利實鍍鋼續革新產品

（吉隆坡26日訊）利實鍍鋼（LYSAGHT,9199,主板工業產品組）持續革新旗下產品，提高競爭力，為2013財政年下半年的挑戰做好準備。

該公司董事經理廖海湖於股東大會後言道，公司對旗下產品的要求與時並進，務求符合市場上的要求，例如為電訊公司供應通訊柱，替代現有傳統式的通訊塔，以便能夠節省金錢和增加美觀。

他也表示，該公司近來的新產品還包括擁有專利權的電燈柱的鋼鎖機制，用以替代現有的玻璃鋼；以及有助提高道路安全雙條紋電燈柱。

廖海湖坦承，“今年首季有賴去年一些訂單的推動，推動業績表現不俗，但第二季公司訂單開始減緩，預料下半年亦須面對一些挑戰。”

他亦指出，貢獻公司總營業額30%的海外業務必須面對劇烈的競爭，尤其是原材料的價格上，海外競爭業者在這方面取得相當大的優勢。

詢及公司會否由於訂單減緩而削減雇員數量，廖海湖表示雖然訂單減緩，但公司現有的客戶群仍然強穩，所以並沒有計劃削減公司雇員。

他也強調，利實鍍鋼過往擁有良好的業績，且2012財政年的股息為歷年來最高，因此對公司的未來相當有信心。（星洲日報／財經）

利實鍍鋼 1100萬收購資產

（吉隆坡22日訊）利實鍍鋼（LYSAGHT ，9199，主要板工業）建議以1100萬令吉收購資產。

利實鍍鋼建議，收購位于莎阿南的土地、單層倉庫，以及三層樓的辦公樓，收購價為1100萬令吉。

該公司將全數通過內部融資，支付上述資產收購。

這項收購為該公司提供機會持有本身的總部，每年可節省辦公樓租金開銷約33萬7404令吉。

同時，上述收購也可協助該公司避免任何營運阻礙。[中国报财经]

利实钢铁股价急跌14%

（吉隆坡6日讯）利实钢铁有限公司（LYSAGHT，9199，工业产品组）今日股价遭到重创，使到其上周五的所有收益几乎一无所有。

下午5时收市时，该公司股价猛泻50仙或13.88%挂3.10令吉，有9400股易手。

该公司股价于去年6月间时曾创下3.20令吉新高。

在早上11时50分至中午12时05分，大马交易所对该股实施动态定价门槛机制。

它称：“在这段时间，在参考价下，股价可涨或跌30%，在3.60令吉参考价中，涨幅可涨至4.68令吉，而跌幅被限制在2.52令吉。

在截至2013年9月30日为止的第3季业绩中，该公司的每股净资产是2.67令吉，而净盈利是390万令吉，至于营业额收益是1888万令吉。[光华日报财经]

利實鍍鋼穩健利潤迎挑戰

（吉隆坡13日訊）利實鍍鋼（LYSAGHT,9199,主板工業產品組）面臨營業額合理化及原料價格波動風險，分析員認為過去幾年穩定獲利及強勁資產負債表將成為應對當前挑戰的籌碼。

利實鍍鋼為製造鍍鋼柱、通訊塔及發射塔的中型公司，利用先進科技製造可靠及高品質產品，以符合多種環境及特別需求迎合國際標準，產品擁有較長平均壽命及低維修率，每項產品都有5年的維修保證。

肯納格研究表示，過去5年總利潤穩健企於30%以上，淨利水平高於13%，具強大籌碼應對挑戰。

“預計2014財政年營業額料恢復正常水平，因該公司產品僅在工程後期才安裝，目前國內又缺乏大型產業及基礎設施工程，今年料面臨挑戰。”

該公司2013財政年優異表現，主要是受楊忠禮建築公司及吉隆坡第二機場承包工程竣工支撐。

儘管原料價格波動，利實鍍鋼仍相信，實行縮減成本政策將維持賺幅，有信心安然度過目前挑戰。

2013年杪，該公司保留盈利7千零40萬令吉，但暫未計劃如何運用。

肯納格認為，該公司將採取謹慎態度保留資金，為近期可能浮現的任何潛在特別工程作準備，通常這些工程需要較高的原料及生產成本投資。

“相信該公司強勁的資產負債表，可應對任何未來利空狀況。”

自2009財政年起，利實鍍鋼每年都派發5至12仙股息（平均週息率3%至6%），未設定派息政策，不過未來-有意撥出至少50%淨利派息。

（吉隆坡6日讯）营业额下滑，利实镀钢（LYSAGHT，9199，主板工业产品股）截至3月杪财年首季净利年挫33%。

利实镀钢首季净利从上财年同期的459万4000令吉，下滑至306万3000令吉，相等于每股盈利7.37仙。

1变2拆细股票　利实镀钢2送1红股

（吉隆坡15日讯）利实镀钢（LYSAGHT，9199，主板工业股）週四公佈一连串的回馈股东计划，分別进行1变2的股票拆细计划、以2送1的比例派送红股，及4送3的比例派送凭单。        

同时，配合拆细活动，该集团决定修改公司章程。

根据文告指出，利实镀钢將把每股面值1令吉的股票，拆细至两股各面值50仙的股票。

截至今年4月30日，该集团的缴足资本为4158股，在完成拆分后，缴足资本將扩大至8316万股，而总价值维持4158万令吉。

在完成股票拆细计划后，该集团建议以每2股送1股的比例，派发高达4158万股红股。

根据今年3月31日的数据显示，该集团的保留盈利（Retained Earnings）为2388万3000令吉，在扣除派发红股和开销后，所剩的保留盈余为289万3000令吉。

4送3凭单

另外，在完成上述计划后，利实镀钢还建议，以4送3的比例，派发高达6237万张凭单，每股的行使价格为0.50令吉。

该凭单料將为集团筹得至多3118万5000令吉，將充当营运资金、偿还债款、支付员工薪酬等，所募集资金料可提高集团的现金流量及营运开销。【东方网财经】

（吉隆坡27日讯）利实镀钢（LYSAGHT，9199，主板工业产品股）董事部震荡，创办人周家兴之妻与另一名董事被踢出局，另一名由股东提名的新董事却成功入主，公司未来方向或出现变动。

在昨日的股东大会上，林丽娟（译音）在董事重选提案上，仅获68.29%股东同意，未达年龄逾70岁需75%同意票的上市条例。

林丽娟是创办人周家兴之妻，也是利实镀钢董事经理廖海湖的岳母。

同时，另一位董事尤索夫加米尔，也仅获得32.40%同意票，而无法再入董事部。

值得关注的是，日前由股东许杰骄提议的新董事人选程禄苏（人名皆译音），则获68.07%的简单多数票，成功入主董事部，或许预示未来公司将会发生变动。

利实镀钢成立于1972年，原生产波纹状钢管和栏杆，后多元化至设计和制造电镀柱、杆、电流输送柱、电流/通讯塔及电流分站架构。

股价1月涨80%

该公司多年来作风低调，但近期股价水涨船高，因上月宣布拆息股票、派送红股和免费凭单，激励市场。

在宣布上述企业活动之前，该股股价位仅3.24令吉，但如今已攀高至今日的5.79令吉闭市价，逾一个月的时间增幅约达80%！

不过，由于董事部变动，未来展望不明朗，该股今日呈跌势，闭市时报5.79令吉，跌18仙或3.02%，成交量10万600股。【南洋网财经】

（吉隆坡15日讯）镀钢产品制造商利实镀钢有限公司（LYSAGHT，9199，工业产品组）透露，其控制股东利实大马私人有限公司，有意对该公司建议中股票拆细、红股发行和派送免费凭单的议程投下反对票。

在致给大马交易所的文件中，利实镀钢表示，董事部已在2014年10月13日傍晚接获利实大马的函件，向利实镀钢表明，一名企业代表已经获得利实大马的授权及指示，‘对相关计划的任何议程投下反对票，无论它是否有作出修正’。

利实镀钢称：“董事部将召开会议以讨论上述事项，及下一步将采取的行动，并将在之后作出进一步的宣布。”

这项宣布似乎意想不到，因股票拆细、红股发行和派送凭单等企业活动，通常象征着回馈所有股东们。

利实大马是利实镀钢单一最大股东，掌握55.14%股权，联同持有15.46%股份的Ingli私人有限公司，都是由利实镀钢同一创办家族所控制。

利实镀钢董事经理廖海湖，为利实镀钢创办人已故周家兴与妻子林丽娟的女婿，后者仍然是该公司董事之一。透过利实大马和Ingli公司，周氏家族合共控制利实镀钢超过70%股权。

与此同时，利实镀钢也向大马交易所透露，它可能无法在限期内提呈相关上述股票拆细与红股发行计划的草拟通告和文件。

该公司也指出，它还未收到周妙琼于今年9月30日受委新任非执行董事的董事宣言。澳洲籍的周妙琼，是廖海湖妻姨。她是周氏兄弟（马）私人有限公司董事经理，该公司控制利实大马的40%。

廖海湖、林丽娟和周妙琼是利实镀钢5名董事部成员中仅有的3名家族成员。

利实镀钢说，申请书已在10月13日提呈予大马交易所，以把提呈该公司草拟通告和文件的日期延后到10月31日。申请书目前仍尚待大马交易所批准。
