低油價‧強美元‧利豐盈利獲推高

（吉隆坡21日訊）搭乘目前低油價和強美元的順風車，柔佛精密塑膠注模廠商利豐機構（LCTH，5092，主板工業產品組）盈利成長獲推高。
因此，該公司過去8個月來股價大漲是可以理解的。今年至今，其股價上漲逾200%。上週四以78仙掛收，市值達2億8千零80萬令吉。
利豐機構董事經理丘麟偉也注意到該公司吸引到更多投資購興。
他對The Edge表示，“如果我們繼續表現良好，股價自然會走高。如今投資者更注意我們。
當我們獲利和派發股息，股東將對公司更有信心。”
儘管該公司截至2015年9月杪首9月營業額下跌7.6%至8千790萬令吉，淨利卻從一年前的690萬令吉倍增至1千550萬令吉。此強勁表現歸功於更佳營運效率、外匯收益和專注於高賺幅計劃。
目前利豐機構經營兩間工間，分別在柔佛士乃和檳城北賴。士乃廠平均產能運作率為80%，北賴廠運作則達致幾乎高峰的80%。
為了擴大檳城產能，該公司有意購買北海和巴都加灣10英畝地段，但是面對一些障礙，因州政府只願意撥出至多5英畝地段。
無論如何，利豐機構仍可從全球油價下跌中受惠，因經營成本更廉宜，同時美元走強也帶來外匯收益。
丘麟偉說，“美元走強肯定幫助增強我們的財務表現。我們的銷售收入是美元計算，而勞工和運輸成本為馬幣，因此可大為節省及帶來外匯收益。”

【利润丰盈，钱势汹汹】- 浅谈LCTH (5092), 【名人效应】还是【现金效应】？？

这几个星期有一家【仙股】非常火热，那就是LCTH。这家从事塑料模型器具的公司去年交出了亮眼的成绩，股价也从2014年的RM0.26上涨到2015年的RM0.76, 足足上涨了198.04%。不过今年因为美进走低，LCTH的股价也从高峰期的RM0.81一度下跌到RM0.57左右，下跌了接近30%。
但是随着最新季度的出色盈利以及【名人效应】，股价从2月多的底部开始回弹到现在的RM0.70。此外，公司还是Net cash Company，手上握有超过100 mil的现金。在【名人效应】以及【现金效应】之下，LCTH的股价能走多远真的让人非常期待。
- 上图是LCTH的Summary，公司最新季度的Profit Margin after tax是29.49%. Q4的profit before tax 从4.805 mil增加到9.491 mil的profit after tax.主要是因为tax rebate, 这种情况也在2014Q4发生过。
- LCTH主要业务出口至国外, 去年的外汇盈利4.09 million, 占了全年盈利16%。不过最新季度的外汇亏损是0.918 mil, 这是必须注意的一点。
- 笔者把short term investment 定义成现金, 所以公司手上握有112 mil的cash, 相当于每股31仙现金。也难怪公司今年会大方派发3仙的Final dividend.
- 现金流方面, 公司也从2014年的negative cash flow进步成positive cash flow , 2015年的cash inflow 是18.898 mil.
- 拥有大笔现金, 公司不管是要扩张或者派息都不成问题, 估值也变得十分吸引人。
看了看top 30 shareholders, 发现了两位知名的大马投资大师。这就是笔者所说的名人效应, 也难怪股价升高。最近也到了勤读Annual report 的时候, 因为可以看到潜质好股里有那位大神坐镇。
这两个月公司的股价都在上升的趋势中, 成交量上个星期暴涨, 截至此刻更是达到了10 mil股的成交量, 突破了4个月来的新高。
相信这家公司已经吸引了许多人的注意, 因此希望以上的资料对想买或者已经持有的股友有帮助。现在这家公司非常热闹, 人多的地方要小心, 不过长期这家公司肯定没有问题。
以上资料纯属分享, 买卖自负, 笔者并没有持有此股。

（吉隆坡11日訊）利豐（LCTH，5092，主要板工業）指，來自客戶訂單減少，拖累該集團截至9月底第3季營業額大跌14.9%至2448萬令吉，淨利則挫53%至336萬令吉，惟每股仍舊宣佈派息0.5仙。
利豐向馬證交所報備指，截至9月底首3季，該集團營業額按年同期跌3.4%至8494萬令吉，淨利也跌45%至846萬令吉。
展望未來，利豐通過文告指，就當前全球經濟存在不確定性，包括中國經濟成長放緩、國際油價及匯率波動，該集團預計在剩余財年里，經濟將持續充斥挑戰。
“令吉兌美元匯率若持續動盪將影響集團業績，因集團主要涉及出口銷售，有鑒于前景有欠明朗，集團對2016財年持續保持謹慎樂觀。”

利丰机构次季净利挫62%
2017年8月15日
（吉隆坡14日讯）利丰机构（LCTH，5092，主板工业产品股）截至6月杪次季，净利按年暴跌61.75%至124万8000令吉，或每股0.35仙，但仍宣布派发每股0.5仙第一次中期股息。
该公司向交易所报备，次季营业额表现不佳，按年下跌13.06%至2486万7000令吉，归咎于公司客户订单减少。

利丰机构旗下公司主要在大马涉足生产及二手装配精密塑料配件和部件，精密模具和一般模具，以供应国内外客户，主要出口市场为美国及新加坡，其他市场包括英国、中国、西班牙、德国、墨西哥、匈牙利、泰国等。
是否值得投资，看看公司的最新业绩及财务情况。该公司最新业绩甫于今年8月11日宣布，截至2017年6月30日第二季，该公司净利下跌至124万8000令吉（每股净利为0.35仙），前期净利为326万3000令吉（每股净利为0.91仙）；营业额为2486万7000令吉，前期为2860万3000令吉。
首6个月净利为278万6000令吉（每股净利为0.77仙），前期净利为510万5000令吉（每股净利为1.42仙）；营业额为4813万1000令吉，较前期的6046万3000令吉来得低。
最新第二季业绩及净利较弱，公司表示，主要是客户订单较少所致。
截至今年6月30日，该公司的财务情况颇为健全，总资产为2亿2947万2000令吉，其中现金及银行余款占1亿零549万2000令吉、短期投资为875万9000令吉、库存有1024万9000令吉、贸易应收款项为1794万1000令吉。非流动的资产如产业／工厂／器材为4768万令吉，投资产业为2520万3000令吉。
