生物渗透前董事 澄清维持水务业务

（吉隆坡9日讯）生物渗透（BioOsmo，7243，主板消费产品股）前董事经理拿督斯里克利斯纳古马澄清不会脱售公司，并表示维持水务业务的发展。
克里斯纳古马在6月30日辞去总执行长一职。
他向《星报》表示，自己将会继续协助公司，并会保留水务业务，目前他仍是公司大股东，现状维持不变。
询及是否在近期脱售股权，他表示如果价钱合适，也不排除会脱售。
他表示在过去半年，已准备交棒给执行董事。
然而，消息指出，公司将会有新的股东，由于进行债务重组，水务业务将不会成为公司的核心业务。
消息表示，新股东是企业界知名人士，并无意保留水务业务。
克里斯纳古马指出，他是以投资者身份加入生物渗透。
他说：“我是重组专家，让财务状况疲弱的公司脱困。”他也不是生物渗透的创办人。
目前，克里斯纳古马持有生物渗透12.5%股权，最大的股东是国民投资机构（PNB），持有20.78%。[Nanyang] |

BIOOSMO發股‧解決5172萬債務

（吉隆坡21日訊）BIOOSMO公司（BIOOSMO,7243,主板消費品組）建議透過發行優先股、新股等數種償債形式，解決債務重組活動後剩餘的5千172萬令吉的擔保和無擔保債務。
該公司發文告說，已和主要債權人達成共識，將以每股20仙價格私下配售1億1千500萬股或32.5%新股，估計籌集2千300萬令吉，以償還1千800萬令吉擔保貸款和方案債權人的807萬令吉。
另外，BIOOSMO同時建議以每股20仙發行1億股可轉換優先股和2千500萬單位憑單於債權人，藉此解決2千萬令吉無擔保債務。
完成上述計劃後，該公司負債比將從目前3.06倍降至零，估計每年可因此省下454萬令吉利息開銷。（星洲日報／財經）

丹绒岸外董经入股引领 传生物渗透转进油气业

（吉隆坡10日讯）随着丹绒岸外（TGOFFS，7228，主板贸服股）董事经理哈扎尼阿兹米晋身为生物渗透（BIOOSMO，7243，主板消费产品股）大股东，传将引领后者转型为油气公司。
生物渗透重组活动（包括私下配售1亿1500万股来筹资偿还6500万令吉的债务）在去年11月完成，哈扎尼阿兹米便认购了9900万股生物渗透，相当于28%的股权。
消息人士向《星报》透露，“这个重组活动的完成，对生物渗透而言是个重大里程碑。在已经清理了债券之，接下来他们将放眼公司增长，而油气领域或许就是他们想要的新方向。”
经营瓶装反渗透食水的生物渗透，在过去5年来一直处于亏损状况，这也导致该股多年来的股价都一蹶不振，也未曾越过2007年上市以来的33仙首次公开募股（IPO）水平。[南洋网财经]

國民企業悉售持股 生化奧斯摩交投火熱

（吉隆坡16日訊）生化奧斯摩（BIOOSMO，7243，主要板消費）宣布，國民企業有限公司（PNS）全面脫售剩余9%股權，不再是公司股東；該股今早開跑交投火爆，22分鐘內衝破千萬股水平，為十大熱門股之一。
生化奧斯摩今日向馬證交所報備，國民企業有限公司脫售4157萬股或9%生化奧斯摩股權，不再是公司股東。
生化奧斯摩今早以22.5仙平盤開市，之后遊走在20.5仙至22.5仙水平間；休市掛21仙，跌1.5仙，但交投火熱，休市交易報3883萬4200股。
休市后，該股穩坐十大熱門股榜；閉市時，該股報20.5仙，下挫2仙，成交量取得5961萬7600股。
生化奧斯摩年度報告顯示，公司還未把不可贖回可轉換優先股轉換為普通股，在擴大股本至4億5536萬股前，國民企業有限公司曾持有20.78%股權，是公司大股東。
據早前報導，丹絨岸外（TGOFFS，7228，主要板貿易）董事會成員阿絲米持有生化奧斯摩22%股權，為其中一位主要股東。
隨著國民企業有限公司悉售持股，市場傳言生化奧斯摩或有計劃要多元化旗下業務，進軍油氣領域。[中国报财经]
