ACCEPTANCE OF PURCHASE ORDERS
INTRODUCTION
The Board of Directors of FFB is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned
subsidiary, Favelle Favco Cranes Pty Ltd (Australia) and Favelle Favco Cranes
(M) Sdn Bhd had received the purchase orders ("the Contracts") as set out in
the Tables Section below in the months of  September and October 2010. The
approximate combined value of the above substantial orders secured amount to
RM66.7 million.
FINANCIAL EFFECTS

The above Contracts are expected to contribute positively to the earnings and
net assets of FFB for the financial year ending 31 December 2010 and beyond.
The Contracts do not have any impact on the share capital and shareholding
structure of FFB.
DIRECTORS' AND MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS' INTERESTS
None of the Directors or major shareholders or persons connected to the
Directors or major shareholders has any direct or indirect interest in the
above Contracts.
DIRECTORS' STATEMENT
The Board of Directors of FFB is of the opinion that the acceptance of the

輝高子公司 獲5工程總值7230萬

（吉隆坡19日訊）輝高（FAVCO，7229，主要板工業）宣佈，旗下2家子公司于今年11月至12月期間，總共獲得5項新工程，總值達7230萬令吉。

該公司今日發出文告指出，兩家子公司為Favelle Favco Cranes（馬）私人有限公司和 Kroll Cranes A/S。

Favelle Favco Cranes 獲得3項岸外起重機（offshore crane）供應合約，料于2012年交貨。

Kroll Cranes A/S則獲得一項塔式起重機（tower crane）和一項岸外起重機供應合約，料于2012年年中至2013年初間交貨。

總值7150萬 輝高獲3工程意向書

（吉隆坡25日訊）輝高（FAVCO，7229，主要板工業）旗下獨資子公司獲頒3項工程意向書，總值7150萬令吉，並可自本財年開始貢獻公司盈利。

該公司董事局今日晚間發佈文告指出，旗下Favelle Favco Cranes Pty及輝高起重機公司，接獲Form 700 Pty、昇陽船廠和廣東中遠船務（Cosco Shipyard Guandong）合約，以供應塔式及岸外起重機。

文告說，Form 700 Pty公司的塔式起重機將于今年底交貨，至于昇陽船廠和廣東中遠船務的岸外起重機，則于明年交貨。

斥4810萬購澳地
另廂，輝高計劃出價1500萬澳元（約4810萬令吉），向睦興旺工程（MUHIBAH，5703，主要板建築）收購位于澳州新南威爾士（New South Wales）11.6英畝永久地契工業地段0。

該公司透過文告指出，將透過發行3167萬8743股新股予睦興旺工程，每股發售價為1.52令吉，預計可于今年末季完成。

兩家公司已在今日簽協議，隨著上述計劃完成后，睦興旺工程將持有輝高1億3124萬1000股，或62.25%。[ChinaPress]
