金興工業1940萬收購Outset控股

2016年9月01日
(吉隆坡1日訊)金興工業(KIMHIN,5371,主要板工業)建議以637萬澳元(約1940萬令吉),收購Outset控股有限公司。

該公司向馬證交所報備,Outset是間接持有子公司Amber集團的控股公司,主要在瓷磚和鋪路產品具備連鎖專營和零售網絡,同時進口和分銷瓷磚、天然石材產品,以及國內製造混凝土鋪路產品。

上述收購項目有助加強和擴展該公司在澳洲市場的地位。同時,Amber集團相信可為金興工業貢獻顯著的營業額和成本協同效益,估計第3季完成收購建議。【中国报财经】

金兴首季业绩为何逊色?

读者陈先生问:

金兴工业(KIMHIN,5371,主板工业产品组)值得长期持有吗?在澳洲积极并购扩展业务后表现看似不错,但最新季度业绩(首季)跟前两季度业绩(第三和第四季)有很大的差异,对于这点有何看法?

答:近来没有证券行对金兴工业作出剖析和建议,这里看看最新业绩表现及财务情况,或可作为参考。

该公司为瓷砖(俗称磁砖)制造及销售商,业务除了大马市场外,也涉及中国、澳洲及越南市场。

截至2017年3月31日为止第一季,该公司转亏为盈,取得净利181万5000令吉(每股净利为1.29仙),前期则是净亏损68万令吉(每股净亏0.48仙)。营业额为9481万令吉,前期为8642万7000令吉。

该公司的总资产有6亿3651万9000令吉,包括流动资产下的现金与银行余款为7912万令吉、贸易及其他应收款项有5743万3000令吉、库存为1亿5532万2000令吉。

在非流动资产方面,产业/工厂/器材达到2亿2498万9000令吉,投资产业有4755万3000令吉。

另一方面,总负债达1亿零73万2000令吉,包括贸易及其他应付款项为6222万7000令吉、贷款及借贷为633万9000令吉、非流动负债的贷款及借贷则有2402万3000令吉。

该公司每股资产值为3令吉68仙。

该公司股本为1亿5561万6000令吉、其他储备金为2097万8000令吉、保留盈利则为3亿1336万4000令吉。

首季为传统弱季

该公司最新季度首季净利181万5000令吉,比前两季第三、第四季的1365万3000令吉及1309万4000令吉,实是落差很大,根据公司在宣布上述业绩时表示,首季及第四季的业绩表现落差,主要是大马业务受到季节性质因素(新年佳节减少工作天,特别是建筑及产业领域减少使用建材),通常会影响首季销售表现所致。同时首季营业额及赚幅较低之故,换句话说,首季为传统弱季。

至于2017财政年的整体业绩展望,公司认为,主要胥视大马及区域经济表现、营运成本波动、以及外汇走势等因素而定。

2014至2016财政年业绩转佳

根据该公司过去5年(2012年至2016财政年)的业绩表现,在2012年及2013年业绩表现较差,不过,从2014至2016财政年的业绩表现转佳。这主要是胥视经营市场的经济情况、特别使用其瓷砖产品的建筑/产业等行业的兴衰而定。

脱售澳洲商业大楼
金兴工业进账3000万


2017年9月7日
(吉隆坡6日讯)金兴工业(KIMHIN,5371,主板工业产品股)脱售旗下位于澳洲维多利亚省的商业大楼,借此获得880万澳元(约3000万令吉)收入。

金兴工业向马交所报备,独资子公司金兴投资有限公司是在9月4日时,与买家Ouson私人有限公司签署合约。

空置超过1年

根据文告,签下合约后,买家将会先支付5%的定金,或相等于44万澳元(约150万令吉),而余额836万澳元(约284万令吉),则需在合约生效后的6个月内缴清。

金兴工业指出,该栋商业大楼的附近地区空置率太高,租客需求太低。公司在进行宣传超过1年后,也没看见有正面的迹象,因此决定套现放弃。

公司点出,根据2016财年的数据,脱售该商楼可让公司的每股净利增1.68仙,每股净资产值也会上升至3.68令吉。另外,不会对负债率有影响。

如无意外,金兴工业预计脱售,可在明年3月前完成。

而公司希望将脱售所得其中的288万澳元(约980万令吉),用于收购一项名为墨尔本广场的未完成产业项目。剩余的金额,将会成为公司的营运开销资本。【e南洋】
