好强的net profit margin , 其实我觉得bad debt 和高profit margin 是息息相关的。

我拿我自己做比喻, 我是个好债仔, 限期一到我就还钱
信用卡公司不曾赚过我的利息,只能赚取商家的佣金, profit margin 肯定减半。

要高利息只有等别人周转不灵, 当人周转不灵是bad dabt率那免会高

我觉得这是包赚的生意,不明白为何AEON要让她上市。。。

她的业务:
1. 信用卡 (赚利息和merchant fee)。
2. Easy Payment。借钱给客户买家私,电器,motorcycle。。。年利息有16.68%!
3. 其它。

有Jusco做他的靠山我觉得AEON Credit的前途光明。而且她的日本管理层经验丰富,没有问题啦。。。

AEON Credit Service (M) Sdn Bhd (AEON Credit) today marks another significant milestone as the first non-bank organisation in Malaysia to issue credit cards with the line of credit to Cardmembers provided by the company.

In his speech Mr. Naruhito Kuroda, Managing Director of AEON Credit, said the Company’s established base in the consumer financing business and the Group’s long experience and innovation in the credit card industry provided confidence to the Company for business expansion through issuance of credit cards.

"We plan to promote our Credit Cards to our loyal customers as well as new potential customers. The target for the first four months until February 2006 is 100,000 Cardmembers. With the combined elements of our existing customer base, unique consumer credit schemes, credit card expertise from Japan and strong commitment from our merchants, I believe we have the ingredients to ensure success in the credit card business ", he added.

Currently, AEON Credit has more than 400,000 customers in its database with 270,000 of them holding the AEON Express Card which is similar to loyalty card. Meanwhile, the Company has a network of 4,600 merchants and 18 branches nationwide. By the end of the financial year ending February 2006, the company will expand its Express Cardmembers to 300,000 and number of merchants to 4,800.

AEON Credit Malaysia has a network of 18 branches covering most of the major towns and cities nationwide. The Company is planning to increase the number of branches to 22 by early 2006 to better serve the needs of local area customers and participating merchants.

In order to provide more value-added services and benefits, AEON Credit is also planning to collaborate with several organizations for issuance of co-branded credit cards. The co-branded cards will extend to customers even more benefits and services from the co-branding partners to match particular lifestyle needs.

In line with its tagline "AEON Card - Your Ultimate Choice", the Company intends to provide its Cardmembers with More Savings...More Benefits...and More Privileges for the credit cards to be issued under the MasterCard or VISA brands.

AEON Cardmembers will enjoy More Savings on the finance charges at a lower rate only 1.4% per month for all retail purchases compared to normal market rate of 1.5% per month. Through the lower finance charges AEON Cardmembers will enjoy significant savings on any purchase, anytime and anywhere locally or internationally.

In addition, AEON Credit encourages its Cardmembers to take advantage of the special rates offered for its existing products and services including Personal Financing and Easy Payment Schemes, Car Insurance Financing Plans and general insurance sales . AEON Cardmembers will enjoy 0% interest instalment plans and low interest plans which extend up to 36 months at over 1,200 merchants nationwide.

AEON Cardmembers will also enjoy More Benefits from the reward points earned from any purchases charged to AEON Card. The reward points can be accumulated for free shopping, dining, travelling and other items offered for redemption. AEON Cardmembers will also benefit from the worldwide travel personal accident and travel inconvenience insurance.

AEON Cardmembers enjoy More Privileges including special discounts and promotional offers on services obtained from more than 500 Privilege Merchants outlets nationwide. AEON Cardmembers will receive global assistance from AEON World Desk Centre located at 29 locations throughout the world .

During the promotional period ending April 2006, approved Cardmembers who purchase items within 30 days from the card issuance date will further enjoy a free welcome gift. Cardmembers are also entitle d to participate in the Spend & Win Contest when they spend RM100 in a single receipt during promotional period . They can grab a chance to win a Toyota Innova 2.0 G A/T, travel packages to Japan and other monthly draw prizes. AEON Credit Service (M) Berhad (“AEON Credit”) sets a new benchmark in the consumer financing services industry with the official launch of its AEON Automated Teller Machine (ATM) network today.

AEON Credit is the first non financial institution to provide ATMs and the only personal finance provider to give its customers the added convenience of immediate cash withdrawal after approval of their applications..

AEON ATMs enable “AEON Cash” customers who are AEON Express and credit card members to withdraw cash immediately upon approval of their application, taking only 30 minutes, subject to certain terms and conditions. Non AEON card members, cash can be withdrawn cash immediately, upon approvals given within 24 hours of submitting their applications.

AEON Cash is a personal financing product based on the Islamic principles of Bai-Al-Inah offered by AEON Credit to provide customers the means to satisfy their individual lifestyle needs.

Applicants for AEON Cash need to provide minimum documents to enjoy payment flexibility of up to 36 months. AEON Cash together with credit cards and general insurance products are offered at AEON Credit’s network of 24 outlets comprising 16 branches and 8 AEON Spots (6 are located in Jusco shopping centers nationwide), which opens 7 days a week, following the business hours of the shopping centers.

我很看好AEON Credit,希望到时可以抽到她的IPO,不然就要上市时买进。哇,上市第一天她一定被抄高。。。

PS: 我会持续跟进她的IPO发展,再与各位汇报。哈。

泰国的AEON Thana Sinsap占有14%的信用卡市场,而我相信AEON Credit才占有少数的本国市场。这表示?
...For credit card services, our main competitors are commercial banks and other financial institutions. The Company has more than 1.5 million credit cards, account for 14% of market share with 19 credit card operators in the market. At the end of 2006, the number of credit cards issued in the market was
10.01 million accounts and the out standing balance was 143,454 million baht...

这表示AEON Credit很有发展空间。AEON在日本,香港,泰国都很成功,把这些成功经验在我国复制,很容易嘛。

再说说Jusco,这几年来Jusco是多么成功。Johor的Taman University, Permas Jaya, Penang的Queensbay,都是Jusco的据点。所以我认为Jusco这位大哥这么成功,AEON Credit弟弟也会很不错。

而且我觉得到时AEON Credit上市之后很有可能被纳入KLCI指数呢。

因为最近的私营风, 我国股市市场失去了很多好公司。 Bursa迫切需要好公司来上市,所以如果AEON Credit上市后很快被纳入KLCI指数,也不会希奇。

KLCI Index Rules节录
-Companies whose market capitalisation fall within the first two quartiles of the Main Board companies' market capitalisation will be considered for inclusion;

-Newly-listed companies will only be considered for inclusion after a minimum period of three (3) months from the date of listing.

江湖兄弟,说的也是,我早已服了他的追踪工夫与他的无私分享,真心希望他会中IPO。同时,这应当是近来最有看头的IPO吧!

想问问。。。IPO 是什么??新股票?。。。。要到那里去拿FORM?该怎样APPLY??

很有兴趣,不知道他的IPO价钱多少。
这个股票值得长期持有。

不过如果IPO买不到,然后价钱被炒到很高,我就暂时不买了。

期待ing...
