想請教家麗資機構（HOMERIZ，5160，主板消費品組）前景受看好嗎？為何股價一直徘徊在27至30仙？該公司業績最近都不俗，應該加碼買進嗎？

答：
家麗資機構甫於2010年2月份在馬股主板上市，主要涉及設計、製造及出口家具，如沙發、餐桌椅及床架等，除了進行原裝設計製造，本身也有本身品牌Eritz。

該公司旗下家具產品99%供出口至40個國家，其中60%營業額主要來自歐洲市場。隨著歐洲市場在過去一兩年市況淒慘，相信對該公司的業務表現及前景不利。

在公佈其截至2012年2月29日為止次季業績時，該公司表示業務前景深具挑戰，即全球經濟前景不明朗，原料成本走高及匯率波動等。不過，該公司將加強成本效率及成本管理，以及專注現有產品及推出新產品等措施以應付挑戰。相信本財政年度仍然是有利可圖。

截至2012年2月29日為止，該公司的第二季淨利為286萬令吉，前期淨利則為170萬2千令吉。次季營業額為2千448萬5千令吉，前期為1千947萬7千令吉。次季每股淨利為1.43仙。

首6個月淨利則為603萬4千令吉，前期為514萬1千令吉。而營業額則為5千134萬8千令吉，而前期為4千393萬6千令吉。

首6個月的每股淨利則為3.02仙。每股資產值為33仙。

家丽资业绩倒退

（吉隆坡15日讯）家丽资机构有限公司（HOMERIZ，5160，消费产品组）公布，在截至2013年2月28日止第2季度，仅录得300万2000令吉的税前利润，较去年同期的357万3000令吉退步。

至于营业额则从前期的2448万5000令吉减少至2351万2000令吉。

该家具制造商致函马交所说，业绩欠佳归咎于赚幅较低、销售量减少和投入成本增加所致。

家丽资表示：“我们将会继续努力研发新产品，以获取更佳的成本效益及有效的成本管理。”

它补充：“除非出现不可预测的情况，否则集团将会在截至2013年8月31日止的财政年度保持盈利。”[光华日报财经]
