Dato' Sri Sufri bin Hj Mohd Zin,  was appointed as the Managing Director of TRC Synergy Berhad (“TRC” or “the  Company”) on 29 March 2002 and is presently the Executive Chairman of the  Company and the Managing Director of its subsidiary Companies. He graduated  from Institute of Teknologi MARA (“ITM”) in 1982 with a Diploma in Business  Studies. He started his career as a banker with Bank Bumiputera Malaysia Bhd in  1982. His inherent perseverance and unique business acumen led him into the  building and construction industry in 1984.                          Presently, he is also the Director  of TRC Synergy Group of Companies, TRC Capital Sdn Bhd and Kolektif Aman Sdn  Bhd. Furthermore, he has been a member of the Persatuan Kontraktor-kontraktor  Melayu Malaysia (cawangan Wilayah Persekutuan) since 1988 and the Road  Engineering Association of Asia and Australasia (REAAA) since 1992. He  is also a Council Member of Master Builder Association Malaysia (2007 - 2009).

Dato' Abdul Aziz bin Mohamad,  was appointed as an Executive Director of the Company on 29 March 2002. He  joined TRC Group as a Senior Contract Executive in 1994 and was later promoted  to Deputy General  Manager (Contracts) in 1997. He received his early  education in the Malay College Kuala Kangsar (MCKK) and later graduated from  Trent Polytechnic in Nottingham, England in 1983. He is a Quantity Surveyor by  profession and a member of the Institution of Surveyors, Malaysia.                          He started  his career as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor in England with Rider Hunt and  Partners in 1982. He later joined Jabatan Kerja Raya (JKR) Kuala Lumpur in 1983  as a Quantity Surveyor where he administered the contractual aspects of  projects.

Encik Abdul Rahman bin Ali,  was appointed as Director of TRCS on 13 May 2002. He graduated from the  University of Malaya in 1982 with a Degree in Accounting. He is currently a  Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.                          He started his  career as a Credit Officer with Bank Bumiputera Malaysia Berhad in 1982. He  left the bank in 1986 to set up his own management consultancy company under  the name of Advance Management Services in 1986 before becoming a Branch  Manager with a  public accounting firm, Sahir & Co in 1990. In 1994,  he set up his own accounting firm by the name A. Rahman & Associates and  later became a partner of Omar Arif, A. Rahman & Associates 1996.

Encik Noor Zilan bin Mohamed Noor,  was appointed as a Director of TRCS on 13 May 2002. He graduated from ITM in  1983 with a Diploma in Law. He then joined United Malayan Banking Corporation  as a Trainee Executive Officer before pursuing for further studies in the  United Kingdom in 1984 and graduated from City of London Polytechnics with LLB  (Hons) majoring in Business Law in 1987. Subsequently, he went on to read law  at Lincoln's Inn and was called to the English Bar in 1988 and upon his return  to Malaysia he was then called and admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 1989 as an  Advocate & Solicitor. He then worked as a Legal Assistant before starting  his own law firm in 1991 and is now a Senior Partner with an established law  firm in Kuala Lumpur specialising in the area of Corporate Law, Banking,  Building and Construction Law apart from the Litigation field, both civil and  criminal.

General (R) Tan Sri Mohd Shahrom Bin Dato' Hj  Nordin, was appointed as a Director of the Company on 25th  March 2004. After his secondary education, he was selected for Officer Cadet  training at the Royal Military College, Sungai Besi in 1966 before being  commissioned as a second Lieutenant into the Royal Malay Regiment in 1968 and  assigned as a Platoon Commander with the 2nd Battalion, Royal Malay Regiment.  General (R) Tan Sri Mohd Shahrom has served in various appointments at  command staff, training and the diplomatic service levels and he was the Chief  of the Malaysia Army from 1st January 2003 to 15th September 2003. Prior to  that appointment he was the chief of staff at the Armed Forces Headquarters.                            Currently he is the Senior Vice President Defense of the National Aerospace  & Defense Industries Sdn Bhd (NADI). He is also the Chairman of SME  Aerospace Sdn Bhd (SMEA) and Director of SME Ordnance Sdn Bhd (SMEO). Both SMEA  & SMEO are subsidiary companies of the NADI Group of Companies.

其实TRC是建筑公司。根据过去5年的2004、2005、2006、2007、2008年的每股回酬，分别是0.0324%、4.32%、7.98%、13.5%、20.12%。只有2008年比较理想。
每年TRC公司的利润好像不是很理想，2007和2008年是0.0712和0.016。每年的财务杠杆都2点多，除了2007年是1.7238。
2004年至2006年的资产周转很低。


我知道这间公司将会接触更多油气领域发展。这是新的发展。

其实我不怎么会衡量这家公司的前景。

合理價格：2.40令吉
TRC（TRC，5054，主要板建築）已獲得輕快鐵格拉那再也線首階段延長工程，有機會再奪第二階段和捷運系統工程，相信股項將擁有36%上檔空間。

格拉那再也首階段延長工程總值9億5000萬令吉，已成為TRC主要盈利成長動力，有這項工程加持，獲次階段工程的贏面更大。

第二階段工程總值高達7億令吉，若TRC再獲青睞，兩項工程接合將不成問題；即使工程假手予人，TRC料仍可獲分包工程。

此外，TRC在地鐵工程方面的經驗，使該公司成為總值120億令吉捷運工程的有力競爭者。

捷運工程共分20批進行，共70個承包商角逐該項工程，TRC除了擁有相關工程經驗，土著背景亦強化競爭實力。

該公司亦是唯一在砂拉越擁有A級執照的半島建築商，可競逐州政府工程，並已協助完成總值近7億令吉工程。

該公司已參與競標砂拉越總值20億令吉道路工程，據知首階總值5億令吉工程得主即將揭曉，TRC有望再獲工程。

目前該公司坐擁1億8200萬令吉淨現金，佔公司市值54%，資產負債表現強勁，可買進此股項。

（吉隆坡14日訊）TRC協作（TRC, 5054, 主板建築組）活躍東西馬建築市場，除了最近在西馬輕快鐵延伸工程計劃中先拔頭籌，取得9億5千萬令吉合約，目前也放眼東馬砂州再生能源走廊（SCORE）計劃12項道路建築合約，在建築市場中左右逢源。

今年至今為止，該公司取得3項總值1億1千300萬令吉新工程合約，預料2011年下半年可攫取更多工程合約。（星洲互動）

TRC憑單行使價降至50仙

（吉隆坡18日訊）TRC協作（TRC, 5054, 主板建築組）配合股票分拆和紅股計劃，將TRC協作WA（TRCWA, 5054WA, 憑單）憑單行使價下調至50仙，以及提高ICULS轉換比例。

該公司發文告表示，將TRC協作WA憑單行使價從1令吉調整至50仙，並額外增發5千零59萬8千249單位新憑單。

此外，基於行使價的調整，當所有不可贖回可轉換無擔保債券（ICULS）持有價行使轉換權時，所獲分股比例將1：1調高至1：1.44。

以截至2011年7月15日止，ICULS總值高達90萬4千117令吉計算，在持有者未來全額轉換時，TRC協作需發售260萬3千856個新分股，
其中包括額外增發的151萬8千916新股。

憑單和ICULS行使價，以及ICULS轉換權的變動將從2011年7月18日起生效，即股票分拆和紅股在7月15日進行除權後的下一個交易日。

另一方面，TRC協同WB憑單的上市和估價活動，將在獲得接獲大馬股票交易所批准後2個交易日進行，將適時作出進一步公佈。（星洲日報／財經）

TRC Swee公司 獲汶萊3.2億工程

（吉隆坡14日訊）TRC（TRC，5054，主要板建築）與合作夥伴Swee公司，獲汶萊經濟發展局（Brunei Economic Development Board）頒發總值1億3000萬汶幣（約3億1890萬令吉）合約，承包機場終站現代化工程。

該公司今日向馬證交所報備，上述工程需在簽約3年內竣工，但不會對繳足資本、每股淨資產值、股東架構，及負債帶來影響。

文告說，TRC董事局在考量各項情況，認為是項工程意向書能惠及公司前景發展。

上述意向書可供查閱，週一至週五的辦公時間，可在TRC商業中心閱覽，為期3個月。[ChinaPress]

隨著取得今年來第四項主要工程合約后，約總值3億1890萬令吉承包汶萊國際機場終站現代化工程，TRC（TRC，5054，主要板建築）目前手頭新訂單合約已超逾3億令吉預期，達4.32億令吉。

TRC手頭未完工工程合約總值更因此從目前的12億令吉，增加27%至15億令吉。

假設稅務與攤銷前盈利賺幅可達10%，TRC與合作夥伴Swee公司獲汶萊經濟發展局頒發的該項機場終站現代化工程，將可于未來3年為該公司帶來3190萬令吉的稅務與攤銷前盈利。

上修該公司2011至2013財年淨利預測介于4%至10%。

隨著全球經濟陷入衰退的風險增加，將迫使政府加快推出更多公共工程計劃的腳步，以為國內經濟加油打氣，因此未來看好建築領域前景。

TRC是建築領域當中其中備受看好爭取捷運工程的候選公司，該公司也是28家競投公司中，獲出線機會的公司之一，這些通過預審的公司將可獲得競投所有6個組別中18項捷運土木及地基工程配套的資格。

據稀釋后12倍6.5仙每股盈利計算，該股合理價從71仙上修10%至78仙。

另外，該股股價另一支撐點是充裕的現金流及強勁的資產負債表。

截至今年6月底，該公司手頭淨現金達1億1850萬令吉，相等于每股25.4仙。

获汶莱3.1亿工程 TRC协作合约前景俏

（吉隆坡17日讯）TRC协作（TRC，5054，主板建筑股）获汶莱经济发展局颁发一份价值3亿1900万令吉的合约，获分析界一致唱好，并预计该公司可在接下来的两个新财年，获得更多新合约。

肯南嘉投资研究分析员说：“我们正面看待这消息，因为现在是TRC协作补充未来3年订单的时机。”

他指出，上述合约是现代化汶莱国际机场终站，为期36个月，尽管TRC协作是与Swee私人有限公司联营，两造在新联营公司的持股权比例为51：49，但是预计前者主要是负责建筑工程。

他说：“汶莱合约通常都给予较高赚幅，预计上述合约的净赚幅为11%。”

手握14亿订单
截至目前，该公司的订单企于14亿令吉，足以让该公司忙碌未来3年。

分析员披露，公司的订单大部分是来自轻快铁合约，预计新合约将陆续有来，包括政府相关合约。

偏好政府合约
TRC协作管理层重申，公司在中期内偏好竞标政府相关合约。

分析员认为，TRC协作有望从2012年财政预算案中受惠，因为该预算案将拨款发展捷运计划（MRT）。

他续称，最近捷运计划的两个配套已经发出竞标文件，预计将颁发总值接近12亿令吉的合约。

“TRC协作是其中一个符合资格的承包商，可参与高架工程的竞标活动。

“我们看好TRC协作，主要是该公司在从事基建相关项目以及政府相关合约方面，拥有丰富经验。”

盈利预测上修42%
TRC协作还放眼砂拉越的新合约，预计可带来盈利贡献。

因此，肯南嘉投资研究分析员将TRC协作的2012财年盈利预测大幅度上修42%，并预计其可在该财年额外获得3亿令吉的新合约。

至于达证券行分析员则保守估计，假设汶莱国际机场终站合约的税前赚幅为8%，或可为TRC协作的2012财年及2013财年，分别带来1700万令吉及850万令吉的贡献。[NanYang]

該公司向馬證交所報備指出，子公司于28日獲公共工程局頒發該項合約，提升霹靂州紅土坎的碼頭設備提升工作。

文告中指出，若無意外，公司獲得該項合約后，預計將提高公司盈利和每股盈利，是項合約對公司有利。
