竞標2亿工程　柳谷冀营业额增20%

（吉隆坡30日讯）在政府经济转型计划的入口点项目（EPP）支持下，柳谷（WILLOW，0008，主板科技股）冀望2014財政年可获得10至20%或超过1亿令吉的营业额增长。       

同时，柳谷正竞標约2亿3000万令吉至2亿4000万令吉的工程，但柳谷集团董事经理黄宗秋无法確定这些竞標中的合约是否能全数转为收入。

他透露，所竞標的合约范围，与公司的3大业务相关，分別为供水管网监控与数据採集（SCADA）、综合监控系统（Integrated Monitoring System，简称IMS）和建筑管理系统（Building Management system，简称BMS）。

他相信，以公司目前手上总值1亿5000万令吉的合约订单，及陆续有来的新合约来看，柳谷2014財政年（12月31日结帐）的业绩將比2013財政年佳。根据年度报告指出，柳谷2013財政年营业额为1亿零261万令吉，按年成长22.99%；而税后盈利则按年上升26.66%，至1929万令吉。

「2013財政年IMS和SCADA业务分別佔公司营业额的90%和10%，而在2014財政年SCADA业务將继续成为公司的核心业务。」

黄宗秋在儿子柳谷集团执行董事黄祖健陪同下，出席今日股东常年大会后的记者会上，发表上述谈话。黄宗秋指出，IMS和BMS主要是用于產业发展或其他建设项目，特別是保安系统装备；而SCADA则更多用于污水处理厂等工程。

他表示，隨著政府推出的各大工程，如巴生谷捷运工程（KVMRT）和边佳兰石油提炼及综合石化计划（RAPID）等，都为公司带来更多的商机。

「去年，我们获得两项总值约4000万令吉的系统合约，分別为安邦延长线和格拉那再也延长线工程提供SCADA系统。」

他认为，这也是推动公司2013財政年业绩表现不俗原因之一。另外，他也说，柳谷的净利主要贡献来自新加坡市场，占80%比重，其余的20%比重则来自大马及其他市场。

新加坡业务强劲

「新加坡的营运业务仍强劲，主要是受到新基础建设和对保安系统的需求不断增长；而大马业务则受政府转型计划的扶持，在近年也取得很大的成长。」

他透露，公司3年前已在印尼设立小型的联营公司，直至去年尾，该联营公司开始获得少数合约，虽然目前该国业务的营业额贡献不显著，但相信在未来將会有很大的发展潜力。

至于会否进军或开拓新市场，黄宗秋指出，公司在中东已有代理，计划通过这家代理公司进一步涉足新市场。另外，东欧也是他们所考虑的新市场之一。

根据资料显示，柳谷目前在中东的阿布扎比、印尼、新加坡，及大马的吉隆坡、柔佛和北海都有办公室或联营公司。

针对房產发展商將降低建设成本预算一事，黄祖健认为，公司保安系统仅佔產业项目预算中2至3%比重，加上大马高楼產业如公寓、办公楼等，发展商仍非常著重于保安系统装置。因此，他认为，即使减少成本预算，也不会对柳谷带来严重损失。【东方网财经】

购1环球公司推动收益 柳谷系统进军美洲

（吉隆坡27日讯）涉及提供监督控制与数据采集系统的柳谷系统有限公司（WILLOW，0008，科技组），探讨收购一间相关领域的环球公司，从而将扩充其商业领域和地理据点，进一步推动其未来收益。

集团董事经理黄宗秋表示，柳谷系统已与另一个团体进入洽商的最后阶段，并希望可在未来2个月内落实细节。

控制柳谷系统31.5%股权的黄宗秋说：“透过这项收购，我们将扩充我们的市场至美洲，因我们目前尚未进军当地。我们现在将尝试更加国际化。”

“我们也将从该公司在石油与天然气监督的经验与专业中受惠，这项电脑科技不仅仅是记录数据，同时也进行分析。一旦我们在这项科技站稳阵脚，我们将把它引入亚洲的市场。”

这将加强柳谷系统投标享有比其他工业更高利润的石油与天然气工程，包括柔佛的提炼与石化综合发展计划。

目前，柳谷系统主要提供监督服务予电力输送、水供工程和处理工厂，以及铁道与建筑服务。其主要市场是新加坡和马来西亚，分别占了其收益的73%和27%。

黄宗秋指出，柳谷系统放眼收购一间环球公司的重大与控制股权。它也将注入资金于这间环球公司，使收购成本稍高于1000万令吉。

鉴于柳谷系统2014财政年度分别1亿980万令吉和1740万令吉营业额与净盈利，这项收购被视为‘相当大’的交易。

虽然如此，柳谷系统截至去年12月31日止坐拥5089万令吉，并且零负债。这相等于其2亿1780万令吉市值的23%，或每股21仙现金。

这项收购也将加强柳谷系统的研究与发展团队，更能迎合其客户群的定制化方案、处理更大型计划并更迅速移交，同时协助节省部分内部研发成本，这个金额在去年达到216万令吉。

他补充，柳谷系统手上掌握一些计划，以确保其人力有效部署是一个关键。在过去2年，其员工人数已经扩大约40%，为未来成长作好准备。

人力成本和研发开销的增加，轻微拉低了柳谷系统去年的收支。

柳谷系统的订单目前企于1亿6000万令吉，其中70%是来自新加坡，将保持忙碌一年半时间。

在过去2个月，柳谷系统已赢得了来自新加坡的数谷合约，总值约达3000万令吉。这些合约是由公共事业局、新加坡煤气和新能源资产。

与此同时，该公司也正投标总值3亿令吉的合约，并有信心至少可落实其中的40%。

（吉隆坡29日讯）覬覦国家能源（TENAGA，5347，主板贸服股）订单的柳谷（WILLOW，0008，主板科技股），预测2015財政年（12月31日结账）的营业额和净利都会取得增长。

柳谷（WILLOW，0008，主板科技股）2015財政年首季（截至3月31日止）净利按年上升1.26%，至392万令吉；营业额按年增加18.83%，至3123万令吉。

柳谷董事经理黄宗秋在今天股东大会后的记者会上表示，在强劲订单和有利的匯率帮助下，2015財政年的盈利和营业额预料可以取得成长。

回顾2014財政年，该公司营业额按年成长6.96%，至1亿零975万令吉，但净利却按年减少10.05%，至1741万4000令吉。

另一方面，柳谷管理层看好国內电力领域的监控与数据採集（SCADA）系统前景，目前正与国家能源洽商，有望在今年取得国家能源的合约。

无论如何，柳谷集团执行董事黄祖健指出，即使成功获得国家能源的合约，对公司整体盈利影响不大。

黄祖健也透露，公司仍会专注在新加坡、大马和印尼的现有业务，但不排除会有新併购活动。2014財政年，公司在上述3个国家的营业额比例分別为72.6%、27.2%和0.2%。

保留现金不派高息

「我们较少在国內进行併购活动，因为在这里收购同业很容易出现业务重叠的情况，除非有特定的原因。」

黄宗秋在本周曾向媒体表示，正计划收购一间海外公司的股权，来开拓在美国的版图。收购成本稍高于1000万令吉，预计可在2个月內对外公布详情。

目前，柳谷手握的订单总值1.6亿令吉。今年预计研发部门（R&D）开销超过300万令吉，高于去年的216万令吉。

股息方面，黄宗秋指出，为了保留足够的现金储备，董事局不会提高派息率，但会持续派息。该公司在2014財政年派发每股2仙的股息，派息率为25%。

柳谷系統斥1182萬購股

（吉隆坡25日訊）柳谷系統（WILLOW，0008，主要板科技股）以約1182萬令吉，收購WILLOWGLEN系統公司A級和C級股票。

該公司向馬證交所報備，通過Willowglen亞洲私人有限公司收購WILLOWGLEN系統1960股A級股和479萬9929股D級股。其中A級股具投票權但不獲股息，C級和D級股不具投票權但可獲分發股息。

上述收購有助柳谷系統擴展加拿大、美國和其他市場，並攝取新的專有技術和知識產權，為長期產品發展創造協同效益。

柳谷系統將通過內部融資，料在7月完成收購活動。【中国报财经】
