KPJ的第三季的财报终于出炉了。在还未详细地探讨它的财报前，有一个好消息就是KPJ又派股息了。到现在为止，已知的2009年度的股息是20分（减25%税务）。我个人觉得KPJ今年的股息应该不会比2008年的38分来得少。
KPJ可以说是一间高/中成长的公司，在过去五年里无论是营业额或是盈利都有10%左右成长，这都归功于他以收购来广大其业务。在短短的五年里，他的净盈利从2004年的31M到2008年的85M整整成长了2。7倍。最新的三个季度财报一点也不逊色，2009 年的3季净盈利总和已达80M，我可以说KPJ2009年的净盈利不会少过1亿马币。
在广大业务的同时，KPJ的债务也跟着“成长”，总债务从2004年的4。8亿到今天的6。6亿。我不会对此有什么疑问，毕竟它的Current Ratio是在我的标准之上。但我还是希望管理层在广大业务的同时，也可以把公司的债务维持在健康的水平。
（注：Current Ratio > 1是我可以接受的水平）
KPJ现在手握大约1。2亿的现金或每股58分，相信可以轻松应对已对外发布的收购计划。以现在KPJ的获利能力和管理层的野心来看，他还是会有收购行动以广大其业务。加上政府也在积极地推动医药旅游的配套，相信大部分的医院会因此而得利。还有值得一提的就是它拥有周息率超过8% 的AL-'AQAR KPJ REIT44%股权。
我大胆的预测，2009年的净盈利会是接近每股50分。以现在的大环境来看，RM5（PE=10）已是一个非常合理的价钱。但是KPJ已建议在2010年第一季时，完成：
a) 1变2拆细
b) 拆细后4送1红股
c) 加4送1涡轮

如今医药费超贵, 山人觉得值得长期拥有 kpj.
山人的世叔, 患病入院, 人死了, 医药住院费 RM 350.000.00.
同学的弟弟, 车祸入院, 还在医院, 医药住院费 RM 150.000.00. (还再医治中).
