百盛納急甚麼？

百盛納（PESONA,8311,主板建筑組）股價反覆無常，以及公司宣佈可能贏得特許經營權協議消息令人震驚。
上週，百盛納宣佈將以6千萬令吉向Semarak Korporat私人有限公司收購Selasih Asli私人有限公司90%股權。
文告中說，Selasih Asli現正與有關當局洽談為高等學府機構設計發展和維修學生宿舍的特許經營權合約。
目前，該公司已向Semarak Korporat支付300萬令吉，其餘5千700萬令吉將通過發股方式支付。
詭異的是，Selasih Asli現還未簽署特許經營權協議，而除了經營權期限可能長達30年訊息外，其餘細節匱乏，而文告中甚至沒有提及頒發相關經營權的“有關當局”為何。
那麼，為何百盛納急於收購Selasih Asli股權？若百盛納有信心取得相關特許經營權，為何不等到合約簽署呢？
值得注意的是，股票買賣協議點出若特許經營權協議價值少或多過7千萬令吉，5千700萬令吉尾款也將隨之調整，同時300萬令吉訂金也可在特許經營權協議未簽定等情況下回退。
百盛納管理層可能以就算相關交易告吹，公司也不會蒙受任何財物損失來為自己辯護。但是，相關宣佈是可能導致股價出現波動的。（星洲日報／財經‧The Edge專版‧實話實說）

（吉隆坡18日訊）百盛納（PESONA，8311，主要板建築）現持有8億令吉訂單，並競標超過10億令吉合約，料會如期取得超越2014財年的業績表現。
該公司2014財年營業額和稅前盈利，分別達2億6741萬令吉和1066萬令吉。
百盛納董事黃福強樂觀看待公司2015財年表現，並指競標工程的成功率達20%。
他在常年股東大會后指出：“獲取合約的成功率也需看我們有多積極，一般獲得合約的成功率為20%。”
至于現有8億令吉訂單可持續2年半，其中60%為建築工程業務，其他屬于基建業務。
另外，百盛納總財務長張建榮透露，公司將持續在建築和機械方面進行投資，以維持效率和競爭力。
“我們是根據所得工程分配資本開銷。以目前手上的兩項工程為例，將獲分配2000萬令吉。”
有關工程包括吉蘭丹至彭亨價值1億7000萬令吉道路建築工程，及賽城2億6700萬令吉的建築工程。
百盛納在去年以2915萬令吉收購SEP資源私人有限公司，目前等待政府頒發特許經營權，料在明年開始貢獻營業額。
該公司也以6000萬令吉，買進Selasih Asli 私人有限公司潛在特許經營權的90%股權。
張建榮說：“我們預計Selasih Asli會在今年內簽署特許經營協議，在貢獻營業額前會經歷3年建築期。”

百盛纳交投活络 起7.56%

（吉隆坡30日讯）券商看好百盛纳（Pesona Metro Holdings Bhd）的股价将持续走高，促使该股今日早盘交投活络。
截至上午10时20分，百盛纳起4.5仙或7.56%至64仙，成交量为5556万3800令吉。
百盛纳昨日（7月29日）一度攀高至60.5仙，惟闭市时涨幅收窄，起2.5仙或4.38%，收报于59.5仙。
安联黄氏星展研究昨日稍晚在一项报告中指出，百盛纳将在7月29日的20日与50日移动平均线下交易。
“百盛纳昨日收高于59.5仙，该股料可能会继续攀高，该股的即时阻力水平为60.5仙”
“百盛纳料将在60.5仙的交叉水平交易，未来或进一步走升，下一上方阻力区间为62仙至67.5仙。该股的支撑水平为57仙，一旦跌破57仙，将使该股承压，下一支撑区间介于54仙至55仙。”
安联黄氏星展研究表示，百盛纳7月29日的成交量为3440万股，高于其3个月平均成交量（481万股）。
该行也指出，百盛纳的平滑异同移动平均线（MACD）略微高于9日移动平均线。

（吉隆坡29日馬新電）早前宣佈收購高教學生宿舍特許經營權公司的百盛納（PESONA，8311，主板建筑組），今日股價大熱走高，引起市場關注該公司是否正式獲頒該特許權。
百盛納全日股價最高升至60.5仙，閉市時掛59.5仙，共上漲2.5仙或4.39%，成交量高達3千446萬7千900股，為全場第二大熱門股。
百盛納是在今年4月宣佈，正在洽談以6千萬令吉向Semarak Korporat私人有限公司收購Selasih Asli私人有限公司（SASB）的90%股權。
SASB是一家特別用途公司，該公司和政府當局達致協議，以在馬來半島設計、發展和維修高等教育學生宿舍。

（吉隆坡21日讯）百盛纳（PESONA，8311，主板建筑股）子公司Pesona Metro，标得Bandar Dato Onn专科医院的新山建筑案，总值1亿4416万5744令吉。
根据文告，合约内容是在新山兴建一栋9层楼高、可容纳150张病床的的专科医院。
Bandar Dato'Onn专科医院也是柔佛医药保健（KPJ，5878，主板贸服股）的子公司。
合约为期15个月，10月5日起生效。
百盛纳预计，该项目可贡献期间净利和巩固净资产。由于这会通过内部集资完成，因此不会影响负债率。【南洋网财经】

（吉隆坡20日讯）百盛纳（PESONA，8311，主板建筑股）宣布，获得班底医药中心（Pantai Medical Centre）颁发总值2670万0000令吉建筑合约。
该公司向马交所报备，将为隶属于IHH医疗保健（IHH，5225，主板贸服股）旗下的班底医药中心，位于马六甲爱极乐的分行，进行建筑活动。
该公司指出，建筑活动已从前天开始，将为期6个月。

百盛納與2公司 獲3.1億UniSZA教學醫院合約
2016年3月21日
（吉隆坡21日訊）百盛納（PESONA，8311，主要板建築）旗下獨資子公司Pesona Metro私人有限公司聯合另兩家公司，獲頒總值3億1385萬令吉建設蘇丹再納阿比丁大學（UniSZA）教學醫院的合約。
據百盛納向馬證交所報備文告指出，另兩家聯營公司分別是GPQ私人有限公司及Semarak Korporat私人有限公司。
上述聯營公司是在今日獲得登嘉樓州政府投資臂膀登嘉樓企業旗下子公司GPQ私人有限公司，發出得標通知書。
百盛納並未在文告中提及該公司在上述合約所持比例，僅表示上述合約為期182週。【中国报财经】
