婆罗石油收购7座采石场

（吉隆坡26日讯）婆罗石油（BORNOIL，7036，主板贸服股）宣布配合进军石灰石开採计划，將透过独资子公司--婆罗石油油气公司（Borneo Oil & Gas Corporation）收购7座位於沙巴的采石场。

婆罗石油分別是在去年7月1日及今年1月24日达成转租协议，由於7月1日的协议只涉及一座採石场，並且涉及金额少於公司总净资產的5%，因此无需向大马交易所申报。

惟该公司在1月24日的转租协议，所涉及的採石场与去年协议重叠，因此需向交易所呈报。

婆罗石油將分別以8000万和2058万令吉，从1月24日和7月1日的转租协议中，获得32.57公顷及5.49公顷的採石场。此外，该公司也將获得2454公吨的石灰石储备。

婆罗石油管理层说，该公司將以內部资金支付，因此不会对公司净负债、大股东权益造成影响，惟会激励公司整体盈利。管理层预计交易將在2个月內完成。

管理层预测，7个採石场的年均產能將达6万6934立方米，每年捎来1004万令吉的净利。【东方网财经】

（吉隆坡13日讯）婆罗洲石油（BORNOIL，7036，主板贸服股）建议以8送4比例，送出高达21亿1234万1814股红股，并以8送1比例，再送最多5亿2808万5453张凭单。

婆罗洲石油向马交所报备，假设凭单的行使价为每张10仙，若被全数行使，公司可从中筹获最多约5281万令吉，最少也有3786万令吉。

筹资所得将作为额外的营运资本，用来融资、支付债权人、应付日常开销等。

董事部称，发送红股的建议，主要是为了奖励现有股东持续支持，同时，也可巩固公司的资本规模和股东基金，在凭单被行使后，也获得额外的营运资本。

虽然这不会显著影响2018财年的净利，但随着股票数量增加，每股净利或被稀释。

如无意外，董事部预计上述建议可在次季完成。
