百盛納過去營運記錄亮眼且4年平均淨賺幅為同業中最高,達證券認為該公司仍有相當大的成長空間。

達證券表示,百盛納主要業務為設計與建築大型土木工程與基礎建設,同時也製造作為建築材料的聚氨酯產品。

百盛納在完成翻新與美化馬六甲河的未完成工程後一舉成名。該公司也在最近從布城控股(Putrajaya Holding)獲總值8千710萬令吉的合約,工作內容同樣為協助完成半途停工的政府辦公樓建築工程。

分析員認為,若該公司能夠漂亮地完成上述工程,或可從布城控股攫取更多合約。

盈利方面,達證券指出,百盛納在2009至2012年的4年平均淨賺幅為6%。至於財務狀況,該公司截至今年3月31日止的淨現金值為3千180萬令吉或每股6.9仙,比去年杪的4千940萬令吉低,主要因安邦與話望生工程加速推高應收賬項所致。

該公司至今獲訂單4億令吉,即為2012財政年建築業務營收的2倍,同時該公司目前所作出的競標總額超過10億令吉,預料可攫取20至30%。

(吉隆坡30日訊)百盛納(PESONA,8311,主要板工業)子公司獲總值1億4960萬令吉的工程合約頒發書,建造位于柔州新山的政府大廈。

該公司向馬證交所報備,子公司PMHB獲Intrasegi頒發書,工程為期30個月,預計2016年1月29日竣工。

百盛納董事經理黃福明在文告中指出,這項工程對公司訂單及未來收入帶來大幅貢獻,預計未來2年將忙碌于這項工程。

“公司將透過內部融資展開這項工作,預計工程期限收入及淨資產將獲提升。”

文告亦指出,該公司近期亦獲工程部頒發總值7300萬令吉的關稅、移民及拘留所大廈。[中国报财经]

百盛纳控股业绩理想

二零一三年十月一日 晚上十时
(吉隆坡1日讯)在主板上市的建筑公司百盛纳控股有限公司(PESONA,8311,建筑组)公布,在截至2013年6月30日止第2季度,一共取得8059万令吉的营业额,以及434万令吉的净利润。

该集团致函马交所称,营业额较上一季度的7374万令吉上升,主要是由建筑和制造聚氨酯(PU)产品业务所带动。

它还报告,在上述季度中录得590万令吉的税前利润(PBT),主要是来自国内进行中的3项基础设施和2项兴建项目。

百盛纳董事经理黄福明在一份声明中评论说:“集团的强劲表现,因为受到目前进行中的大马基建及建筑项目所提振。”

“此外,我们的合约订单也获得进一步加强,当我们成功取得两个合共总值2亿3700万令吉的新项目后,我们预计余下季度仍将会获利。”

另一方面,该集团在截至2013年6月30日止上半财政年度,一共录1139万令吉的税前利润,约占去年全年毛利的66%。

当它被选中作为工程合约总值超过2亿3400万令吉的主要承包商,将马六甲河复原和进行美化工程以及建造河边堤坝后,该集团立志为自己打响名堂。[光华日报财经]

百盛纳澄清没竞标PR1MA项目

(吉隆坡12日讯)百盛纳(PESONA,8311,主板建筑股)通过文告澄清,指没有参与竞标一个马来西亚房屋计划”(PR1MA)项目。

该公司表示,无论是该公司本身,或是其子公司,都没有参与竞标任何媒体引述消息报道关于15亿令吉的PR1MA项目。

百盛纳解释,该公司有参与总值15亿令吉的竞标,惟那是包括基建和建筑的项目。同时,该公司称,倘若获得任何关键的合约,都将会向马交所发出文告报备。

该股周四先起后跌的,大热走跌,全天跌3仙,或5.94%,收报0.475令吉;成交量达8075万零900股,位居热门榜亚军。

《星报》援引消息报导,有鉴于百盛纳的专业知识和以往的业绩记录,该公司很有可能在15亿令吉的PR1MA建筑竞标中脱颖而出。

根据报道,除了百盛纳,参与竞标的还有另外四家公司。消息称,一旦该项目被颁发,则需耗时30个月来完成。关于此事的文告,最快将在两个星期内公布。

假设该公司成功获得这15亿令吉的项目,则百盛纳目前的订单,将增加超过三倍,约达5亿7000万令吉。另外,该公司在6月份时曾宣布获得总值8700万令吉的项目,负责一栋政府办公大楼的建筑、整治和完成原有的工程。

据悉,大巴生谷(Greater Klang Valley)、柔佛、槟城、沙巴和砂拉越,会有15个可负担房屋的项目,将会兴建超过2万间房屋。这15个项目都是属于第一期的PR1MA计划。[南洋网财经]

(吉隆坡31日訊)百盛納(PESONA,8311,主板建筑組)擬私下配售高達10%的股權,以籌措高達1千855萬令吉,以設立廠房的工業建設系統並作為計劃的營運資本。

該公司發文告表示,計劃私下發售高達4千638萬2千股新股,對象包括董事、主要股東或首席執行員、和利益人士相關者、提名企業。

該公司可能在6個月內分階段地進行私下配售計劃,每階段的發售價將依市場原則分批決定。無論如何,發售價不會較5天加權平均市價折價高達10%,初步估算為40仙。(星洲日報/財經)

百盛纳获1亿新合约

(吉隆坡21日讯)百盛纳控股(PESONA,8311,主板建筑股)公布,Pesona Metro私人有限公司及Pembinaan SPK私人有限公司的联营公司,获Budaya Positif私人有限公司颁发价值1亿2980万令吉的合约通知书(LOA)。        

该合约主要是负责学生宿舍的设计、建造、设施及基建的项目。

该合约为期30个月。
