（吉隆坡12日訊）輝高（FAVCO，7229，主要板工業）旗下子公司獲頒1億6110萬令吉合約，推高公司本財年迄今（YTD）訂單值至3億1590萬令吉，興業證券研究看好，該公司將持續受益于石油與天然氣領域發展。

受到上述利好帶動，輝高股價今日全日逆市上揚，券商亦給予該股維持“買入”評級，目標價為3.35令吉。

興業證券研究在報告中指出，石油與天然氣領域前景佳，代表該公司未來將可持續獲得更多合約訂單。

輝高旗下子公司持續獲得不同合約，獨資Favelle Favco Cranes（馬）私人有限公司、Favelle Favco Cranes Pty、及Favelle Favco Cranes，分別于今年5月及6月，獲得6項總值1億6110萬令吉的岸外起重機及塔式起重機供應合約。

來自各地的買家分別包括中國深圳重工業公司、江蘇省鎮江船廠有限責任公司、吉寶遠東（Keppel FELS）、 Marr Contracting PTY公司等，料以上合約將貢獻可觀盈利至2013財年或以后財年。

興業證券研究指出，以上合約將于今年底至明年末季期間陸續交貨；62%股權母公司睦興旺工程（MUHIBAH，5703，主要板建築）亦將受益。

該行指出，輝高董事局已在2012財年中，通過派息7.66仙的決定，若股東于今年8月16日前，持有該公司股權將可獲得昨日閉市價2.43令吉的3.15%。

輝高今早以2.49令吉開市，起6仙，之后在投資者追捧下節節走高，早盤最高揚17仙至2.60令吉。

休市時，該股暫掛2.53令吉，起10仙，半日易手100萬3800股；截至下午4時，輝高報1.41令吉，上漲10仙，交投76萬1500股。

子公司利好帶動
睦興旺工程盈利續漲

62%股權子公司的利好消息帶動，券商預計，睦興旺工程（MUHIBAH，5703，主要板建築）在多項合約帶動下，未來2至3年盈利可持續獲得上漲表現。

儘管如此，睦興旺工程于週三（12日）股價走勢未起反跌，今早開市平盤報1.42令吉，之后隨大市下滑1仙至1.41令吉，截至休市時，該股暫掛1.40令吉，跌2仙，半日易手57萬500股。

午盤間，該股維持窄幅波動，截至下午4時，該股報1.41令吉，跌1仙，成交量76萬1500股，游走于1.42令吉至1.40令吉之間。

肯納格證券研究在技術分析報告中指出，至今睦興旺工程旗下岸外起重機訂單，已從6億4500萬令吉提高至8億600萬令吉。

“我們對該公司岸外起重機訂單的表現並不感到意外，主要因為該公司一項積極爭取更多訂單，假設子公司一直貢獻母公司9%淨利，那預計6項新訂單將可在明年，貢獻至少900萬令吉的淨利，相等于每股盈利增加2仙。”

看好睦興旺工程未來發展前景，肯納格證券研究給予該股“跑贏大市””評級，目標價為1.62令吉。

肯納格證券研究也指出，該行預計睦興旺工程，可在全年達至5億令吉的訂單，目前輝高訂單值已佔其中63%或3億1580萬令吉。[中国报财经]

辉高向马交所报备，独资子公司辉高起重机私人有限公司接获DP岸外工程私人有限公司的岸外起重机订单，交货日期预计介于2014年底至2015年初。

同时，另一家独资子公司辉高起重机（马）私人有限公司分别获广东中远船务工程有限公司和Essar Projects（印度）有限公司授权一项岸外起重机订单，交货日期预计分别为2014年第三季和首季。

輝高刷新52週新高

（吉隆坡4日訊）輝高（FAVCO，7229，主要板工業）獲得總值近3.8億令吉合約，全年新合約料達標，為券商眼中首買小型股，利好帶動該股節節攀升，一舉刷新52週新高，為10大上升股之一。

輝高開市揚升5仙，報2.94令吉，至休市報2.98令吉，上升9仙，交投有51萬5000股。

隨著利好發酵，該股于午盤時段越戰越勇，盤中最高漲17仙至3.06令吉，刷新52週新高。

閉市時，輝高高掛3.05令吉，漲16仙，成交量156萬5900股。

輝高昨晚向馬證交所報備，獲得3項總值6150萬令吉的岸外起重機（offshore crane）供應合約。

興業證券研究指出，這3項合約使今年至今新合約增至3億7740萬令吉，相等于本財年預估的70%。

該行估計，上述新合約也讓輝高訂單淨值增至7億630萬令吉。

輝高仍是該行首選的小型資本股，除了今年至今強勁的訂單，股息回酬率亦不俗，2013和14財年各達2.9%和3.3%。

該公司今年至今取得的訂單，約85%是用在油氣領域的岸外起重機，是投資油氣行業的一大途徑。該公司第4個賣點是估值誘人，2013和14財年分別為8.7倍和7.7倍。

（吉隆坡20日讯）辉高（FAVCO，7229，主板工业产品股）宣布，3家位于大马、新加坡和澳洲独资子公司，获颁4项岸外起重机订单合约，总值达1亿2070万令吉。

根据文告，3家子公司名字均为Favelle Favco Cranes，将为客户提供岸外起重机。

其中大马子公司获得两项订单，将为Thai Nippon Steel & Sumikin工程与建筑有限公司和中国招商局工业集团（江苏）有限公司提供起重机，预计在明年第3季和明年秒至2015年交货。

Favelle Favco's Share Price Rises On Offshore Crane Orders For RM109 Million

KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 2 (Bernama) -- Favelle Favco Bhd's (FFB) share price rose 10 sen or 3.75 per cent to RM2.77 as at 10.16 am, boosted by purchase orders for supply of offshore cranes for a combined value of RM109 million it has received.

A total of 101,900 shares exchanged hands.

RHB Research said the purchase orders have lifted FFB's year-to-date (YTD) new orders to RM607.4 million and have boosted its orderbook to RM936.3 million.

"We make no changes to our Financial Year 2013-2014 earnings per share forecast as the bulk of the orders are only expected to be delivered by 2015.

"The only risk to our forecast is a higher-than-expected tax rate of 20 per cent in Financial Year 2013-2014 after the expiration of its pioneer tax status," the research house said in a note Wednesday.

The research firm maintained a "buy" call on FFB's shares, with a fair value of RM3.55, as earnings growth remain robust, backed by a strong orderbook and earnings visibility in the Financial Year 2015.

辉高昨日披露，它已透过独资子公司辉高起重机（马）私人有限公司和辉高起重机私人有限公司，落实了数项岸外起重机订单。

据该公司称，它已接获5名客户的购买订单或意向书。

該公司指出，其中3項岸外起重機將在2014財年次季至第三季前交付，剩余的3項岸外起重機則在2015財年交付。

這些的訂單將輝高的合約訂單從早前的7億630萬令吉，提高36%至9億3630萬令吉。

不過，我們維持輝高2013至2014財年的每股盈利預測不變，因為大部分岸外起重機是在2015財年交付。

輝高是我們的小資本股項首選之一，因為第1、年初至今獲得總值6億740萬令吉訂單；第2、2015財年的盈利能見度；第3、油汽領域的岸外起重機，占整體合約訂單的95%；第4、2013和2014財年的股息回酬預測，分別為3%和3.4%。

Supply of OffshoreCrane which is expected to be delivered by end of 2014 Favelle Favco Cranes (M) Sdn Bhd Brunei Shell Petroleum Company Sdn. Bhd. Supply of OffshoreCrane which is expected to be delivered by end of 2014 Favelle Favco Cranes Pte Ltd PPL Shipyard Pte Ltd Supply of OffshoreCrane which is expected to be delivered by second quarter of 2015 The approximate combined value of the above substantial orders secured amount to RM88.1 million. FINANCIAL EFFECTS The above Contracts are expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of FFB for the financial year ending 31 December 2014 and beyond. The Contracts do not have any impact on the share capital and shareholding structure of FFB. （吉隆坡19日訊）輝高（FAVCO，7229，主要板工業）子公司接獲總值約8810萬令吉合約，該股一度勁漲19仙，以3.55令吉寫下52週新高紀錄。

輝高開市平盤報3.36令吉，隨后股價繼續走高，早盤一度高漲19仙，成為十大上升股之一，並以3.55令吉寫下52週新高紀錄。

輝高漲幅逐漸收窄，並跌出十大上升股榜，該股休市報3.48令吉，揚12仙，交投僅28萬6500股；閉市收在3.50令吉，起14仙，全日成交量64萬4900股。

興業證券研究分析報告指出，輝高將在2014至2016財年之間交付這些起重機（cranes），岸外鑽油台需求強勁。

“但先鋒稅優惠（pioneer tax status）將在本財年截止，有效稅率從20%增至24%；我們修正該公司2013或2014財年收入預測，介于增加8.6%或減少4.3%。”

輝高2013或2014財年股息回酬預測相當好，介于3.9%至4%；該行維持“買入”評級，最新合理價3.70令吉。【中国报财经】
