温和放量。这是指一只个股的成交量在前期持续低迷之后，突然出现一个类似“山形”一样的连续温和放量形态。这种放量形态，称作“量堆”。个股出现底部的“量堆”现象，一般就可以证明有实力资金在介入。但这并不意味着投资者就可以马上介入，一般个股在底部出现温和放量之后，股价会随量上升，量缩时股价会适量调整。此类调整没有固定的时间模式，少则十几天多则几个月，所以此时投资者一定要分批逢低买入，并在支持买进的理由没有被证明是错误的时候，有足够的耐心用来等待。需要注意的是，当股价温和放量上扬之后，其调整幅度不宜低于放量前期的低点，因为调整如果低过了主力建仓的成本区，至少说明市场的抛压还很大，后市调整的可能性较大。

（吉隆坡7日讯）前研科技（FRONTKN，0128，主板贸服股）账目舞弊案一波未平一波又起，董事部宣布因其中一位被告窜改电邮证据，因而再次向警察报案。

前研科技向马交所报备，董事部因怀疑上述舞弊案中的一位被告，为了以误导和妨碍司法公正而涉嫌窜改关键电邮内容，所以今日向警察投报。

“之前的民事诉讼、反诉和资产冻结令，已对公司的运行造成影响。倘若法院作出有利于前研科技的判决，入账的应收款项将被列为‘其他营运收入’项目。”

审计时揭发

去年2月，前研科技委任的特别调查审计公司Crowe Horwarth，揭发该公司旗下一家独资子公司或涉嫌账目舞弊。

审计公司发现，其供应商的经审计财务报告出现了500万令吉的差异，而该数额明显低于其子公司购买相关产品或服务的已入账成本。

此外，还发现子公司可能涉及一笔达270万令吉的没入账购买、与供应商没入账的租赁协议、可能挪用子公司资产、与供应商没入账的交易、无视公司内部控制和政策，以及高级管理层挪用子公司资金等事件。

在去年6月，该公司一位前高级管理人员和另5人在槟城高庭面控。但被告后来宣布，反诉前研科技和数位在任的高管人员。【南洋网财经】

Description	FRONTKEN CORPORATION BERHAD (“FCB”) LITIGATION
The Board of Directors of FCB wishes to announce that further to the announcement dated 11 June 2013 in relation to the financial irregularities, a civil suit had been lodged against an ex-senior management personnel and 5 others (“collectively known as Defendants”) in the High Court of Penang and served on the Defendants on 14 August 2013 for inter alia recovery of monies totaling RM9,561,103 identified to have been wrongfully paid out by Frontken (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (“FM”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of FCB, to some of the Defendants from the findings of the Investigative Audit conducted by Messrs Crowe Horwath. An ex-parte Mareva Injunction Order was subsequently obtained by FM against one of the Defendants on 2 August 2013. This was followed by an ex-parte Ad Interim order dated 16 August 2013. In essence, the purpose of the ex-parte Orders is to freeze his assets. In respect of the main civil suit, some of the Defendants filed defences and counter-claims against FM and some of its existing senior management. The aforesaid counter-claims are being resisted by FM as well as its senior management. No trial dates have been fixed in respect of the main civil suit yet. The Board of Directors has lodged a second police report on one of the Defendants for fraudulently and/or unlawfully altered the emails details in his affidavits for attempting to mislead the Court and pervert the course of justice. The civil suit, counter-claims and Mareva injunction has no operational impact to the Company. In the event the courts give judgment in favour of FM, the monies recovered therefrom will be reported as other operating income in the books of FM. The Board shall make further announcements of any material development on the above matter as and when necessary. This announcement is dated 7 March 2014.

（吉隆坡12日讯）前研科技（FRONTKN，0128，主板贸服股）指出，若账目舞弊诉讼案若胜诉，可取回956万令吉的款项以及其他赔偿。

该公司今日回应马交所的询问时表示，该案件若败诉，前研科技则需支付庭费以及相关赔偿金，惟数目暂时未确定。

在去年6月份，前研科技一位前高级管理人员和5位人士，就上述案件被槟城高庭控诉。

不过，该案件被告后来宣布，反诉前研科技和数位在任的高级管理人员，并在去年9月10及13日，分别向后者提出控诉。

该公司在报备文件中指出，在审讯期间，相关款项的年度利息为5%。【南洋网财经】

Reference is made to the letter received from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad dated 11 March 2014 in relation to the announcement by FCB on 7 March 2014.  FCB wishes to provide the following additional information:- 1.    Interest rate claimed under the civil suit       The pre-judgment interest will be at such rate and for such period as the court deems fit and post-judgment interest will be at 5% per annum from the date of judgment until the date of full and final payment. 2.    Date on which the counter-claims were served        The counter-claims were served by the First Defendant on 10 September 2013 while the second, third and fourth Defendants on 13 September 2013. 3.    Particulars of the counter-claims        The Defendants’ counter-claims included the following:-        (i)  Damages for conspiracy to injure the Defendants;        (ii)  Interests;        (iii) Costs; and        (iv) Such further and other relief as the Court deems fit. No specific amount and interest rate were stated in the counter-claims. 4.    Financial impact        In the event that the Court finds in favour of Frontken (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, it may be awarded the amount claimed of RM9,561,103 plus general damages, pre- and post-judgment interest as the Court deems fit. In relation to the counter-claims, as no amount were specified by the claimants, FCB is unable to estimate what financial impact, if any, it will have on the Company. 5.    Expected losses       As regards to expected losses, in the event the Company’s claim is dismissed, the Company may be ordered to bear the Defendants’ legal costs. The Company may also be ordered to pay damages arising as a result of obtaining the Mareva Injunction against the First Defendant. In the event the first to fourth defendants' counterclaim is allowed, the Company may be ordered to pay damages, interest and legal costs as stated above. The Board shall make further announcements of any material development on the above matter as and when necessary. This announcement is dated 12 March 2014.
