利豐遭低估未聞私有化消息

小棟問：利豐機構（LCTH，5092，主板工業產品組）這隻股如何？
答：從資產負債表來看，這家公司的每股淨現金竟然差不多有17仙，每股資產也有50仙，但股價只有17仙，股價是否長期被低估呢？有沒有可能被私有化？
截至9月30日，利豐首9個月蒙受1千304萬7千令吉淨虧損，較前期505萬4千令吉來得大，歸咎於新業務未真正步上軌道，無法抵銷主要客戶將業務重心轉移至中國而形成的虧損，而且產能低企也導致盈利賺幅走低。
該公司主要製造精密塑膠部件及零件，其最大單一股東是新加坡富裕投資公司，持有70.64%股權，其他大股東還包括朝聖基金局及公積金局，各持有5.35%及1.75%股權。
以50仙每股資產計，利豐股價確實遭低估，但不可忽視的是，該公司的前景展望有欠理想，若無法扭轉劣勢，每股資產也會逐步走低。
為此，管理層如何整頓公司業務顯得非常重要，包括多元化客戶群，避免過度仰賴單一客戶，而導致營運陷入困局，並拖累業務發展。
至於私有化的可能性，實在說不定，但以最大單一股東的持股權高達70%來看，要私有化不會太難，惟相信現階段的可能性不會太高，因為目前的資產估值仍頗高，若真的展開私有化計劃，所須付出的收購代價也會相對提昇。（星洲日報／財經） |

利豐執行董事獅城遭提控

（吉隆坡25日訊）利豐（LCTH，5092，主要板工業）報備指出，公司非獨立執行董事吳福清（譯音），違反新加坡證券及期貨法，遭新加坡下級法院提控。
該公司向馬證交所報備指出，上述提控由新加坡上市的控股公司富裕企業（Fu Yu Corporation Ltd）告知；吳福清也是富裕企業的執行董事。
文件指出，吳福清是在新加坡證券及期貨法201(b)及83(1)，137(1)，165(1)(b)和166(1)兩項條例下被提控。
吳福清是在2004年3月及2005年1月獨犯條例，當時他仍是SNF企業（SNF Corporation Ltd）的董事；SNF企業也就是現在在新加坡股票證券交易所上市的Adventus控股。[中国报财经]

利丰机构新加坡大股东 接获自愿性收购献议

（吉隆坡8日讯）利丰机构（LCTH，5092，主板工业股）宣布，接获在新加坡交易所掛牌的大股东──富裕集团（Fu Yu Corp）通知，后者的前执行董事黄福清（译音）向富裕集团所有股东提出自愿性部份股权收购献议，以每股0.09新元献购该集团的7000万股，或相等于10.3%股权。
富裕集团持有利丰机构约70%股权。
根据黄福清的函件，正式献议书將在14至21天后发予全体股东，並在紧接著的28天內开放予股东接受献议。
他目前持有富裕集团的7%股权，並表明提出上述献议是基于投资目的，並冀望在最短时间內以稳定的价格收购7000万股。
目前， 黄福清是利丰机构旗Nano Technology Manufacturing公司和Solid Micron Technologies公司的总经理，並將在完成收购后保持现状。
相比富裕集团週五达0.089新元的闭市价，黄福清的献购价溢价1.1%。【光华日报财经】

該公司發文告表示，截至週二（22日）下午5時，僅有持股0.5%，或359萬2千270股的股東接受獻議，令吳福清僅增持富裕集團股權至7.5%，遠低於最低7千萬股門檻，因此相關獻議宣告失效，需將接受獻議的股票悉數退還。
富裕集團是在今年3月7日接獲吳福清獻議，以每股0.09新元增購富裕集團的10.3%股權。（星洲日報／財經）
