2915万买SEP 资源 百盛纳2股送1凭单

（吉隆坡29日讯）百盛纳（PESONA，8311，主板建筑股）宣布系列企业活动，包括收购一公司股权和发行免费凭单。
该公司向马交所报备，建议派送最高2亿7485万1224张免费凭单，股东每持有2股，就可获赠1张凭单。
冀筹资6871万
凭单行使价为每张25仙；假设所有股东行使换权，公司可集资高达6871万令吉，并会充作营运资本。
“发行凭单有助加强公司资本基础和股东基金，同时提供股东行使凭单与增持公司股权的机会。”
另外，百盛纳也宣布，将以2915万令吉的代价，收购SEP资源的10万股，卖家是后者董事兼股东。
公司将支付150万令吉现金，并会以每股70仙，发行3950万股给SEP资本。
SEP资源早前获得Pembinaan SPK授予收购Budaya Positif所有股权的选择权。
Budaya Positif为Pembinaan SPK旗下特别用途公司，握有设计、发展与维修大马玻璃市大学（UNIMAP）学生宿舍的特许经营合约。
基于SEP资源将负责学生宿舍的管理和维修服务，公司完成收购SEP资源后，日后将拥有更稳定收入。【南洋网财经】

探讨多元化收入 百盛纳冀营收增10%

（吉隆坡7日讯）尽管建筑领域今年内料面对一些挑战，或小幅压缩百盛纳（PESONA，8311，主板建筑股）净利赚幅，但该公司仍放眼取得8至10%营业额增长率。
根据《The Edge》财经日报，该公司主席拿督李德福说，正探讨把收入来源多元化，以降低对建筑领域的依赖，目标是可以带来稳定收入的经常收入来源。
他今日在该公司股东特大后，对记者说：“我们已接获一些并购计划建议书，现在正评估中，一旦完成评估，就会提呈给股东。”
该公司去年8月，建议收购SEP资源股权和发行免费凭单，派送最高2亿7485万1224张免费凭单，股东每持有2股，就可获赠1张凭单。
上述活动今日在股东特大上获得批准。
百盛纳截至去年9月30日止，营业额下滑了4.7%，报2亿586万令吉，净利则从1166万令吉，暴跌了近半，仅录得500万令吉。

百盛纳全购MMSB 可望进军大道业务

（吉隆坡5日讯）百盛纳（PESONA，8311，主板建筑股）将以1000令吉，收购一家正竞标大道特许经营合约的相关公司。
百盛纳向马交所报备，与魏富强和魏嘉森（皆译音）签署买卖合约，以现金1000令吉，收购Megah Mestika公司（简称MMSB）所有股权。
百盛纳收购MMSB后，也需承担公司债务。截至2013年杪，MMSB共负债302万7497令吉。
MMSB旗下有两家公司，分别是AwanaInfra及Saluran Arena，后者参与大道特许经营竞标。
布城首要（Putrajaya Perdana）子公司Putra Perdana大道，持有Saluran Arena其余70%股权。
百盛纳非执行董事黄福强，曾担任布城首要总执行长。
根据文告，Saluran Arena已针对大道特许经营权，提呈建议书给政府。一旦到手，百盛纳将可从大道建设与特许经营业务受惠。【南洋网财经】

百盛纳获7.1亿新合约

（吉隆坡27日讯）百盛纳控股（PESONA，8311，主板建筑股）宣布，旗下独资子公司百盛纳Metro有限公司与Kaleigh建筑有限公司联营，接获Konsortium Pembinaan Kaleigh私人有限公司及Dan Hanawin颁发，总值1亿7272万5000令吉的合约通知书（LOA）。
此项合约是负责建造彭亨州从Merapoh至Kampung Kubang Rusa的道路。根据文告指出，该项计划预计將长达36个月，预料將从3月17日开始动工。

巴生谷综合项目 传百盛纳2.5亿合约在望

（吉隆坡23日讯）消息指，百盛纳（PESONA，8311，主板建筑股）有望取得总值2亿5000万令吉的合约，朝着10亿令吉订单的目标迈进。
《星报》引述消息报道，这项巴生谷的综合项目合约，将在近期内颁发，百盛纳预期将成为赢家。
若获颁该合约，将是百盛纳继2月的道路工程合约后，今年竞得的第2项合约，预计新订单总值约增加至4亿4273万令吉。
自增产之后，公司就将总值5亿8000万令吉的手持订单目标，提高至10亿令吉。
目前，公司正竞标总值10亿令吉的合约，冀望达成以上目标。
上个月，百盛纳独资子公司百盛纳Metro，联合Kaleigh建筑和Hanawin组成的联营公司，获颁一项1亿7272万5000令吉的合约，负责默拉波（Merapoh）至Kg.Kubang Rusa的道路工程。
百盛纳进行中的工程，包括巴生港口的高架桥、新山的政府大厦和高端服务式公寓等。

百盛納向馬證交所報備，獨資子公司Pesona Metro私人有限公司，獲PBT Engineering私人有限公司發出價值2億6675萬令吉的工程意向書（LOA）。

传获21亿大道合约 百盛纳澄清未有着落

（吉隆坡22日讯）百盛纳（PESONA，8311，主板建筑股）澄清，虽然联号公司有呈交大道特许经营权的计划书予政府，但至今还未有落实任何大道合约。
百盛纳是针对《星报》今日的报导，做出澄清。
该报道指，百盛纳与Putrajaya Perdana共同持股的子公司，即将获得巴生谷大道特许经营权合约，总值21亿令吉。
同时，前者将会获得该大道的30%建筑工程。
对此，百盛纳晚间发文告澄清说，该公司在今年2月，以1000令吉现金和承担逾3亿令吉债务的代价，购入Megah Mestika公司所有股权。
Megah Mestika公司间接持有Saluran Arena的30%股权，另70%股权则属于Putrajaya Perdana。
不曾接受访问
该公司强调，Saluran Arena只是呈交了计划书，但目前未获得任何合约，此外，百盛纳也指出，公司没有董事或管理层，曾接受过该报访问。
当然，倘若该公司获得特许经营权，百盛纳将会立即向马交所报备。【南洋网财经】

百盛納策略性投資 6000萬入股新公司

（吉隆坡27日訊）百盛納（PESONA，8311，主要板建築）將耗資6000萬令吉，收購Selasih Asli私人有限公司（簡稱SASB）90%股權。
百盛納向馬證交所報備，與Semarak Korporat私人有限公司簽署買賣協議，以6000萬令吉收購SASB的18萬股或相等于90%股權。
根據報備文件，目前有待簽署特許經營協議，該公司不排除通過內部融資、發新股，以及銀行貸款，為上述股權收購融資。
在SASB持有的特許經營協議下，是項股權收購可視為百盛納的策略性投資，即從設計和發展學生宿舍中受惠，取得經常收入。【中国报财经】

百盛納連三黑 股價勁挫24%

（吉隆坡29日訊）百盛納（PESONA，8311，主要板建築）連續3日走跌后，今日盤中一度挫13.5仙或16%至70仙，為去年9月以來最低水平，並一度淪為十大下跌股之一。
百盛納今日開盤時報平盤83.5仙，隨后開始走跌，一度挫13.5仙至70仙，跌幅達16%。休市時，該股報73仙，挫10.5仙，半日成交量達1271萬6700股。
閉市時，百盛納挫12仙至71.5仙，成交量達1713萬8900股。
百盛納近來股價頻頻下滑，短短3天內，股價從94仙下滑至最低71.5仙，共挫22.5仙或24%。
