RENOUNCEABLE RIGHTS ISSUE OF 257,400,600 NEW UNITS IN AmFIRST REIT (“RIGHTS UNITS”) ON THE BASIS OF THREE (3) RIGHTS UNITS FOR EVERTY FIVE (5) EXISTING UNITS IN AmFIRST REIT (“RIGHTS ISSUE”)
We refer to the announcements dated 10 August 2011, 8 November 2011, 8 March 2012, 13 March 2012, 3 April 2012, 6 April 2012, 30 April 2012, 22 June 2012 and 9 July 2012 in relation to, amongst others, the Rights Issue (collectively referred to as the “Earlier Announcements”) and Rights Issue Prospectus dated 10 July 2012 (“Rights Issue Prospectus”). Unless otherwise stated, all definitions used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as defined in the Earlier Announcements and Rights Issue Prospectus.

On behalf of the Board, AmInvestment Bank is pleased to announce that as at the close of acceptance and payment for the Rights Issue at 5.00 p.m. on 25 July 2012 (“
Closing Date”), AmFIRST REIT had received valid acceptances and excess applications for a total of 292,092,049 Rights Units, representing a subscription rate of 113.48% of the total number of Rights Units available for subscription under the Rights Issue.

The details of valid acceptances and excess applications of Rights Units received as at the Closing Date are as follows:

七号上市,所以六号闭市后/七号早上你就会看到该新股汇进你的户口。。
