坡21日訊）GPA控股（GPA，7096，主板工業產品組）未來更注重汽車電池貿易製造業務，減少汽車電池製造業務。

該公司執行董事賴世平在股東特大後表示，公司將會減少汽車電池製造業務，轉向賺幅更高汽車電池貿易。

他說貿易業務主要以出口到印度及中東地區。

該公司主席陳漢川表示，馬幣走弱，雖然公司出口業務可從中受惠，但是長遠來看，並不能持續，因此公司還是會改進營運方式。

賴世平說，公司的電池在大馬本地主要的城市也有進行銷售，且覆蓋的範圍也相當廣泛，並為分銷商提供培訓，相信可以提振公司的營業額。

他有信心今年公司的營業額可以收窄虧損，預期很快可以轉虧為盈。

根據年報，丹斯里陳華春是該公司的第一大股東，持有23.26%的股權。

該公司2014財政年營業額為1億5千零89萬8千令吉，虧損770萬零3千令吉。2015財政年首9個月營業額為1億零771萬4千令吉，虧損472萬3千令吉。（星洲日報／財經）

GPA控股-OR今日首日上市，開盤先起5.5仙，以10.5仙迎市，隨后持續走高，漲7.5仙或15倍，報12.5仙。休市時，該認購權證報12仙，漲7仙，半日成交量3552萬4500個單位。

截至下午4點半，GPA控股-OR報11.5仙，起6.5仙，成交量3817萬4500個單位，為十大熱門股之一。
