（吉隆坡28日讯）受内阁今日重组的影响，与遭免除副首相职务的丹斯里慕尤丁相关的股项，像是伊甸机构（Eden Inc Bhd）和Thriven Global Bhd ( Financial Dashboard)（前称为Mulpha Land Bhd）的股价表现不一。
早盘休市时，伊甸机构起5仙或1.72%，报29.5仙，半日成交量为1054万900股。
在首相拿督斯里纳吉宣布重组内阁后，投资者或因慕尤丁儿子Datuk Fakhri Yassin Mahiaddin是伊甸机构的大股东和董事，而影响买气和股价表现。
Fakhri是伊甸机构的非独立非执行董事，而他的太太Fara Nadia Abd Rahim，以及其家族由Tan Sri Abd Rahim Mohamad掌控伊甸机构32.6%股权。
在截至2015年3月杪的财年，伊甸机构首季净亏870万令吉，营业额报1260万令吉。
随着内阁重组，伊甸机构的股权相信也将产生变动。Paramasivam Seerangam在本月中旬脱售伊甸机构的500万股或相等于1.6%股权后，已不再是该公司的大股东。
一名不具名的商业银行家向theedgemarkets.com 透露：“我本来预计，伊甸机构将大幅下跌，像Thriven Global一样...目前市场处于弱势。”
早盘休市时，Thriven Global跌7.5仙或7.08%，报98.5仙，成交量为160万4300股。
Fakhri是Thriven Global和执行主席，也掌控该公司的32.9%股权。
截至今年3月杪的财年，Thriven Global首三个月净亏310万令吉，营业额仅录得140万令吉。
慕尤丁因批评首相拿督斯里纳吉对负债累累的一马发展公司（1MDB）的处理手法，今日在纳吉宣布内阁重组记者会上遭革除副首相职务。

3. Details of S K Hydro
S K Hydro was acquired by the Company on 21 October 2005 and is principally engaged as a developer of power plant as an independent power producer.
S K Hydro will cease to be the associated company of Eden after the Disposal.
4. Financial Effects
The Disposal will not have any material effect on the earnings per share, gearing and net assets per share of Eden.
5. Directors’ and Major Shareholders’ Interest Tan Sri Abd Rahim is a Director and major shareholder of Eden and a shareholder of S K Hydro. Puan Sri Fadzilah Md Ariff ("Puan Sri Fadzilah"), being Tan Sri Abd Rahim's spouse, is a person connected to Tan Sri Abd Rahim and a Director of Eden. Puan Fara Nadia Abd Rahim, being Tan Sri Abd Rahim's daughter, is also a person connected to Tan Sri Abd Rahim. Save as disclosed above, the Board is not aware of other Directors and/or major shareholders of Eden and/or persons connected with them, who has/have any interest, direct and/or indirect, in the Disposal.
6. Statement by the Directors
The Board of Directors of Eden, save and except for Tan Sri Abd Rahim and Puan Sri Fadzilah, having considered all aspects of the Disposal, is of the opinion that the Disposal is in the best interest of Eden.

伊甸建议送凭单发债券
2017年11月3日
（吉隆坡2日讯）伊甸机构（EDEN，7471，主板贸服股）今日公布两项企业活动——建议赠送凭单以及发行规模达6000万令吉的中期债券。
根据昨天的文告，公司将以2配1比例，派送1亿5568万1135张凭单，行使价待定。
另外，再发行高达6000令吉，为期三年的可赎回可转换中期债券。按照计划，该些债券将分成四批发售。
公司指出，筹得资金当中，2400万令吉将用于还债，2700万令吉用于旗下项目，包括发电站和浮罗交怡海底世界的修复与装修费用，310万令吉用作营运资本，以及590万令吉用于支付上述企业活动的相关费用。
如无意外，公司预计首批债券将在明年首季开始发售。【e南洋】

慕尤丁儿子辞伊甸机构董事职

（吉隆坡29日讯）前副首相丹斯里慕尤丁之子Datuk Fakhri Yassin Mahiaddin将辞去伊甸机构（Eden Inc Bhd）非独立非执行董事一职，12月31日起生效。
伊甸机构今日向大马交易所报备，42岁的Fakhri以专注其他事业为由而辞呈。
Fakhri也辞任伊甸机构审计与风险委员会，以及提名与薪酬委员会的成员。
他也是该公司执行主席Tan Sri Abd Rahim Mohamad及执行董事Puan Sri Fadzilah Md Ariff的女婿。
Fakhri目前持有伊甸机构的4万股。
根据伊甸机构2016年的年度报告，Rahim与家族合共持有公司29.42%股权，其中14.07%是通过Serata Padu私人有限公司所持，另11.25%则通过Zil Enterprise私人有限公司。

还税条款无法达共识
伊甸机构接清盘令
2018年2月21日
（吉隆坡21日讯）针对早前被内陆税收局追讨319万3142令吉税款，伊甸机构（EDEN，7471，主板贸服股）上周二（13日）接获清盘令。
伊甸机构向交易所报备，上述税款是该公司所收到介于2013年至2023年、共980万令吉的预付租金，并在2013年列为递延收入入账。
该公司坦言，接获清盘令是意料之外，因为一直以来都积极与税收局洽谈关于还款条款，同时也曾分期还清税款，迄今已还了115万4833令吉。
可惜的是，双方无法在条款上达到共识。
税收局要求伊甸机构付款的时间点，恰巧是该公司遇上营运困难的时期，因旗下厂房因2014年杪的水患而无法全面运作。
无论如何，伊甸机构放眼其中一间厂房能在今年3月全面投运，并为公司每月捎来50万令吉的净现金流入。
由于该公司已全面拨备税款，因此净利方面不会有影响。
从营运方面来看，预备给营运资本的现金则会减少。
伊甸机构相信能在5月8日前解决上述税款，主要是因为已经敲定还款资源、积极洽谈脱售或联营旗下地皮，以兑现资产、持续与税收局洽谈等。
拥2.5亿未审计资产
不仅如此，该公司的律师也发出上诉信给税收局，并获得良好回应，后者表示会重新考虑，以及继续执行清盘令的必要。
律师表示，税收局将在未来3周内提供正式回复。
截至去年9月30日，该公司未审计净资产有2亿5091万1000令吉，并有信心能解决上述税务欠款。【e南洋】
