（吉隆坡25日讯）ETI科技（ETITech，0118，主板科技股）向马交所报备，独资子公司大马ETI科技私人有限公司再出现付款违约，总值为1174万3000令吉。

ETI科技表示，债权银行为马银行和马银行回教银行。

早在今年1月，上述相同的子公司也出现总值718万3000令吉的付款违约，债权银行为大马渣打银行。

“虽然马银行会对该独资子公司采取法律行动。无论如何，此财务影响并不大，因为马银行已扣押着公司的资产担保证券（security of assets）。”

对于上述违约的应对方案，ETI科技指出，潜在投资者在1月31日已经发出授权信函，寄给马银行和大马渣打银行，谈及有关该两家银行的1000万美元（3090万令吉）信用状发放，以及丰隆银行额外发放500万美元（1545万令吉）的信用状，主要用于提高信贷及部分拿来偿还债务。

1. Introduction The Company wishes to announce that ETI Tech (M) Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company has failed to settle the following outstanding amount totaling RM11,743,224.78 to Maybank Islamic Berhad and Malayan Banking Berhad (collectively referred to as “Maybank”) : No. Facility Amount Due & Owing As At 28 February 2013 1. Term Financing-i (1) RM1,474,503.71 together with ta’wid (compensation) accruing thereon at the rate of 1% per annum from 01 March 2013 until the date of full payment 2. Term Financing-i (2) RM4,021,406.02 together with ta’wid (compensation) accruing thereon at the rate of 1% per annum from 01 March 2013 until the date of full payment 3. Overdraft Facility RM6,247,315.05 together with interest accruing thereon at the rate of 3.5% per annum (inclusive additional interest of 1% per annum) above BLR, on daily rests from 01 March 2013 until the date of full payment. 2.        Reason for Default The Company does not have sufficient funds to make the repayments to Maybank. The key contributing factors leading to the default in payment was mainly due to the delay in collections and timing delay in realization of projects over past few financial years. 3. Measures taken to address the Default An initial letter of authorisation had been issued by a potential investor to Maybank and Standard Chartered Bank Berhad on 30 January 2013 in regards to the drawdown of a Bankers’ Guarantee amounting to USD10.0 million and another USD5.0 million to Hong Leong Bank Berhad to be utilized for increase in Credit line and partial settlement of the outstanding loans. At the same time, the Company had setup a Steering Committee to make immediate decision into the Group’s proposed restructuring plan and is advanced discussions with M/s Ernst & Young to be the Company’s Adviser and Interim Department for the Group’s proposed restructuring plan. 4. Financial and legal implications of the Default Legal proceedings may be initiated by Maybank against the Company. However, the financial impact is not substantial as there are security of assets charged to Maybank. 5. Business and Operational Impact of the Default The Default will not have substantial short term impact on the business and operations of the Group. A Steering Committee had been set-up to co-ordinate and monitor the progress of the Group’s proposed restructuring plan and remedial actions were taken to improve collections. The Group’s proposed restructuring plan which will complement with its existing core business in renewable energy, the existing workforce, suppliers as well as the advisers for Group’s proposed restructuring plan are willing to give their support to the Company to move forward. 6. Cross Default The Default may trigger a cross default with other lender, namely Hong Leong Bank Berhad. 7.        Major Subsidiary ETI Tech (M) Sdn Bhd is a major subsidiary of the Company. 8.        Solvency Declaration A Board Meeting will be convened to discuss on the solvency position of the Company. （吉隆坡6日讯）ETI科技（ETITech，0118，主板科技股）向马交所报备，公司和独资子公司ETI科技（马）私人有限公司，遭丰隆银行追讨约730万4731令吉的拖欠款项。

ETI科技是独资子公司的担保方，ETI科技和独资子公司是在周三收到亚罗士打高庭发出的传票和索偿清单。

根据文告，亚罗士打高庭也择定6月19日进行案件管理程序。

丰隆银行要求ETI科技（马）私人有限公司和ETI科技，负责前者拖欠的款项，包括104万7922万令吉的透支融资和625万6808令吉的贸易融资。

丰隆银行也透过律师，追讨与欠款相关的利息和律师费。

ETI科技在文告中表示，ETI科技（马）私人有限公司正与丰隆银行商讨。

（吉隆坡12日訊）市場傳出首相兒子納茲夫丁入股ETI科投（ETITECH，0118，創業板科技股），使該股今日異軍突起，交投熱烈躍升為今日最熱門股項，並有逾1億股或14%股權在場外易手。

資料顯示，這家PN17公司股本約7億627萬股，今日共有約14.2%股權以7仙在場外易手。

消息說，曾在2011年入股豐昇工業（HARVEST，9342，主要板工業）的納茲夫丁，是ETI科投14%股權場外交易的買家。

ETI科投今早開市時掛平盤7仙，截至休市股價微揚1.5仙，掛8.5仙，不過交投熱烈，成交量高達3055萬6400股；午盤該股交投更上一層樓，半個交易日創下1億4545萬4000股成交量，令其他股項望塵莫及，閉市掛11仙，起4仙，總成交量17601萬400股，為今日十大熱門股之首。

該公司在本月6日接獲豐隆銀行出庭傳票（writ of summon）及起訴，追討730萬令吉欠款。

ETI科投今年年初已報備指出，公司面臨財務危機情況，正與馬銀行及豐隆銀行洽談，重組和重新安排償還現有債務。[中国报财经]

（吉隆坡12日讯）消息指出，国家石油公司（Petronas，简称国油）主席丹斯里莫哈末西迪哈山女儿苏茜苏莲娜，将成为ETI科投（ETITECH，0118，创业板科技股）第2大股东，最快将在下周宣布。

消息人士称，这位在太阳能界已冒出头的企业新晋，将控制该公司1亿股。

太阳能新贵助整旗鼓

ETI科技周三共有1亿42万股在场外交易，市场消息称，这名新大股东是首相儿子纳兹福丁。

消息人士称，苏茜入股ETI科技，将协助该公司重整旗鼓，往后将专注在发展太阳能业务。

ETI科技已一连2日都稳霸10大热门股榜，今早以12仙，微升1仙迎市后，成交量竟在30分钟内突破1亿股。

虽然该股在终场时以平盘，收在11仙，但成交量成交量高达2亿1729万6000股，令市场更相信该公司正在酝酿重大的企业活动。

苏茜去年与她相关的公司，获得永续能源发展机构（SEDA）供应太阳能的合约。

任何公司的股票都可以用。。。只有那些倒闭的公司才是废纸。。。 被除牌的。。 如果公司还有运作公司股票还是有用。。 比较麻烦交易罢了。。。

你要知道。。 只要公司NTA是负值。。 公司股东储备低于25%。。没有业务。。现金公司。。都是pn17....
