Description : Cancellation of 6 year 2007/2013 Redeemable Unsecured Loan Stocks ("RULS") and Irredeemable Convertible Bonds ("ICB") of RM1.00 nominal value each in Olympia Industries Berhad ("Olympia" and/or "the Company")

   


Announcement Details/Table Section :





The Board of Directors of Olympia wishes to inform that the Company has purchased and cancelled 12,590,463 RULS and 21,315,274 ICB on  29 March 2011. The total number of outstanding RULS and ICB after the cancellation is RM60,390,843 and RM180,798,251 nominal value of RM1.00 each respectively.

The purchase and cancellation was made pursuant to a put and call option between Olympia and the lenders under a restructuring scheme completed on 27 April 2007.
