On behalf of the Board of Directors of Goldis, AmInvestment Bank Berhad (“AmInvestment Bank”), a member of the AmInvestment Bank Group, is pleased to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad has vide its letter dated 22 May 2009 (received on 25 May 2009) approved the listing and quotation of up to 162,566,415 new ordinary shares of RM1.00 each to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Bonus Issue.

The Proposed Bonus Issue is now subject to the approval of the shareholders of Goldis at an extraordinary general meeting to be convened.

金诗投资首季盈利滑11%

●南洋商报

（吉隆坡14日讯）受到产业投资、造纸业和酒店业务的不理想影响，金诗投资（Goldis，5606，主板消费产品股）2011财政年的首季业绩表现不佳，盈利下滑10.72%。

截至2010年10月31日的2011财政年第三季净利，从去年同期的1232万4000令吉下滑10.72%至1100万3000令吉。

无论如何，高医疗保健和资讯通讯科技（ICT）业务营业额的带动下，营业额则从去年同期的5199万7000令吉，上涨40.96%至7329万6000令吉。

金诗投资累积首九个月的净利下滑25.18%至2545万7000令吉，营业额则上升31.48%至1亿9190万8000令吉。

金诗投资董事局在业绩报告中表示，排除任何无法预计突发事件，该集团料本财政年度可交出满意业绩。

該公司向馬證交所報備，房地產、資訊通訊科技、造紙及酒店業務貢獻走高，截至7月底次季營業額得以年增40%，報9027萬7000令吉，每股盈利2.92仙。

該公司建議，次季派發1.25仙的免稅中期股息，截止過戶日期是10月18日，派息日是11月11日。

（吉隆坡13日訊）金詩（GOLDIS，5606，主要板消費）第三季淨利按年增20.5倍至2億3741萬令吉，宣佈每股派息10仙。

該公司向馬證交所報備指出，第三季共脫售總值約2億2120萬令吉資產，一併帶動首3季淨利按年增9.5倍至2億6475萬令吉。

截至10月底第三季，該公司房地產、資訊科技、紙張和酒店業務成長強勁，帶動營業額按年增加50%至7581萬6000令吉。

首3季營業額則從去年同期1億3359萬令吉，按年增52%至2億304萬令吉，每股共派息11.25仙。

（吉隆坡14日訊）投資公司金詩（GOLDIS，5606，主要板消費）宣佈，接受Trigoh私人有限公司獻議，以總值1500萬令吉的價格，脫售所持有的Macro Kiosk Berhad的350萬股或70%股權給Trigoh私人有限公司。

金詩將從脫售活動中獲得約950萬令吉的收益；它計劃利用該筆資金作未來投資資本。

該公司週二宣佈的業績大好，加上將派發每股10仙中期股息，股價水漲船高，一度上漲至超越1994年來的13年新高。

該股甫開市，即揚8仙至1.87令吉，隨后股價節節上升，最高達1.91令吉，超越金詩1994年12月29日以來，每股1.90令吉的最高價位，並晉身十大上升股。

惟截至休市，該股漲幅收窄至9仙，以每股1.88令吉掛收，成交量達12萬8900股。

金詩昨日宣佈，第三季淨利按年增20.5倍至2億3741萬令吉。主要是由脫售總值約2億2120萬令吉資產激勵，以及強勁的房地產、資訊科技、紙張和酒店業務增長率帶動營業額按年增加50%至7581萬6000令吉。

（吉隆坡29日訊）吳氏兄弟以1500萬令吉，全面獻購金詩（GOLDIS，5606，主要板消費）旗下Macrokiosk有限公司70%股權，冀未來3至4年內拓展西亞市場，每年維持雙位數增長。

吳氏兄弟是透過Trigoh私人有限公司名義，以1500萬令吉向金詩收購Macrokiosk有限公司70%股權；吳氏兄弟為Macrokiosk聯合創辦人。

該公司總執行長吳志權在文告中指出，這項計劃預計將在明年2月完成，公司放眼在5年內可進軍至少10個新市場。

“電子商務模式已成為現代人生活方式，這已是當前趨勢，希望未來可繼續提升價值鏈。”

他在文告中指出，目前公司共為市場18個領域提供服務，希望未來開拓更多新領域。

“公司希望下個新市場將以迪拜為中心，放眼進軍阿聯酋，強化鞏固西亞市場的基礎，並在3至4年內完全覆蓋該領域。”　

目前，該公司業務已遍佈全球13個國家，其中包括澳洲、汶萊、中國、香港、印度、印尼、澳門、菲律賓、新加坡、台灣、泰國和越南。

金诗投资末季转盈 营业额涨159% 净赚1890万

（吉隆坡27日讯）金诗投资（Goldis，5606，主板消费产品股）截至2012年1月31日财年，末季按年转亏为盈，录得1890万8000令吉净利，上财年同期为净亏损203万8000令吉。

末季营业额大涨159%至7852万5000令吉，上财年同期为3028万6000令吉；上财年同期的0.33仙每股亏损，则改善至每股盈利3.1仙。

归功房地产
金诗投资表示，末季业绩录得良好表现，归功于房地产投资和发展业务，以及废水处理业务的高涨贡献。

金诗投资全年业绩表现，去年以2亿8900万令吉全面脱售子公司Hoepharma控股，激励净利按年飙涨11.22倍至2亿8635万8000令吉，上财年同期为2341万9000令吉。

营业额则劲扬90.6%至1亿9431万4000令吉，上财年同期为1亿189万7000令吉；每股盈利从上财年同期的3.85仙，增长至46.94仙。[Nanyang]

（吉隆坡21日讯）金诗投资（Goldis，5606，主板消费产品股）截至今年4月30日首季，净赚2103万6000令吉，比上财年同期的1223万5000令吉按年劲扬71.93%。

现财年首季营业额则按年微挫1.31%至3189万7000令吉，上财年同期则报3232万2000令吉。现财年首季每股盈利3.45仙，上财年同期2.01仙。

公司预计，资讯与通讯工艺的前景将充满竞争与挑战。

市场上将继续充满积极的行销与宣传活动，导致收费与营运赚幅受压。

为了应对这方面的挑战，公司将继续专注于通过成本管理措施以及优化网络使用率，提升营运效率。

打造一站式石斑养殖场 金诗投资邀专家入股

（吉隆坡28日讯）金诗投资（Goldis，5606，主板消费产品股）宣布，邀石斑鱼饲养专家入股子公司Lautan Bumimas私人有限公司，冀望打造一站式的石斑养殖场。

金诗投资今日向马交所报备，今日与苏巴拉克（Suparlurk Prasirtpun）签署协议备忘录，双方合作经营石斑养殖场，工作内容包括养殖、生产、发展和零售活动，另外，也会研究与孵化鱼苗，生产新品种石斑鱼。

根据协议，金诗投资将持有Lautan Bumimas的51%股权，而另外49%则由苏巴拉克持有。

据了解，苏巴拉克拥有美国国籍，在养殖鱼业上有多年经验，曾在我国、泰国、墨西哥和美国多个地方参与石斑养殖活动。[Nanyang]

（吉隆坡12日讯）受益商业大楼出租率上扬，金诗投资（Goldis，5606，主板消费产品股）截至2012年10月31日财年第3季营业额按年增长32.3%报2753万1000令吉，上财年同期为2079万6000令吉。

第3季净利则按年录得92%的跌幅，至1839万5000令吉，上财年同期为2亿3740万4000令吉；每股盈利从上财年同期的38.91仙，减少至3.01仙。

盈利大跌主要原因是，上财年脱售子公司获利进账使按年比较基础高。

累计3季，金诗投资营业额按年涨49.6%报8021万4000令吉，上财年同期为5361万令吉。

None of the Directors, major shareholders of Goldis and/or persons connected to them, have any interest, direct or indirect, in the above acquisition. The Board is of the opinion that the acquisition is made in the best interests of the Goldis Group.
